本发明属于农业种植技术领域,特别涉及一种油牡丹的种植方法。
背景技术
油牡丹是一种原产于我国的多年生小灌木,产油率高、油质优,可以作为木本油料作物,除采下牡丹籽加工牡丹籽油之外,其花瓣、花蕊和叶均可制茶,丹皮可入药;牡丹籽油不饱和脂肪酸含量高达92.26%,其中a-亚麻酸占42%以上,多项指标超过被称为“液体黄金”的橄榄油,是世界上最好的食用油;油用牡丹耐干旱、耐瘠薄、耐高寒,具有防风固沙、保持水土、涵养水源、固碳增氧等作用,是很好的绿化树种。
但目前对于油用牡丹的常规育苗方法存在出苗率低,成本高、苗株不易栽培的缺点,大大限制了油牡丹的扩大种植;同时由于常规育苗方法中为防止病虫害而加入各种化学农药,容易对环境造成污染,苗株体内残留农药易超标,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种油牡丹的种植方法,该方法栽培的油牡丹产量高,结籽率高,含油量高,且对环境无污染,无任何农药残留,安全系数高。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种油牡丹的种植方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选择土地:选择干燥、向阳、疏松透气、排水良好的土壤,土壤pH为6.5-7.5,土壤中含有20-45%的砂质土,在种植前将土壤深耕20-30cm,每亩施1000-1200kg有机肥和30-40kg复合肥作为底肥,同时施入8-15kg辛硫磷颗粒剂和1-3kg多菌灵作为土壤杀虫杀菌剂;
(2)播种育苗:
a、育苗基质的制备:育苗基质采用凹凸棒土、有机腐熟基质、豆渣、膨胀珍珠岩按照1∶8∶3∶2的比例制成;所述有机腐熟基质为糖渣、菜饼、鸡粪、果皮按照1∶2∶1∶2的比例混合后,添加占总重量0.1%的EM复合菌后条堆发酵10天后,烘干至含水量为35%粉碎即得;
b、种子处理:使用150-220mg/L的赤霉素水溶液浸泡油牡丹的种子35-50小时,水温控制在10-35℃,浸泡完成后反复用清水冲洗干净;将赤霉素水溶液处理后的种子用40-80mg/L甲哨唑水溶液浸泡15-25小时,水温控制在15-25℃,浸泡完成后反复用清水冲洗干净,晾干;
c、育苗:整平育苗基质,将处理后的种子均匀撒在育苗基质上面,每平方米用干种子0.2kg,然后用育苗基质与土壤的混合物覆盖种子,覆盖厚度为1.5cm,浇足底水,加盖塑料薄膜,适当控温、追肥,保持通风充足,当苗高达到25-30cm时移入苗圃中;
(3)移栽:栽植时间,9月中旬至10月中旬,选取2年生健康幼苗定植,株、行距为40cm×50cm,种植穴直径为35-45cm,深度为40-45cm,先将腐熟的有机肥与表土混合均匀放入穴中堆成圆形土丘,再撒一层无肥的表土,将苗木放在土丘上,使根系均匀分布四周自然垂下,回填土至穴深度一半时,用手轻轻向上提苗,使根颈部低于地平面2-3cm,栽植后按行封成高10-20cm的土埂;
(4)栽植后管理:栽植后封起来的土埂,于春季结合锄地逐渐扒平,以便于田间管理,牡丹生长期内,需要勤锄地,开花前要深锄,深度达3-5cm,开花后要浅锄,深度达1-3cm;冬季时,保持土壤的相对湿度为35-45%,春季时保持土壤相对湿度55-65%,花期前后5天,保持土壤相对湿度75-80%;每年入冬前,追施生物肥70-80kg/亩,每年春分时,追施生物肥30-40kg/亩。