本发明公开了一种相变保暖面罩,所述相变保暖面罩上包括:面罩本体和固定装置;所述面罩本体与面部形状匹配,并在鼻孔和嘴部预留有开口;所述固定装置设置于所述面罩本体上,用于将所述面罩本体固定于面部;所述面罩本体由外至内依次包括:外壳、隔热层、蓄热层、过渡层、面层;所述蓄热层为相变点在38℃~80℃之间的相变材料,所述相变材料封装于布或塑料膜袋;所述过渡层采用柔性多孔材料制备而成。本发明提供的相变保温面罩控温精确、合理;使用安全;可重复使用;美颜和养生保健效果更好。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于日用品应用技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种相变保温面罩。
背景技术
热敷(加热皮肤)是古老而有效的保健、理疗、甚至治病方法。由热敷衍生出来的泡脚、泡澡、桑拿、热敷、红外理疗等已经广为人知、广泛认可。对脸部进行热敷可缓解肌肉紧张,促进炎症及瘀血的消除。护肤品热敷还可使护肤品通过局部吸收,达到直达所需部位的目的,使疗效更直接、更有效。
通常敷面膜时,脸和面膜温度约在25℃~31℃。在面膜温度与脸部温度比较高时,能促进毛孔打开、加快血液循环,提高吸收面膜精华的效果。但是由于面膜含水量多,将其敷到脸上后,水分挥发时会带走大量的热量,使得脸部温度下降3℃~5℃,毛孔收缩,不利于面膜中的精华吸收。适宜的温度对于脸部的血液循环以及面膜内精华的吸收至关重要。即使没有面膜,如果把脸部温度提高,也能加快脸部血液循环,促进新陈代谢,进而起到缓解疲劳、提神的效果;此外,适度提高温度,还能加快脸部脂肪消耗,起到瘦脸的效果。而室温较低时(秋冬季),直接将面膜敷于面部不仅要承受冷的刺激,而且面膜的护肤效果并不好。
为了提升面膜的温度,以便达到更好的敷面效果,目前市场上出现了多种加热面罩,例如:红外加热面罩、托玛琳面罩、电热面罩、一次性加热面罩等。但是上述面罩分别存在一定的弊端。
电制热型面罩(如TWM384295等),都是用电制热,使用时需要一直通电,再通过测温反馈来调整加热功率及温度。由于脸部的特殊性和重要性,如果在使用时一直插电,不但不方便,而且也难保证绝对的安全。
托玛琳电气石面罩里用水作为储热介质,可无电使用,能够保证安全性。但由于脸部对温度非常敏感,这种面罩合适的温域窄、保温时间短,用户体验较差。
一次性使用的眼罩大多采用化学反应的热效应作为热源,不能重复使用;且眼罩并不能对脸部提供有效的热敷。如果将这种热反应眼罩做成面膜,其成本会直线升高,不利于推广使用。
综上所述,市场上已经有热敷面罩类产品在便捷性、安全性方面都有待提高,且成本过高。
发明内容
为了解决现有保温面罩存在的问题,本发明用相变储热材料替代电热丝作为脸部直接热源,在非通电状态下敷面膜或敷脸即可达到最优效果。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种相变保暖面罩,所述相变保暖面罩包括:面罩本体和固定装置;
所述面罩本体与面部形状匹配,并在鼻孔和嘴部预留有开口;
所述固定装置设置于所述面罩本体上,用于将所述面罩本体固定于面部;
所述面罩本体由外至内依次包括:外壳、隔热层、蓄热层、过渡层、面层;
所述蓄热层为相变点在38℃~80℃之间的相变材料;
所述过渡层采用柔性多孔材料制备而成。
根据本发明的一个具体实施方式,所述相变保暖面罩还包括制热层;
所述制热层置于所述蓄热层和所述过渡层之间;或者,
所述制热层置于所述隔热层和所述蓄热层之间;或者,
所述制热层置于所述蓄热层的两层蓄热材料之间。
