Abstract
The invention provides a wire barb cutting device which comprises a spool, a traction mechanism and a cutting mechanism positioned on the left side of the traction mechanism, wherein the cutting mechanism comprises a barb cutting mechanism and a barb forming mechanism, and the barb forming mechanism is rotatably arranged on the barb cutting mechanism. The wire rod feeding, cutting, forming, monitoring, cutting, blanking and other processes are fully automatically completed, the cutting mechanism is simple in structure, the cutting and forming are completed by the respective mechanisms, the wire rod forming quality is high, the quality of the formed wire rod can be monitored in real time in the wire rod processing process, operators can find problems in time, defective products are removed, and faults of the device are solved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of wire rod processing, and particularly relates to a wire rod barb cutting and forming device.
Background
Barbed wires (shown in fig. 1) are used in many technical fields, and are more commonly used as medical sutures and cosmetic wires. The barbs can play a good role in skid resistance. The device for forming the barbs on the wire rod in the prior art has a complex structure and low automation degree, and the barbs are generally formed by cutting the wire rod by controlling the angle of the blade. The barbs formed by such a cut are difficult to ensure that the barbs and the wire remain at the formed angle. In addition to the above-mentioned main drawbacks, there is no device for forming barbs on a wire at present, which can realize full-automatic full-process from wire feeding, cutting, forming, monitoring to cutting and blanking.

The invention provides a wire barb cutting device, which solves the problems of complex structure, low automation degree, unstable molding and the like in the prior art.
The invention provides a wire barb cutting device which comprises a spool, a traction mechanism and a cutting mechanism positioned on the left side of the traction mechanism. The wire rod of the prior art is wound on the spool, and penetrates into the cutting mechanism to cut the barbs under the traction of the traction mechanism. The cutting device is very complicated, and the barb is not formed with the angle of the longitudinal axis of the wire rod although the barb is arranged after cutting, and the angle forming is also uncontrollable. Further, the barb cutting mechanism comprises a sliding block, a base, a first power mechanism, a blade mechanism and a sliding block limiting block, wherein the sliding block is slidably arranged on the base, the telescopic part of the first power mechanism is fixedly connected with the sliding block, the blade mechanism is fixedly connected onto the sliding block, and the sliding block limiting block is fixed onto the base. The first power mechanism drives the sliding block to slide on the base in place and drives the blade on the sliding block to act, so that cutting is completed.
Further, barb forming mechanism includes base, rack, second power unit, tooth profile shaft, rack slidable sets up on the base, second power unit's expansion portion and rack fixed connection, tooth profile shaft and rack meshing, and tooth profile shaft portion and blade mechanism fixed connection. Further, the wire barb cutting device further comprises a wire pressing mechanism and a tensioning mechanism, wherein the wire pressing mechanism and the tensioning mechanism are arranged between the spool and the wire feeding mechanism.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the wire rod feeding, cutting, forming, monitoring, cutting, blanking and other processes are fully automatically completed, the cutting mechanism is simple in structure, the cutting and forming are completed by the respective mechanisms, the wire rod forming quality is high, the quality of the formed wire rod can be monitored in real time in the wire rod processing process, operators can find problems in time, defective products are removed, and faults of the device are solved. The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the description of the specific embodiments is for purposes of illustration only and is not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure.
Examples
Referring to fig. 2 to 3, the wire barb cutting and forming device of the present embodiment includes a case 1, a spool 2, a wire pressing mechanism 3, a tensioning mechanism 4, a wire feeding mechanism 5, a cutting mechanism 6, a traction mechanism 7, a cutting mechanism 8 and a blanking hopper 9, which are sequentially disposed on the case 1 according to a wire processing process. The wire barb cutting device further comprises a monitoring lens 10 which is positioned above the traction mechanism 7 and fixed on the case 1. As can be seen from fig. 3, on the top surface of the chassis 1, there are, in order from left to right, a wire feeding mechanism 5, a cutting mechanism 6, a traction mechanism 7, a cutting mechanism 8 and a blanking hopper 9. The left and right directional words used in the present invention are merely for convenience in describing the relative positional relationship of the components, and should not be construed as limiting the specific scope of the present invention.
Specifically, the wire pressing mechanism 3 may include a spring 31, and the position of the wire drawn from the spool 2 is restricted by the spring 31. The tensioning mechanism 4 comprises a plurality of reels, the reels of this embodiment comprise a single large reel 41 and two small reels 42 fixed to the same support, the said large and small reels representing the relative sizes of the two groups of reels. The wire feeding mechanism 5 and the traction mechanism 7 have the same structure, and the wire feeding mechanism is driven to move by the cooperation of four wheels. The rotation control of the wheels is realized by a motor which can be arranged on the top surface of the machine case 1 or in the machine case 1. The cutting mechanism 8 comprises a knife which can move up and down. The blanking bucket 9 is supported below the cutter of the cutting mechanism 8 and can form a certain acute angle with the top surface of the case 1, so that the wire is convenient to cut off and then blanking. The blade mechanism 614 includes a fixed plate 141, a blade 142, and a pressing plate 143, the blade 142 being fixed between the fixed plate 141 and the pressing plate 143. The sliding block 611 slides on the base 612 under the driving of the first power mechanism 613, and when the limiting part 111 of the sliding block 611 contacts the sliding block limiting block 615 on the base 612, the sliding block 611 does not slide any more. The barb cutting mechanism 61 also includes a base adjustment shaft 616, the base adjustment shaft 616 being movably coupled to the base 612. The base adjustment shaft 616 is provided because the angle of the base 612 can be adjusted finely and then fixed by the base adjustment shaft 616.
Referring to fig. 4, 6 and 7, the barb forming mechanism 62 includes a base 621, a rack 622, a second power mechanism 623, and a toothed shaft 624, the rack 622 is slidably disposed on the base 621, a telescopic portion of the second power mechanism 623 is fixedly connected to the rack 622, and the toothed shaft 624 is meshed with the rack 622. The toothed shaft 624 has a toothed portion 241, a movable portion 242 and a fixed portion 243, wherein the toothed portion 241 is engaged with teeth on the rack 622. The fixed portion 243 of the toothed shaft 624 is inserted through the circular hole 112 in the slider 611 of the barb-cutting mechanism 61 into the hole 113 of the fixed plate 141 of the blade mechanism 614, and the movable portion 242 of the toothed shaft 624 is located exactly in the circular hole 112 in the slider 611. The movable portion 242 of the toothed shaft 624 has a cylindrical structure, and the cross section of the fixed portion 243 is not a complete circle, but a semicircular structure in which an arc line and a straight line intersect in order to perform a fixing function. Thus, when the tooth-shaped shaft 624 rotates, the sliding block 611 does not move, and only drives the blade mechanism 614 to rotate, so that the blade 142 can rotate a certain angle, and the barb forming function is achieved.
The first power mechanism 613 and the second power mechanism 623 of the present embodiment each employ a cylinder. The barb cutting mechanism 61 and the barb forming mechanism 62 are fixed on a fixed seat on the top surface of the chassis 1, the barb cutting mechanism 61 and the barb forming mechanism 62 in this embodiment are respectively provided with a pair, the two barb cutting mechanisms 61 are oppositely arranged, and the blade 142 is ensured to be oppositely arranged, so that bidirectional barbs can be cut.
