Detailed ways

FIG. 1A is a schematic external view of an eardrum puncturing device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1B is a schematic side view of the display unit of the eardrum puncturing device of FIG. 1A . 1C is a schematic illustration of the insertion end of the replaceable insert of the eardrum puncturing device of FIG. 1A . Please refer to FIG. 1A , FIG. 1B and FIG. 1C . In this embodiment, the eardrum puncturing device 100 includes a main body 110 , a replaceable insertion part 120 and a display unit 180 . The replaceable insertion part 120 is detachably connected to the main body 110 and has an insertion end 120a. Furthermore, the insertion end 120a is located at an end remote from the body 110, and the insertion end 120a is adapted to be inserted into the ear canal 54 of a user (not shown).

The replaceable insertion part 120 includes an image acquisition unit 130 , an assembly hole 124 and a replaceable piercing member 140 . The image capturing unit 130 is disposed at the insertion end 120a of the replaceable inserting part 120, and in this embodiment, the image capturing unit 130 may have a dual-lens module, such as a left lens 130a and a right lens 130b as shown in FIG. 1C . In addition, the assembly hole 124 extends from the insertion end 120a toward the direction of the main body 110 . In this embodiment, since the image acquisition unit 130 has dual lenses (the left lens 130a and the right lens 130b) at the same time, the eardrum puncture device 100 can use the dual lenses of the image acquisition unit 130 to acquire the stereoscopic image in the ear canal 54, And the distance between the insertion end 120a of the replaceable insertion part 120 and the eardrum 52 is obtained according to the stereoscopic image, that is, the depth in the ear canal 54 into which the insertion end 120a is inserted.

Referring to FIG. 1C again, the replaceable piercing member 140 is removably disposed in the assembly hole 124, and the replaceable piercing member 140 can pass through the replaceable insertion portion 140 toward the direction of the insertion end 120a, so as to allow the user to The eardrum 52 is punctured.

In this embodiment, the diameters of the left lens 130a and the right lens 130b of the image capturing unit 130 are, for example, less than 4 millimeters (mm). Therefore, the left lens 130 a and the right lens 130 b of the image capturing unit 130 of this example can be simultaneously disposed on the insertion end 120 a of the replaceable insertion part 120 . Therefore, in this embodiment, the insertion end 120a of the image capturing unit 130 with the dual-lens module has a diameter of less than about 10 mm, and can be inserted into the ear canal 54 of the user.

In this embodiment, the eardrum puncturing device 100 simultaneously acquires a stereoscopic image in the ear canal 54 through the left lens 130a and the right lens 130b. Then, analysis is performed according to the obtained stereo image to obtain the depth information of the insertion end 120 a in the ear canal 54 , that is, the distance from the insertion end 120 a to the eardrum 52 .

52。As shown in FIG. 1A , the eardrum puncturing device 100 of this embodiment further includes a fixing unit 160 , and the fixing unit 160 is detachably sleeved on the replaceable insertion part 120 . In this embodiment, the fixing unit 160 can be inserted into the ear canal 54 of the user first, and the ear canal 54 is slightly opened. Next, the replaceable inserting part 120 of the eardrum puncturing device 100 can be inserted into the ear canal 54 along the fixing unit 160 , and fixed at the target deployment position in the ear canal 54 by the fixing unit 160 . After the replaceable inserting part 120 of the eardrum puncturing device 100 is fixed by the fixing unit 160, the replaceable inserting part 120 cannot move further along the depth direction of the ear canal 54, that is, in the direction of the eardrum 52, so as to avoid the replaceable The insertion portion 120 contacts the eardrum 52 .

100。As mentioned above, the replaceable insertion part 120 is detachably disposed on the main body 110 , and the fixing unit 160 is detachably sleeved on the replaceable insertion part 120 . In other words, both the replaceable insertion part 120 and the fixing unit 160 can be removed from the main body 110 of the eardrum puncturing device 100 after the eardrum puncturing device 100 is used. In this embodiment, the replaceable insertion portion 120 and the fixing unit 160 are made of disposable materials, for example, so that the time and labor required for cleaning and sterilizing the replaceable inserting portion 120 and the fixing unit 160 can be reduced. , while avoiding the risk of cross-infection of germs or viruses between different users through the replaceable insertion part 120 or the fixing unit 160 , and allowing the user to use the eardrum puncturing device 100 more conveniently and hygienically.

