Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electroacoustic conversion, in particular to a dome for a composite diaphragm; the invention also relates to a vibration system; the invention also relates to a loudspeaker.
Background
The speaker is a component capable of converting electric energy into sound energy, and is widely applied to terminal electronic devices such as mobile phones, tablets, computers, PADs and the like. The structure of the loudspeaker generally comprises a magnetic circuit system, a vibration system and an auxiliary system; the vibration system mainly comprises a diaphragm and a voice coil. Generally, in order to enhance the performance of the high frequency position of the product, a DOME structure (DOME, which may also be referred to as a reinforcing part or a composite part) is usually disposed on the diaphragm.
In addition, the lead wires of the voice coil need to be led out from the structure and connected to the bonding pad, and the lead-out structure of the lead wires usually affects the vibration characteristics of the vibration system, which is not favorable for the development of modern speakers.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present invention to provide a ball top.
According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a dome including a first engineering plastic layer, a second engineering plastic layer, and a metal layer having a conductive pattern between the first engineering plastic layer and the second engineering plastic layer; a structural reinforcing layer is further arranged on the upper surface of the first engineering plastic layer; and a window is arranged on the second engineering plastic layer, and a bonding pad is formed at the position of the metal layer corresponding to the window.
Optionally, the structural reinforcing layer is an aluminum foil layer attached to the upper surface of the first engineering plastic layer.
Optionally, the structural reinforcing layer is a carbon fiber layer coated on the upper surface of the first engineering plastic layer and cured.
Optionally, the carbon fiber layer is arranged in a unidirectional manner, or in a plain, twill or satin weave.
Optionally, the first engineering plastic layer and the second engineering plastic layer are a first PI layer and a second PI layer; the metal layer is a copper layer.
Optionally, the second PI layer, the first PI layer and the copper layer are bonded by means of a back adhesive or a hot melt adhesive respectively; or the first PI layer and the copper layer are bonded in a back adhesive mode; and the second PI layer is bonded with the copper layer in a hot melt adhesive mode.
Optionally, the dome is flat.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a vibration system, including a diaphragm and the above-mentioned dome; the structural reinforcing layer in the dome is bonded below the vibrating diaphragm; the voice coil is further included, and a lead of the voice coil is welded on the bonding pad of the ball top.
Optionally, the diaphragm includes a connecting portion located at an edge, a vibrating portion located in a middle region, and a bending portion located between the connecting portion and the vibrating portion; the top of the ball is connected with the vibration part of the vibration film.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a loudspeaker comprising a magnetic circuit system and the vibration system described above.
The conductive circuit is integrated in the ball top, so that the ball top can be used for connecting a lead of a voice coil; in addition, the upper surface of the dome is provided with the structure reinforcing part, so that the structural strength of the dome can be greatly improved, and the universality of the loudspeaker is improved.
Other features of the present invention and advantages thereof will become apparent from the following detailed description of exemplary embodiments thereof, which proceeds with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Detailed Description
Various exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that: the relative arrangement of the components and steps, the numerical expressions and numerical values set forth in these embodiments do not limit the scope of the present invention unless specifically stated otherwise.
The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely illustrative in nature and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses.
Techniques and apparatus known to those of ordinary skill in the relevant art may not be discussed in detail, but are intended to be considered a part of the specification where appropriate.
In all examples shown and discussed herein, any particular value should be construed as merely illustrative, and not limiting. Thus, other examples of the exemplary embodiments may have different values.
It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, further discussion thereof is not required in subsequent figures.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a dome 11, which includes a first engineering plastic layer 4, a second engineering plastic layer 1, and a metal layer 3 between the first engineering plastic layer 4 and the second engineering plastic layer 1. For the sake of simplicity, the engineering plastic layer is a PI (polyimide) layer, and the metal layer is a copper layer, but the invention is not limited to the protection scope of the present application, and in the following description, the dome 11 includes a first PI layer 4, a second PI layer 1, and a copper layer 3 therebetween.
The copper layer 3 has a conductive pattern so that the copper layer 3 can be used as a conductive line. The first PI layer 4 and the second PI layer 1 are made of PI materials known by persons skilled in the art, and the first PI layer 4 and the second PI layer 1 are located on two sides of the copper layer 3, so that the first PI layer 4 and the second PI layer 1 can play a role in insulation and can also play a role in protecting the copper layer 3.
A window is further arranged on the second PI layer 1, and a pad 6 for an external circuit is formed at a position of the copper layer 3 corresponding to the window, as shown in fig. 2. The number of pads 6 may be selected according to the requirements and the design of the conductive pattern. In a specific embodiment of the present invention, four pads 6 are provided, and are respectively located at four corners of the top of the ball, referring to fig. 2.
The second PI layer 1, the first PI layer 4 and the copper layer 3 can be bonded together in a back adhesive or hot melt adhesive mode. In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first PI layer 4 and the copper layer 3 are bonded by means of a back adhesive; and the second PI layer 1 and the copper layer 3 are bonded by adopting a hot melt adhesive 2.
