Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of ceramic products, and particularly relates to a red spot oil drop temmoku glaze ceramic with a black matrix and a preparation process thereof.
Background
The Tianmu glaze is one of special black glaze varieties and is characterized in that round-point crystals with different metal luster are formed in a black glaze layer of a bowl, the large diameter is several millimeters, the small diameter is only a needle point, the small points are golden yellow and have silvery white metal luster, namely, the Tianmu glaze is like a twinkling star at night and is like glittering oil beads, so that the Tianmu glaze is named as 'oil drop glaze'.
The variety of oil drops has innumerable uneven and embossed crystal spots with different sizes on a black glaze surface in a kiln, the oil drops are called gold oil drops if the color is gold, the silver oil drops if the color is silver ash, and the oil drops are red Tianmu if the color is rare. The red temmoku firing technique has been lost for a long time, and the invention patent application No. 2005100349032 discloses a method for producing a temmoku ceramic of red obsidian by adding chemical raw materials such as ferric oxide, magnesium oxide, and phosphorus pentoxide as a color former to a base glaze and firing the mixture in an oxidizing flame atmosphere. From the aspect of glaze material proportion, although the chemical color former is cheap and easy to obtain, the effect of the produced Tianmu glaze is far different from that of the original mineral glaze, and the porcelain glaze surface using the chemical glaze has no flowing sense during molding at high temperature; from the aspect of firing process, the red temmoku glaze uses ferric oxide as a main color former, so the red temmoku glaze must be fired in an oxidizing flame atmosphere, otherwise, when the kiln temperature reaches over 1000 ℃, the red color glaze begins to decompose into ferric oxide and dissolve in the glaze, and red spots cannot be reflected, while the traditional temmoku glaze is fired by using a reduction glaze, and the glaze surface has no gorgeous color but has the texture of convergence and comfort. Although this method can produce the red obsidian day-mesh ceramic, the effect thereof is greatly different from the conventional red day-mesh, from both the glaze composition and the firing process, and needs to be further improved.
Therefore, if the limitation in the traditional process can be overcome, the erythema temmoku glaze ceramic which is safe to use and high in firing power is developed, the requirement of consumers can be met, and the development of temmoku glaze ceramic is promoted.