根据本发明的另一个具体实施方式,所述制热层设置有PI加热片或PET加热片。
根据本发明的又一个具体实施方式,所述相变保温面罩还包括控制装置;
所述控制装置包括:电源、变压器以及定时器;
所述控制装置用于对所述制热层进行加热并控制加热过程。

所述测温热电偶用于实时记录所述相变保温面罩的温度。
本发明提供的相变保暖面罩使用相变材料蓄热,用相变材料作为直接热源进行敷脸操作。用电热丝、微波炉等作为间接热源,加热相变材料、蓄热。相变材料相变点和用量可调,相变保暖面罩的温度和时效可控可调,可根据需要实现最佳的敷脸效果。本发明提供的相变保温面罩使用便捷、安全可靠、成本低。

具体实施方式
下文的公开提供了许多不同的实施例或例子用来实现本发明的不同结构。为了简化本发明的公开,下文中对特定例子的部件和设置进行描述。此外,本发明可以在不同例子中重复参考数字和/或字母。这种重复是为了简化和清楚的目的,其本身不指示所讨论各种实施例和/或设置之间的关系。应当注意,在附图中所图示的部件不一定按比例绘制。本发明省略了对公知组件和处理技术及工艺的描述以避免不必要地限制本发明。
参见图1,图1所示为根据本发明提供的一种相变保暖面罩的一个具体实施方式的结构示意图。该相变保暖面罩包括:面罩本体10和固定装置20。
所述面罩本体10与面部形状匹配,并在鼻孔和嘴部预留有开口,便于呼吸。
所述固定装置20设置于所述面罩本体10上,用于将所述面罩本体10固定于面部。所述固定装置20可以固定于面罩本体10两端的带状结构,并在带状结构尾部设置有魔术贴、搭扣等用于固定;也可以是一体化的弹力带,直接套于用户头部。优选的,所述相变保暖面罩的重量保持在100g~300g之间。这样既可以保证该相变保暖面罩的结构完整,也可以减少佩戴时用户的负担。
参见图2,所述面罩本体10由外至内依次包括:外壳11、隔热层12、蓄热层14、过渡层15、面层16。
其中,面罩本体10的外观主要由外壳11决定,且其具有保护功能,保护面罩本体10的其余结构层。
隔热层12,用于减少加热和使用时的面罩本体10的热量损失,延长保温时间,增强该相变保暖面罩的使用效果。
所述蓄热层14为相变点在38℃~80℃之间的相变材料。优选的,所述蓄热层14为相变点50~60℃的相变材料。相变材料能够快速吸收、储存热量。蓄热层14是该相变保温面罩的核心层。相变材料的相变点与过渡层15厚度想匹配。过渡层15层厚度增加或热导率减小后,蓄热层14向脸或面膜的传热热阻增大,需要提高温度差,即提高相变温度点和增大蓄热量。在实际应用中,虽然脸部所需面膜的温度是38℃~41℃,但是由于过渡层15有一定的厚度(例如3mm),因此优选的,相变材料的相变点是55℃。如果过渡层15的厚度改变,相变温度点也需要相应调整,使得其与脸温适合。
相变保温面罩可以通过微波炉进行加热,用微波炉加热时,相变材料可以不维型,但是蓄热层14材料必须有吸热微波的功能组分。使用微波炉加热时,加热时间控制在20s~40s之间。值得注意的是,如需微波炉加热,则在该相变保温面罩中不得包括比蓄热层14更易吸收微波的部件,如含金属的加热片,连接导线等等。
所述过渡层15采用柔性多孔材料制备而成。优选的,所述过渡层15采用厚度为1mm~7mm的海绵材料,优选为3mm~5mm。更为优选的,选用厚度为3mm的海绵材料。虽然海绵本身为多孔材料,但是为了便于换热换气,还可以在海绵之间再增加一些通孔。
为了提升美容护肤功效,在过渡层15里面可以添加护肤精油和/或中药(如白芍、珍珠粉灯)等美容保健组分。
进一步的,为了增加该相变保温面罩的功效,还可以在过渡层15和面层16之间增加按摩装置。在使用时,一边热敷,一边按摩振动,提升功效。