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,自采摘牡丹籽前7-10天,每隔一日向最靠近牡丹角的2-3cm茎秆和一片叶面喷施营养液,营养液按照重量份的原料包括:稻草灰60-90份、硫酸亚铁3-12份、磷酸二氢钾3-8份、胰蛋白酶0.4-0.5份、米糠100-150份、聚磷酸铵5-12份、柠檬酸铁1-8份、碘化钠1-4份、去离子水适量,待牡丹籽自动从牡丹籽果荚中脱落。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述有机肥的由如下方法获得:将食用菌菌渣的含水量调节为40-50%,进行堆沤发酵,堆体高度不超过5米,当堆体温度上升到50℃并保持2-3天后,进行翻肥,每隔3-5天进行一次翻肥,当堆体温度保持在40℃,含水量保持在25%以下时,即得有机肥。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,步骤(2)c中育苗基质与土壤的比例为1∶5。
本发明的有益效果:本发明利用赤毒素对油牡丹种子进行引发,以促进其生长、增强其抗逆性;采用育苗基质来促进牡丹种子的引发,为牡丹种子的生长提供了比例协调的营养成分,促进种子的快速出苗;通过合理的施肥,使牡丹能够健康的成长,提高了牡丹的产量,对土壤进行杀虫处理,种子的浸泡处理、田间管理、病虫害防治等一系列配套栽培技术的实施,净化了油用牡丹的生长环境,减少化学农药的使用,有效保护了生态环境。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
一种油牡丹的种植方法,包括以下步骤:

b、种子处理:使用170mg/L的赤霉素水溶液浸泡油牡丹的种子35-50小时,水温控制在10-35℃,浸泡完成后反复用清水冲洗干净;将赤霉素水溶液处理后的种子用60mg/L甲哨唑水溶液浸泡15-25小时,水温控制在15-25℃,浸泡完成后反复用清水冲洗干净,晾干;
c、育苗:整平育苗基质,将处理后的种子均匀撒在育苗基质上面,每平方米用干种子0.2kg,然后用育苗基质与土壤按1∶5的比例混合的混合物覆盖种子,覆盖厚度为1.5cm,浇足底水,加盖塑料薄膜,适当控温、追肥,保持通风充足,当苗高达到25-30cm时移入苗圃中;
(3)移栽:栽植时间,9月中旬至10月中旬,选取2年生健康幼苗定植,株、行距为40cm×50cm,种植穴直径为35-45cm,深度为40-45cm,先将腐熟的有机肥与表土混合均匀放入穴中堆成圆形土丘,再撒一层无肥的表土,将苗木放在土丘上,使根系均匀分布四周自然垂下,回填土至穴深度一半时,用手轻轻向上提苗,使根颈部低于地平面2-3cm,栽植后按行封成高10-20cm的土埂;
(4)栽植后管理:栽植后封起来的土埂,于春季结合锄地逐渐扒平,以便于田间管理,牡丹生长期内,需要勤锄地,开花前要深锄,深度达3-5cm,开花后要浅锄,深度达1-3cm;冬季时,保持土壤的相对湿度为35-45%,春季时保持土壤相对湿度55-65%,花期前后5天,保持土壤相对湿度75-80%;每年入冬前,追施生物肥70kg/亩,每年春分时,追施生物肥30kg/亩;
(5)采收:自采摘牡丹籽前7-10天,每隔一日向最靠近牡丹角的2-3cm茎秆和一片叶面喷施营养液,营养液按照重量份的原料包括:稻草灰60份、硫酸亚铁3份、磷酸二氢钾3份、胰蛋白酶0.4份、米糠100份、聚磷酸铵5份、柠檬酸铁1份、碘化钠1份、去离子水适量,待牡丹籽自动从牡丹籽果荚中脱落。
实施例2