According to the dome 11, the upper surface of the first PI layer 4 is also provided with the structural reinforcing layer 5, and the structural reinforcing layer 5 can be made of a material with high strength, so that the structural strength of the whole dome 11 can be improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the structural reinforcing layer 5 is an aluminum foil layer attached to the upper surface of the first PI layer 4. The aluminium foil layer may be bonded to the upper surface of the first PI layer 4, for example by means of a backing or glue.
In another specific embodiment of the present invention, the structural reinforcing layer 5 is a carbon fiber layer coated on the upper surface of the first PI layer 4 and cured. It is to be noted here that the carbon fibre layer needs to be applied to the upper surface of the first PI layer 4 in the form of a prepreg, the binder of which may be chosen to be a resin or other material known to those skilled in the art. The carbon fiber layer can be arranged in a single direction, and can also be arranged in a plain weave, a twill weave, a satin weave and the like. Such prepregs of carbon fibers and the manner of their arrangement are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail here.
The conductive circuit is integrated in the ball top, so that the ball top can be used for connecting a lead of a voice coil, and can be preferably considered to be suitable for intelligent loudspeaker products or other products with conductive diaphragm structures; in addition, the upper surface of the top of the ball is provided with a structural reinforcing part, so that the structural strength of the top of the ball can be greatly improved. Especially when adopting carbon fiber material to carry out the reinforcement, the modulus of carbon fiber is high, intensity is big, simultaneously can be high temperature resistant, waterproof etc for the speaker module of making by it can use in comparatively complicated environment, has improved the commonality of speaker module.
The ball top of the invention is made into a flat plate shape or other shapes, and can be directly used after being glued or back glued. To this end, the present invention further provides a vibration system, referring to fig. 3, which includes a diaphragm 10 and the above-mentioned dome 11; wherein the structural reinforcing layer 5 in the dome 11 is bonded below the diaphragm 10 so that the pad 6 of the dome 11 can be exposed. The voice coil is characterized by further comprising a voice coil 12, and a lead of the voice coil 12 is led out and then welded on the bonding pad 6 of the ball top 11.
The diaphragm of the invention can be flat-top type or hollow type. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the diaphragm 10 includes a connection portion at an edge, a vibration portion at a middle region, and a loop portion between the connection portion and the vibration portion; the dome 11 is connected to the vibrating portion of the diaphragm 10. The structure of such a diaphragm is well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
The vibration system of the present invention can be applied to a loudspeaker, and includes a magnetic circuit system and the vibration system, the vibration system is driven by the magnetic circuit system to vibrate and generate sound, the structure and principle of the sound generation belong to the common knowledge of those skilled in the art, and will not be described in detail here.
Although some specific embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail by way of illustration, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above illustration is only for the purpose of illustration and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the above embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A dome characterized in that: the plastic composite comprises a first engineering plastic layer (4), a second engineering plastic layer (1) and a metal layer (3) which is positioned between the first engineering plastic layer (4) and the second engineering plastic layer (1) and is provided with a conductive pattern; a structural reinforcing layer (5) is further arranged on the upper surface of the first engineering plastic layer (4); and a window is arranged on the second engineering plastic layer (1), and a bonding pad (6) is formed at the position of the metal layer (3) corresponding to the window.
2. The dome of claim 1, wherein: the structure reinforcing layer (5) is an aluminum foil layer attached to the upper surface of the first engineering plastic layer (4).
3. The dome of claim 1, wherein: the structure reinforcing layer (5) is a carbon fiber layer which is coated on the upper surface of the first engineering plastic layer (4) and is obtained after curing.
4. The dome of claim 3, wherein: the carbon fiber layer is arranged in a single direction or in a plain weave, twill weave or satin weave.
5. The dome of claim 1, wherein: the first engineering plastic layer and the second engineering plastic layer are a first PI layer and a second PI layer; the metal layer is a copper layer.
6. The dome of claim 5, wherein: the second PI layer, the first PI layer and the copper layer are respectively bonded in a back adhesive or hot melt adhesive mode; or,
the first PI layer is bonded with the copper layer in a gum mode; and the second PI layer is bonded with the copper layer in a hot melt adhesive (2) mode.
7. The dome of claim 1, wherein: the top of the ball is flat.
8. A vibratory system, comprising: comprising a diaphragm (10) and a dome (11) according to any one of claims 1 to 7; wherein, the structural reinforcing layer (5) in the dome (11) is bonded below the vibrating diaphragm (10); the voice coil is characterized by further comprising a voice coil (12), and leads of the voice coil (12) are welded on the bonding pads (6) of the ball tops (11).
9. The vibratory system of claim 8, wherein: the vibrating diaphragm (10) comprises a connecting part positioned at the edge, a vibrating part positioned in the middle area and a bending ring part positioned between the connecting part and the vibrating part; the ball top (11) is connected to the vibration part of the diaphragm (10).
10. A loudspeaker, characterized by: comprising a magnetic circuit system and a vibration system according to claim 8 or 9.