蓄热层14的热量通过过渡层15的孔道传递到面层16和面膜。过渡层15的型面、厚度与脸部轮廓匹配,其柔性、可压缩的特点能够确保相变保暖面罩适用于各种脸型。过渡层15中可以添加其它功能组分,如某些保健功能的中药组分,这些组分可以直接传达到面层16,直接用于敷脸;或者与面膜功效结合,提升面膜使用效果。
此外,这些具有保健功效的组分也可以单独成为一个功能层,设置于过渡层15和面层16之间。
面层16的布与面膜易贴合,阻止面膜上的水分进入过渡层15,并且要易清洗、清洁。优选的,为了降低成本,所述过渡层15和所述面层16一体成型。现举例说明,过渡层15采用海绵材料。将海绵用布和硅胶等包裹成一个软垫,一侧是采用硅胶材质,防水防油的,敷面膜用;另一侧采用布,保持多孔透气,无面膜热脸使用。
此外,面层16或一体化的面层与过渡层15,都需要满足可拆卸条件,便于清洗和更换。
优选的,所述相变保暖面罩还包括制热层13,所述制热层13置于所述蓄热层14和所述过渡层15之间;或者,所述制热层13置于所述蓄热层14的两层蓄热材料之间。优选的,所述制热层采用PET加热片和/或PI加热片。加热片内部温度场均衡,敷脸效果好。所述制热层13设置有发热丝,所述发热丝的布局与所述相变材料的布局相匹配。制热层13通过发热丝将电能转化成热能,储存在蓄热层中,并在断电后,将热量释放出来。优选的,为了更好的保证使用安全性,采用不高于36V的电压对所述制热层进行制热,如采用24V、12V低电压对所述制热层13进行制热。
采用电制热方式制热时,所述相变材料需要加工成定型材料,并掺混高热导率组分。通常采用石墨烯、膨胀石墨、碳纤维、氧化铝、氮化硅等粉末或短切纤维形式的高热导率填料,紫铜等高热导率金属的开孔泡沫、网格等。现举例说明,用石墨烯和膨胀石墨,比例3%~20%,优选为5%~15%。掺混高热导率组分可以调高制热层13的加热吸热速度,提升该相变保暖面罩的使用效率。
用电制热时,相变材料需用其它材料做骨架维型,以保证在表观时固固相变,没有液体迁移现象,有效保障制热效果以及使用安全。做骨架维型可以采用吸油树脂、吸油橡胶、无机吸附材料等,如:POE、分子筛、活性炭等。最为优选的,采用HDPE(High DensityPolyethylene,高密度聚乙烯)进行骨架维型。
优选的,所述相变保温面罩还包括控制装置;所述控制装置包括:电源、变压器以及定时器。或者,还可以将上述变压器、定时器和/或其他部件组合成集成电路板。在实际应用中,优选采用电源和集成电路板的组合。所述控制装置用于对所述制热层进行加热并控制加热过程。此外,所述所述制热层13包括限温器。限温器能保证相变保温面罩的温度不过高,提升其使用安全性。
优选的,采用电制热时,在所述面层16的一侧设置测温热电偶;所述测温热电偶用于实时记录所述相变保温面罩的温度。优选的,所述相变保暖面罩包括显示装置,用于实时显示温度。所述显示装置可以为LED显示屏。优选的,该相变保暖面罩还包括传输装置,用于将测温热电偶测到的温度数据实时传输出去。接收装置可以为移动终端、PC、云存储装置等等。
本发明提供相变保暖面罩不但可以对面膜加热,增强面膜的使用效果,还可以在无面膜时使用。无面膜时,只需要对相变保暖面罩进行加热,对脸部进行热敷。而需要达到瘦脸功效时,需进一步提升相变点,提高该相变保暖面罩的温度。为了提高舒适性,可将面层16去掉,过渡层15采用亲水材料,以利于吸汗透气。
