Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides an electronic card connector 100, wherein the electronic card connector 100 can be soldered to a circuit board (not shown) and used for inserting and pulling a card holder 200, and the card holder 200 has locking grooves 205 on both left and right sides. In the present embodiment, the electronic card connector 100 includes an insulative housing, a plurality of conductive terminals inserted and formed on the insulative housing, a metal shell 30 covering the insulative housing, and a card ejecting mechanism (not shown), wherein the insulative housing includes a first insulator 11, a second insulator 12, a third insulator 13, and a fourth insulator sequentially arranged from front to back, and the conductive terminals include a first terminal 21, a second terminal 22, a third terminal 23, and a detecting terminal 24.
The first insulator 11 and the first terminal 21 are injection molded to form a first terminal base 110, the second insulator 12 and the second terminal 22 are injection molded to form a second terminal base 120, the third insulator 13 and the third terminal 23 are injection molded to form a third terminal base 130, the fourth insulator and the detecting terminal 24 are injection molded to form a fourth terminal base 140, and the fourth insulator is provided with a vertical rotating shaft 142.
The first, second and third insulating bodies 11, 12 and 13 are formed with slots 15 on the upper side for inserting and extracting the card holder 200, and the fourth insulating body is located on the rear side of the slots 15.
The first terminal 21, the second terminal 22 and the third terminal 23 respectively have contact portions 211, 221 and 231 protruding upward into the insertion slot 15 and soldering portions 212, 222 and 232 extending out of the insulative body for soldering to the circuit board. The detecting terminal 24 has a resilient arm 241 projecting forward into the slot 15 and a soldering portion 242 extending backward out of the insulating body.
The metal shell 30 includes a top wall 33, a first side wall 31 and a second side wall 32 bent and extended downward from the left and right ends of the top wall 33, and two elastic pieces 34 stamped and formed downward from the top wall 33, the top wall 33 covers the top of the slot 15, the first and second side walls 31, 33 surround the left and right sides of the slot 15, the two elastic pieces 34 are located on the left and right sides of the slot 15, each elastic piece 34 extends in the front-back direction and includes a front end portion 341, a rear end portion 342, and an intermediate portion 343 connecting the front end portion 341 and the rear end portion 342, the front end portion 341 and the rear end portion 342 are located in the same vertical plane, the upper edges of the two are vertically connected with the top wall 33, the intermediate portion 343 is an arc-shaped sheet protruding inward, one of the elastic pieces 34 is located inside the first side wall 31, is spaced from the left and right of the first side wall 31, and is stamped and formed downward from the inside the top wall 33, and the top wall 33 has an opening 331 for forming the one of the elastic piece 34.
