The rope pressing wheel set is used for preventing the main rope and the auxiliary rope from moving so as not to be jumped out, and the traction trolley is ensured to be smoothly pulled by the traction steel wire rope. When the rope pressing wheel set is installed, due to the fact that the weight of the rope pressing wheel set is heavy, the rope pressing wheel set needs to be moved to find out the mounting point, and an installer needs to move the rope pressing wheel set and is fixed on the guide rail through the bolts. Therefore, the rope pressing wheel set of the traditional coal mine transportation system is generally of a split type design, a group of main rope pressing wheel sets and a group of auxiliary rope pressing wheel sets are installed on a first installation frame, another group of main rope pressing wheel sets and another group of auxiliary rope pressing wheel sets are installed on a second installation frame, and when the installation is carried out, two installation frames are installed respectively and are installed on two sides of a track in a crossing manner, so that the installation efficiency is reduced, and the installation position is very difficult to find.

The two dovetail mounting blocks are fixedly connected with the lower part of the mounting frame through corresponding fixing screws respectively.
After the structure is adopted, the whole installation frame is designed integrally, so that after two groups of main rope pressing rope wheel groups and two groups of auxiliary rope pressing rope wheel groups are installed on two sides of the installation frame, the weight of the two sides of the installation frame can be balanced, in the installation process, the installation frame can be lifted onto a guide rail first, then one dovetail installation block is fixed first, the installation frame can be translated on the guide rail to align the installation position, and the other dovetail installation block is fixed. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an integral double-rope pressing wheel set comprises a mounting frame 1, a guide rail 2, two groups of main rope pressing wheel sets 3 and two groups of auxiliary rope pressing wheel sets 4, wherein two dovetail mounting blocks 5 are fixedly connected to the lower portion of the mounting frame 1, the two dovetail mounting blocks 5 form a dovetail groove shape, the mounting frame 1 is fixedly connected with the guide rail 2 through the two dovetail mounting blocks 5, one group of main rope pressing wheel sets 3 and one group of auxiliary rope pressing wheel sets 4 are mounted on one side of the mounting frame 1 and are located on one side of the guide rail, and the other group of main rope pressing wheel sets 3 and the other group of auxiliary rope pressing wheel sets 4 are mounted on the other side of the mounting frame 1 and are located on the other side of the guide rail.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the main rope pressing wheel set 3 includes two groups of elastic rope pressing components 31, the elastic rope pressing components 31 are mutually crossed and connected on the mounting frame 1, the elastic rope pressing components 31 include springs 32 and pressing wheels 33 hinged with the mounting frame 1, one ends of the springs 32 are connected with the mounting frame 1, the other ends of the springs are connected with the pressing wheels 33, and the two main ropes 6 respectively penetrate through the two groups of elastic rope pressing components 31 of the corresponding main rope pressing wheel set 3. The two oppositely mounted springs 32 exert a pulling force such that the two sheaves 33 clamp each other and simultaneously the main rope 6, and the two sheaves 33 can be knocked open by the tractor for passage of the tractor.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the two sets of auxiliary rope pressing wheel sets 4 are installed at two sides of the mounting frame 1, the auxiliary rope pressing wheel sets 4 comprise two clamping wheels 41 rotatably connected with the side surface of the mounting frame 1, and the two auxiliary ropes 7 respectively pass through the positions between the corresponding two clamping wheels 41. Two clamping wheels 41 limit the position of the secondary rope 7.
Referring to fig. 1, the installation is reliable for firm fixation. The two dovetail mounting blocks 5 are fixedly connected with the lower part of the mounting frame 1 through corresponding fixing screws 8 respectively.
When the invention is installed and used, the whole installation frame is integrally designed in the design and is in a T shape. After the two groups of main rope pressing rope wheel groups 3 and the two groups of auxiliary rope pressing rope wheel groups 4 are arranged on two sides of the installation frame, the weight of the two sides of the installation frame 1 can be balanced, in the installation process, the installation frame 1 can be lifted onto the guide rail 2, then one dovetail installation block 5 is fixed, the installation frame 1 can translate on the guide rail 2 to align with the installation position, and the other dovetail installation block 5 is fixed.