本发明提供的相变保暖面罩在采用微波作为间接热源时,使用微波炉进行加热20s~40s即可。在具有电制热层的情况下,打开电源通电,单次加热2min~10min后自动断电(优选3min~5min)。在此过程中可以同时加热未启封的面膜。敷面时按常规步骤把面膜敷到脸上,或者把面膜铺在面罩本体的面层布上;再把该相变保温面罩戴在脸上。此外,本发明提供的相变保暖面罩有多种使用方法,例如可以在敷面膜前短时间应用该相变保暖面罩敷脸以打开毛孔排毒,然后洗脸,敷面膜,接着继续使用该相变保暖面罩热敷面膜,最终达到最优效果。
通过图3可以看出,使用本发明提供的相变保暖面罩能显著提高敷面膜时的温度,打开毛孔,促进面膜上的保养品的吸收;同时,与面部温度相适合的温度能显著提高使用者的使用舒适感。
从图4可以看出,在敷面过程中,相变保暖面罩的温度能够长时间保持在一个适合的温度范围内。
本发明提供的相变保暖面罩控温精确、合理;使用安全;可重复使用,成本低;可实现多种美容、瘦脸功效。
虽然关于示例实施例及其优点已经详细说明,应当理解在不脱离本发明的精神和所附权利要求限定的保护范围的情况下,可以对这些实施例进行各种变化、替换和修改。对于其他例子,本领域的普通技术人员应当容易理解在保持本发明保护范围内的同时,工艺步骤的次序可以变化。
此外,本发明的应用范围不局限于说明书中描述的特定实施例的工艺、机构、制造、物质组成、手段、方法及步骤。从本发明的公开内容,作为本领域的普通技术人员将容易地理解,对于目前已存在或者以后即将开发出的工艺、机构、制造、物质组成、手段、方法或步骤,其中它们执行与本发明描述的对应实施例大体相同的功能或者获得大体相同的结果,依照本发明可以对它们进行应用。因此,本发明所附权利要求旨在将这些工艺、机构、制造、物质组成、手段、方法或步骤包含在其保护范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种相变保暖面罩,其特征在于,所述相变保暖面罩包括:面罩本体和固定装置;
所述面罩本体与面部形状匹配,并在鼻孔和嘴部预留有开口;
所述固定装置设置于所述面罩本体上,用于将所述面罩本体固定于面部;
所述面罩本体由外至内依次包括:外壳、隔热层、蓄热层、过渡层、面层;
所述蓄热层为相变点在38℃~80℃之间的相变材料;
所述过渡层采用柔性多孔材料制备而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的相变保暖面罩,其特征在于,所述相变保暖面罩还包括制热层;
所述制热层置于所述蓄热层和所述过渡层之间;或者,
所述制热层置于所述隔热层和所述蓄热层之间;或者,
所述制热层置于所述蓄热层的两层蓄热材料之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的相变保暖面罩,其特征在于,所述制热层设置有PI加热片或PET加热片。
4.根据权利要求3所述的相变保暖面罩,其特征在于,所述相变保温面罩还包括控制装置;
所述控制装置包括:电源、变压器以及定时器;
所述控制装置用于对所述制热层进行加热并控制加热过程。
5.根据权利要求4所述的相变保暖面罩,其特征在于,采用不高于36V的电压对所述制热层进行制热。
6.根据权利要求2所述的相变保暖面罩,其特征在于,所述制热层包括限温器。
7.根据权利要求2所述的相变保暖面罩,其特征在于,所述制热层采用PET片膜和/或PI片膜。
8.根据权利要求2所述的相变保暖面罩,其特征在于,用电制热时,所述相变材料加工成定型材料,并掺混高热导率组分。
9.根据权利要求1所述的相变保暖面罩,其特征在于,所述过渡层和所述面层一体成型。
10.根据权利要求1所述的相变保暖面罩,其特征在于,所述面层的一侧设置测温热电偶;
所述测温热电偶用于实时记录所述相变保温面罩的温度。
