Abstract

本发明公开了一种带照明灯的嵌顶式空气净化器，有一体式和分体式两种型式。包括机箱、空气净化装置、照明灯具和PTC 加热装置。所述空气净化器设置在机箱内，机箱正面设进风口，进风口里面设有过滤、吸阳、杀菌消毒三道空气净化装置，在吸风机和出风口之间设有对空气加热的PTC 加热板。机箱正面中间设有照明灯，出风口设在机箱边缘的为一体式，用通风管连接并分散设置于居室顶棚的另一侧的出风口为分体式。本产品把空气净化与照明两种功能集于一体，可以对室内空气循环进行过滤、杀菌、消毒和除湿。本产品具有结构紧凑、外形美观、功能齐全、操作方便等优点，有利于保障人们的身体健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及家用小电器产品制造技术领域，特别是指集空气净化和照明为一体的带照明灯的嵌顶式空气净化器。
背景技术
近年来随着房地产市场急速发展、农村城市化进程的加快，人们的生活工作环境得到改善。城市高楼林立密集，居室房间的密封性与保温性相对于原老式住房要好。但随之也出现了室内空气流通不畅，如果平时又不注意开窗边风，不但会造成二氧化碳超标，而且各种装潢材料散发出来的有害气体接踵而来，不断侵蚀居住者的生活、工作空间。几年前的流行病如HINl禽流感、SARS 非典曾使广大居民一度陷入恐慌之中，究其原因多数也是从空气中传播。为此对室内空气，特别是消除居室空气污染尤为显得重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:对现有居室的空气换气技术进行改进，弥补现有各类空气净化器存在的缺陷或不足，向社会提供一种健康、环保，同时又节省空间的带照明灯的嵌顶式空气净化装置。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:带照明灯的嵌顶式空气净化器，有一体式和分体式两种型式，包括机箱、空气净化装置、照明灯具和PTC 加热板。所述空气净化装置设置在机箱内，机箱正面两侧设有进风口，所述进风口里面设有三道空气净化装置，第一道是用雪气过滤网或静电无纺布网板对空气进行过滤;第二道是用活性炭吸附网吸收空气中的有害气体，活性炭吸附网分为可清洗型和定期更换一次性型;第三道是紫外线杀菌灯对空气中细菌病毒进行照射消毒灭菌。空气净化装置后面设有低噪音的吸风机，在吸风机和出风口之间还设有可对空气进行加热的PTC 加热装置。所述吸风机用通风管与机箱边缘或机箱外的多个出风口连通。
所述机箱正面中间设有照明灯，所述照明灯两侧对称设有进风口。
所述出风口设在机箱边缘的为一体式空气净化器，用通风管连接并分散设置于居室顶棚各侧的出风口为分体式空气净化器。
本发明把空气净化与照明两种功能集于一体，室内空气经过三道过滤、吸附、消毒、灭菌，最后经过低噪音吸风机从出风口将过滤处理过的洁净空气再排出到室内，这样可以循环对室内空气进行过滤、杀菌、消毒和除湿。本产品具有结构紧凑、外形美观、健康环保、功能齐全、操作方便等优点，可满足人们不同的需求，有利于保障人们的身体健康。

具体实施方式
如图1 、图2 和图3 所示，带照明灯的嵌顶式空气净化器，有一体式和分体式两种型式，包括机箱、空气净化装置、照明灯具和PTC 加热板。空气净化器装置设置在机箱1 内，机箱1 正面两侧设有进风口2 ，进风口2 里面设有三道空气净化装置，第一道是用空气过滤网8 或静电无纺布网板对空气进行过滤，第二道是用活性炭吸附网7 吸收空气中的有害气体，活性炭吸附网7 分为可清洗型和一次性(定期更换) ，第三道是紫外线杀菌灯6 对空气中细菌病毒进行照射消毒灭菌，空气净化器后面设有低噪音的吸风机9 ，在吸风机9 和出风口4 之间设有对空气加热的PTC 加热板10 。吸风机9 用通风管5 与机箱l 边缘或机箱1 外的多个出风口4 连通。机箱1 正面中间设有照明灯3 ，照明灯3 两侧对称设有进风口2 。出风口4 设在机箱1 边缘的为一体式空气净化器，用通风管5 连接并分散设置于居室顶棚的各侧的出风口4 为分体式空气净化器。
下面结合附图，简述本发明产品的工作原理。如图1 、图2 、图3 所示:开动低噪音吸风机9 ，室内空气从进风口2 进入到空气净化器内部，首先经过机织空气过滤网8 或静电无纺布网板，进行第一道过滤，将PM2. 5 微粒除去:再经过第二道洁性炭吸附网7 进行吸附，将居室中装潢材料散发出来的有害气体例如甲醛等吸附;再经过第二道紫外线杀菌灯6 照射，对细菌、病毒进行消毒、灭菌。最后经过低噪音吸风机9 ，在冬天时可开启PTC 加热板10 ，对出口空气可进行加热。由出风口4 将经过处理过的优化热空气排出到室内，这样可以对室内空气循环进行过滤、吸附、杀菌、消毒和除湿。
因设有PTC 加热板10 ，可对吹出的空气加热，所以本产品也可作为"浴霸"安装在卫生间顶棚上使用。

Claims (3)

1.一种安装在居室顶棚上的带照明灯的嵌顶式空气净化器，有一体式和分体式两种型式，包括机箱、空气净化器、照明灯具和PTC 加热装置，其特征是所述空气净化器设置在机箱(1) 内，机箱(1) 正面两侧设有进风口(2) ，所述雪气净化器内依次设有空气过滤网(8)、活性炭吸附网(7) 、紫外线杀菌灯(6) 三道过滤、吸附、杀菌装置，空气净化器后面设有低噪音的吸风机(9) ，在吸风机(9) 和机箱(1) 的出风口(4) 之间设有对空气加热的PTC 加热板(10) ，所述吸风机(9) 用通风管(5) 与机箱(1)边缘或机箱(1) 外的多个出风口(4)连通。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的带照明灯的嵌顶式空气净化器，其特征是所述机箱(1)正面中间设有照明灯(3) ，照明灯(3) 单独用开关控制。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的带照明灯的嵌顶式空气净化器，其特征是所述出风口(4) 设在机箱(1) 边缘的为一体式空气净化器，用通风管(5) 连接出风口(4) 并分散设置于居室顶棚的另一侧的为分体式空气净化器。