120。As shown in FIG. 1A , the eardrum puncturing device 100 has a holding part 150 and a switch button 152 , the holding part 150 is connected to the main body 110 , and the switch button 152 is arranged on the holding part 150 . In this embodiment, the user can hold the eardrum puncturing device 100 through the holding portion 150 , and turn on or off the eardrum puncturing device 100 by using the switch button 152 . Additionally, a vacuum line 174 is connected between a vacuum source (not shown) and the grip 150 , and the vacuum line 174 extends further into the body 110 and connects the replaceable insert 120 .

As shown in FIG. 1B , in this embodiment, the display unit 180 is disposed on the side of the main body 110 opposite to the replaceable insertion portion 120 . The display unit 180 is electrically connected to the image acquisition unit 130 to display the stereoscopic image captured by the image acquisition unit 130 in the ear canal 54 .

In this embodiment, the display unit 180 may have a first manipulation key 182 and a second manipulation key 184 . The first manipulation key 182 is used to control the image capturing of the image capturing unit 130 , and the second manipulation key 184 is used to manipulate the replaceable insert 120 to suck the water in the eardrum 52 through the vacuum line 174 .

The eardrum puncturing device 100 further has a light source 190, and the light source 190 is also arranged on the insertion end 120a. Accordingly, the light source 190 may provide illumination within the ear canal 54 when the insertion end 120a is inserted into the ear canal 54 of the user.

In this embodiment, the replaceable piercing member 140 can also be removed from the assembly hole 124 for replacement after use. At the same time, the replaceable puncture member 140 is also made of a disposable material, for example, so as to reduce the time and labor cost required for cleaning and disinfection, and to reduce the cross-infection of germs of users or patients through the replaceable puncture member 140 risk, thereby improving the safety and hygiene of eardrum puncture.

As shown in FIG. 1C , the light source 190 is, for example, a light emitting diode (LED) light source or a laser diode light source. The light source 190 is disposed above the dual lenses of the image capturing unit 130 and can protrude from the insertion end 120a to prevent glare from the lens of the image capturing unit 130 when capturing images. Furthermore, the light source 190 may be used to project a stationary indicia (not shown) onto the eardrum 52 . Then, the image acquisition unit 130 of the eardrum puncturing device 100 may use the fixed mark as a reference sensing target to measure the distance between the insertion end 120 a and the eardrum 52 . In other words. The fixed indicia projected by the light source 190 can guide the user to align with a specific location on the eardrum 52 in the image and measure the distance between the insertion end 120a and the aforementioned specific location.

The light from the light source 190 may also be projected through a lens with fixed markings. For example, the fixed mark is disposed at the bottom of the lens of the image capturing unit 130, and the light source 190 can be refracted and disposed on the surface of the eardrum 52 by setting a pin-hole or a slit. A pattern of fixed marks on the lens of the image acquisition unit 130 .

In this embodiment, since the image acquisition unit 130 acquires the image with dual lenses, the shooting quality of the image can be effectively improved. In other words, the image acquisition unit 130 can improve light sensitivity and reduce noise through a dual-lens configuration.

Referring to FIG. 1A again, in this embodiment, the eardrum puncturing device 100 further has a fixing ring 115 disposed between the replaceable insertion portion 120 and the main body 110 . The replaceable insert 120 is detachably fixed on the main body 110 via the fixing ring 115 . Therefore, when the eardrum piercing device 100 is used up, the replaceable insert 120 can be removed for cleaning or replacement. Further, as discussed above, the replaceable insert 120 and all components disposed therein may be fabricated from disposable materials. In this way, the replaceable inserting part 120 of the eardrum puncturing device 100 and its internal components can be easily replaced, and the repeated use of components can avoid the problem of hygiene or bacterial infection for the user.

2A and 2B are schematic views of an embodiment of a replaceable insertion portion of the eardrum puncturing device of FIG. 1A . FIG. 2A shows the situation when the replaceable piercing member 140 of the eardrum puncturing device 100 is received into the assembly hole 124 , and FIG. 2B shows the situation when the replaceable piercing member 140 of the eardrum puncturing device 100 passes through the assembly hole 124 situation in . As shown in FIG. 2A and FIG. 2B , the physician or the operator can press the switch button 152 of the holding part 150 so that the replaceable puncture member 140 in the assembly hole 124 can be driven, so that the replaceable puncture member 140 faces the insertion end The direction of 120a passes through the assembly hole 124 to puncture the eardrum 52 of the user in FIG. 1 .

Before the replaceable piercing member 140 pierces the eardrum 52 of the user, the image acquisition unit 130 disposed on the insertion end 120a can first acquire the stereoscopic image of the ear canal 54 of the user with dual lenses, and thereby obtain the insertion end 120a. Depth information of end 120a within ear canal 54. After the eardrum piercing device 100 is used, the replaceable piercing member 140 can be retracted into the assembly hole 124 in the replaceable insertion portion 120 by pressing the switch button 152 again.

