Abstract

本发明提供了一种石墨烯施胶剂组合物及其制备方法,该施胶剂包括如下组分:石墨烯或石墨烯衍生物、阴离子表面活性剂、分散剂、石蜡、改性淀粉、壳聚糖、去离子水。该制备方法为:将改性淀粉溶于去离子水中,得到改性淀粉溶液;在所述改性淀粉溶液中加入阳离子表面活性剂、石蜡和壳聚糖,分散后得到组合物A;将所述组合物A与石墨烯或石墨烯衍生物、分散剂混合,分散后,乳化,控制pH值为4~5,得到所述施胶剂组合物。本发明具有如下的有益效果:能显著提高纸张的抗菌、防螨、防霉性能;对纸张的强力显著提高;纸张耐破强力提高到4.5kg;可广泛的应用到卫生纸、抗菌医用纸、抗菌文化纸的生产加工中。

石墨烯施胶剂组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种石墨烯施胶剂组合物及其制备方法,属于造纸添加剂技术领域。
背景技术
施胶剂,又称浆内施胶,是一种造纸添加剂,用于对纸浆、纸张、纸板进行处理,取得抗流体渗透的性能,能赋予纸和纸板抗墨、抗水、抗乳液和抗腐蚀等性能,进而提高纸和纸板的平滑度、强度和使用寿命。
现有的施胶剂在使用后,纸张强度差;抗菌性差滴上有机污渍后容易滋生细菌;纸张使用寿命小容易发霉。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种石墨烯施胶剂组合物及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明提供了一种石墨烯施胶剂组合物,其包括按重量百分数计的如下组分:
作为优选方案,所述石墨烯衍生物包括氧化石墨烯和改性石墨烯中的一种或两种。含量不能高于1.5%,否则容易分散不均匀。
作为优选方案,所述阴离子表面活性剂为磺酸盐类阴离子表面活性剂。含量不能高于10%,否则容易产生气泡,影响施胶剂的使用。
作为优选方案,所述磺酸盐类阴离子表面活性剂选自木质素磺酸盐、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐、琥珀酸酯磺酸盐的至少一种。
作为优选方案,所述分散剂选自正丁醇、异丁醇、新戊醇、甘醇的至少一种。
作为优选方案,所述改性淀粉为阴离子改性淀粉,取代度为0.03~0.08%,含水量为10~20%。含量不能高于60%,否则会导致粘度过大不利于施胶的进行。
作为优选方案,所述壳聚糖的脱乙酰度为50~60%。
一种如前述的石墨烯施胶剂组合物的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将改性淀粉溶于去离子水中,得到改性淀粉溶液;
在所述改性淀粉溶液中加入阳离子表面活性剂、石蜡和壳聚糖,分散后得到组合物A;
将所述组合物A与石墨烯或石墨烯衍生物、分散剂混合,分散后,乳化,控制pH值为4~5,得到所述施胶剂组合物。
作为优选方案,所述改性淀粉溶液的粘度为24~60mpa/s。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
1、本发明相比使用普通施胶剂的纸张,能显著提高纸张的抗菌、防螨、防霉性能;
2、本发明使用后意外的发现对纸张的强力显著提高;纸张耐破强力提高到4.5kg;
3、本发明可广泛的应用到卫生纸、抗菌医用纸、抗菌文化纸的生产加工中。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
本实施例涉及一种石墨烯施胶剂组合物的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
一、将石墨烯、木质素磺酸盐、正丁醇、石蜡、阴离子改性淀粉(山东誉恒纤维素有限公司,羧甲基淀粉CMS,特级,取代度大于0.20%)、壳聚糖和去离子水分别按照0.1%、20%、7%、10%、37.9%、5%和20%的重量百分数进行配料;
二、将阴离子改性淀粉溶于去离子水中,得到改性淀粉溶液;
三、在所述改性淀粉溶液中加入木质素磺酸盐、石蜡和壳聚糖,在50℃下搅拌2h后,得到组合物A;
四、将所述组合物A与石墨烯、正丁醇混合,超声分散后半小时后,用高剪切分散乳化器乳化5min,控制pH值为4~5,得到所述施胶剂组合物。
本实施例制备得到的施胶剂的性能如表1所示。

实施例2
本实施例涉及一种石墨烯施胶剂组合物的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
一、将石墨烯、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐、异丁醇、石蜡、阴离子改性淀粉(大城县亦博化工有限公司,羧甲基淀粉CMS,优级,取代度大于0.5%)和壳聚糖去离子水分别按照0.5%、20%、2%、15%、32.5%、5%和25%的重量百分数进行配料;
二、将阴离子改性淀粉溶于去离子水中,得到改性淀粉溶液;
三、在所述改性淀粉溶液中加入烷基甘油醚磺酸盐、石蜡和壳聚糖,在50℃下搅拌2h后,得到组合物A;
四、将所述组合物A与石墨烯、异丁醇混合,超声分散半小时后,用高剪切分散乳化器乳化5min,控制pH值为4~5,得到所述施胶剂组合物。
本实施例制备得到的施胶剂的性能如表1所示。

1.一种石墨烯施胶剂组合物,其特征在于,包括按重量百分数计的如下组分:

3.如权利要求1所述的石墨烯施胶剂组合物,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂为磺酸盐类阴离子表面活性剂。
4.如权利要求3所述的石墨烯施胶剂组合物,其特征在于,所述磺酸盐类阴离子表面活性剂选自木质素磺酸盐、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐、琥珀酸酯磺酸盐的至少一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的石墨烯施胶剂组合物,其特征在于,所述分散剂选自正丁醇、异丁醇、新戊醇、甘醇的至少一种。
6.如权利要求1所述的石墨烯施胶剂组合物,其特征在于,所述改性淀粉为阴离子改性淀粉,取代度为0.03~0.08%,含水量为10~20%。
7.如权利要求1所述的石墨烯施胶剂组合物,其特征在于,所述壳聚糖的脱乙酰度为50~60%。
8.一种如权利要求1所述的石墨烯施胶剂组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将改性淀粉溶于去离子水中,得到改性淀粉溶液;
在所述改性淀粉溶液中加入阳离子表面活性剂、石蜡和壳聚糖,分散后得到组合物A;
将所述组合物A与石墨烯或石墨烯衍生物、分散剂混合,分散后,乳化,控制pH值为4~5,得到所述施胶剂组合物。
9.如权利要求8所述的石墨烯施胶剂组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述改性淀粉溶液的粘度为24~60mpa/s。