一种油牡丹的种植方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选择土地:选择干燥、向阳、疏松透气、排水良好的土壤,土壤pH为6.5-7.5,土壤中含有20-45%的砂质土,在种植前将土壤深耕20-30cm,每亩施1200kg有机肥和40kg复合肥作为底肥,同时施入15kg辛硫磷颗粒剂和1-3kg多菌灵作为土壤杀虫杀菌剂;所述有机肥的由如下方法获得:将食用菌菌渣的含水量调节为40-50%,进行堆沤发酵,堆体高度不超过5米,当堆体温度上升到50℃并保持2-3天后,进行翻肥,每隔3-5天进行一次翻肥,当堆体温度保持在40℃,含水量保持在25%以下时,即得有机肥;
(2)播种育苗:
a、育苗基质的制备:育苗基质采用凹凸棒土、有机腐熟基质、豆渣、膨胀珍珠岩按照1∶8∶3∶2的比例制成;所述有机腐熟基质为糖渣、菜饼、鸡粪、果皮按照1∶2∶1∶2的比例混合后,添加占总重量0.1%的EM复合菌后条堆发酵10天后,烘干至含水量为35%粉碎即得;
b、种子处理:使用200mg/L的赤霉素水溶液浸泡油牡丹的种子35-50小时,水温控制在10-35℃,浸泡完成后反复用清水冲洗干净;将赤霉素水溶液处理后的种子用80mg/L甲哨唑水溶液浸泡15-25小时,水温控制在15-25℃,浸泡完成后反复用清水冲洗干净,晾干;

Claims (4)
1.一种油牡丹的种植方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)选择土地:选择干燥、向阳、疏松透气、排水良好的土壤,土壤pH为6.5-7.5,土壤中含有20-45%的砂质土,在种植前将土壤深耕20-30cm,每亩施1000-1200kg有机肥和30-40kg复合肥作为底肥,同时施入8-15kg辛硫磷颗粒剂和1-3kg多菌灵作为土壤杀虫杀菌剂;
(2)播种育苗:
a、育苗基质的制备:育苗基质采用凹凸棒土、有机腐熟基质、豆渣、膨胀珍珠岩按照1∶8∶3∶2的比例制成;所述有机腐熟基质为糖渣、菜饼、鸡粪、果皮按照1∶2∶1∶2的比例混合后,添加占总重量0.1%的EM复合菌后条堆发酵10天后,烘干至含水量为35%粉碎即得;
b、种子处理:使用150-220mg/L的赤霉素水溶液浸泡油牡丹的种子35-50小时,水温控制在10-35℃,浸泡完成后反复用清水冲洗干净;将赤霉素水溶液处理后的种子用40-80mg/L甲哨唑水溶液浸泡15-25小时,水温控制在15-25℃,浸泡完成后反复用清水冲洗干净,晾干;
c、育苗:整平育苗基质,将处理后的种子均匀撒在育苗基质上面,每平方米用干种子0.2kg,然后用育苗基质与土壤的混合物覆盖种子,覆盖厚度为1.5cm,浇足底水,加盖塑料薄膜,适当控温、追肥,保持通风充足,当苗高达到25-30cm时移入苗圃中;

2.根据权利要求1所述的油牡丹的种植方法,其特征在于,自采摘牡丹籽前7-10天,每隔一日向最靠近牡丹角的2-3cm茎秆和一片叶面喷施营养液,营养液按照重量份的原料包括:稻草灰60-90份、硫酸亚铁3-12份、、磷酸二氢钾3-8份、胰蛋白酶0.4-0.5份、米糠100-150份、聚磷酸铵5-12份、柠檬酸铁1-8份、碘化钠1-4份、去离子水适量,待牡丹籽自动从牡丹籽果荚中脱落。
3.根据权利要求1所述的油牡丹的种植方法,其特征在于,所述有机肥的由如下方法获得:将食用菌菌渣的含水量调节为40-50%,进行堆沤发酵,堆体高度不超过5米,当堆体温度上升到50℃并保持2-3天后,进行翻肥,每隔3-5天进行一次翻肥,当堆体温度保持在40℃,含水量保持在25%以下时,即得有机肥。
4.根据权利要求1所述的油牡丹的种植方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)c中育苗基质与土壤的比例为1∶5。