FIG. 3 is a schematic view of some components of the eardrum puncturing device of FIG. 1A . In the present embodiment, the eardrum puncturing device 100 may have a suction tube 170 configured in the above-mentioned replaceable puncturing member 140 . That is, the replaceable piercing member 140 surrounds the suction tube member 170 . Additionally, the suction tubing 170 may be connected to a vacuum source via the vacuum line 174 described above. In detail, in this embodiment, after the eardrum piercing device 100 pierces the eardrum 52 through the replaceable piercing member 140 , the suction tube 170 can penetrate deep into the eardrum 52 to extract the accumulated water in the eardrum 52 to the ear 50 In addition, in order to facilitate the follow-up related surgery.

4A and 4B are schematic cross-sectional views of some components of the eardrum puncturing device of FIG. 1A . In this embodiment, the suction tube 170 disposed in the replaceable piercing member 140 can be configured with an ear tube 172 at one end of the opening close to the replaceable piercing member 140 , and the ear tube 172 can be used to remove the volume in the eardrum 52 . The water is led into the suction tube 170 . As shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B , after the replaceable piercing member 140 pierces the eardrum 52 in the ear canal 54 , the replaceable piercing member 140 can drive the replaceable piercing member 140 toward the The direction of the assembly hole 124 in the replaceable insert 120 is looped back. Meanwhile, the ear tube 172 continues to remain in the eardrum 52 until the water accumulated in the eardrum 52 is sucked out through the suction tube 170 . After the water in the eardrum 52 is completely sucked, the suction tube 170 and the connected ear tube 172 can be driven back to the assembly hole 124 in the replaceable insert 120 by the driving member 142 .

In this embodiment, the replaceable puncturing member 140 and the suction tube 170 of the eardrum puncturing device 100 are jointly accommodated in the assembly hole 124 , and the assembly hole 124 , the image acquisition unit 130 and the light source 190 are configured together in the eardrum puncturing device 100 into the replaceable insert 120 of the . Therefore, the replaceable insertion portion 120 of the eardrum puncturing device 100 can be effectively reduced in volume and adapted to be inserted into the ear canal 54 of the user. In addition, while the insertion end 120a moves in the ear canal 54 and the replaceable piercing member 140 pierces the eardrum 52, the insertion end 120a and the replaceable piercing member 140 can be sensed and determined with the assistance of the image acquisition unit 130 Depth location within ear canal 54 .

FIG. 5A is an exploded schematic view of the fixing unit of the eardrum puncturing device of FIG. 1A . In this embodiment, the above-mentioned fixing unit 160 includes an opening piece 162 and a holding piece 164 , the opening piece 162 has a through hole 162 a, and the holding piece 164 is disposed at the end of the through hole 162 a. In this embodiment, the ear opening piece 162 is detachably inserted into the ear canal 54 . The holder 164 is installed at one end of the ear piece 162 inserted into the ear canal 54 and movably abuts in the ear canal 54 . In addition, the holder 164 has a through hole 164a for allowing the replaceable insert 120 to be inserted therein.

5B and 5C are schematic diagrams of an embodiment of the fixing unit of the eardrum puncturing device of FIG. 1A . Please refer to FIGS. 5A , 5B and 5C, as described above, since the opening piece 162 has the through hole 162a, and the replaceable insert 120 can be inserted into the through hole 164a of the holder 164 through the through hole 162a, so that the replaceable The insertion portion 120 is fixed at a target position in the ear canal 54, that is, a position suitable for the image acquisition unit 130 to acquire images. In this embodiment, the holder 164 is made of, for example, an elastic silicone material, and the holder 164 can be black to absorb light, so as to prevent the holder 164 from reflecting light into the image capturing unit 130 to form an image capture The sensing noise of the unit 130 reduces the accuracy of image sensing.

120。It is worth mentioning that the inside of the open ear piece 162 can be filled with gas, and when the replaceable insertion part 120 is inserted into the ear canal via the open ear piece 162, the replaceable insertion part 120 of the eardrum puncturing device 100 can be passed through the operator's Force is applied to squeeze the opening ear piece 162, so that the gas in the opening ear piece 162 pushes in the direction of the part of the opening ear piece 162 inserted in the ear canal 54, and the air inserted in the ear canal 54 is pushed. Part of the stretch ear piece 162 expands in volume such that the stretch ear piece 164 rests more firmly within the ear canal 54 while more firmly gripping the replaceable insert 120 through the stretch ear piece 162 .

FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of the eardrum puncturing device of FIG. 1A . In this embodiment, the sum of the distance d1 and the distance d2 in FIG. 6 is the working distance at which the image acquisition unit 130 can acquire the stereoscopic color image of the eardrum 52 in the ear canal 54 , which is approximately between 0 mm and 10 mm. between. When the insertion end 124a of the eardrum puncturing device 100 enters the range of the above-mentioned distance d1, the eardrum puncturing device 100 can continuously acquire the replaceable type according to the stereoscopic image in the ear canal 54 acquired by the dual lenses of the image acquisition unit 130. The depth information of the insertion end 120 a of the insertion part 120 in the ear canal 54 , that is, the depth of the insertion end 124 inserted into the ear canal 54 and the distance between the insertion end 124 and the eardrum 52 .

In this embodiment, the distance d2 in FIG. 6 is the warning distance. That is, when the insertion end 120a enters the range of the distance d2, the eardrum puncturing device 100 will start to issue a warning in the form of a sound or a visual image to warn that the insertion end 120a is too close to the eardrum 52 and prevent the insertion end 120a from touching the eardrum. 52. For example, as the insertion end 120a is closer to the position of the eardrum 52, the eardrum puncturing device 100 emits a higher frequency of warning sounds or visual images to remind the operator that the insertion end 120a is close to the position of the eardrum 52, and the insertion end 120a needs to be adjusted to the eardrum 52. The depth of end 120a within eardrum 52 is adjusted. The eardrum puncturing device 100 can determine the proper arrangement position of the insertion end 120a in the ear canal 54 according to the stereoscopic image displayed by the above-mentioned display unit 180 and the frequency of the warning, and the insertion end 120a can be fixed on the above-mentioned fixing unit 160 through the above-mentioned fixing unit 160 . properly configured location.

In this embodiment, since the eardrum puncturing device 100 can obtain the depth information of the insertion end 120a entering the ear canal 54 through the stereoscopic image obtained from the ear canal 54 by the dual lenses of the image obtaining unit 130, the insertion end 120a can be obtained according to The actual operation requirement of the eardrum puncturing device 100 is to be fixed at an appropriate position in the ear canal 54 to prevent the insertion end 120 a from directly contacting the eardrum 52 and causing damage to the eardrum 52 . In other words, the insertion end 120a can adjust and optimize the depth of the insertion end 120a into the ear canal 54 and the configuration position in the ear canal 54 with the assistance of the image acquisition unit 130 . Then, the insertion end 120a is fixed at the aforementioned arrangement position by the fixing unit 160 . After the insertion end 120a is fixed in a proper configuration position, the switch button 152 on the handle 150 of the eardrum piercing device 100 can be pressed, so that the replaceable piercing member 140 in the assembly hole 124 in the replaceable insertion part 120 is removed By driving, the replaceable insertion portion 120 is passed through the insertion end 120 a to puncture the eardrum 52 .

To sum up, the eardrum puncturing devices of various embodiments of the present invention can acquire a stereoscopic image in the ear canal through the dual lenses of the image acquisition unit, and then know the insertion of the replaceable insertion portion of the eardrum puncturing device according to the stereoscopic image. Depth information inside the ear canal. Therefore, the depth position of the insertion end of the replaceable insertion part in the ear canal can be grasped more accurately, so that the insertion end can be adjusted and optimized according to the depth information obtained from the above-mentioned stereoscopic image, thereby preventing the insertion end from touching eardrum. In addition, the replaceable insertion portion and its insertion end can be fixed in the above-mentioned arrangement position by the fixing unit. Furthermore, the replaceable puncturing element can also be assisted by the image acquisition unit to puncture the eardrum more accurately during the puncturing process, especially the operator can more effectively grasp the puncture depth of the eardrum.

In various embodiments of the present invention, since the diameter of the image capturing unit is, for example, less than 4 mm, the dual lenses of the image capturing unit can be configured on the insertion end at the same time, and the insertion end can also have a The assembly hole of the displaceable piercing piece and the light source used for illumination and projection of the fixed mark. Therefore, in the process of image acquisition and eardrum puncturing, the eardrum puncturing device does not need to replace components, and can perform image acquisition and eardrum puncture at the same time.

In various embodiments of the present invention, the replaceable insertion portion of the eardrum puncturing device and its internal components can be made of disposable materials, which facilitates the replacement of components of the eardrum puncturing device and avoids repeated use of components For example, the problem of bacterial infection is caused to the user, so as to improve the hygiene and convenience of the user.
