Technical Field

In the field of building engineering, pipelines are generally required to be connected, and the pipeline connection modes in the prior art are various:

After the first pipeline and the first connecting piece are assembled, the connecting pipeline is sleeved on the first connecting piece along the direction from the extending section to the mounting section and is fixedly connected with the first connecting piece, and therefore the relative position of the first connecting piece and the connecting pipeline is fixed.
Therefore, the first pipeline and the connecting pipeline can be conveniently and quickly connected through the technical scheme provided by the invention.

The present embodiment provides a built-in seal type connection unit.
The method comprises the following steps: a first pipe 110, a connecting pipe 200, and a first connector 310;
the circumferential surface of the first pipe 110 extends outwards along the radial direction of the first pipe 110 to form a first baffle 111, and the first baffle 111 divides the first pipe 110 into an extending section 101 and an installation section 102;
the first connecting piece 310 is sleeved on the installation section 102 of the first pipeline 110 along the direction from the installation section 102 to the stretching-in section 101 and is fixedly connected with the installation section 102; a sealing member is arranged between the first connecting member 310 and the first baffle 111;
the connecting pipe 200 is sleeved on the first connecting piece 310 along the direction from the extending section 101 to the mounting section 102 and is fixedly connected with the first connecting piece 310.
In a specific use process, the first connecting member 310 is firstly sleeved on the mounting section 102 of the first pipeline 110, the sealing member is mounted between the first baffle plate 111 and the first connecting member 310 of the first pipeline 110, and in a process that the first connecting member 310 is continuously pushed towards the first baffle plate 111, the end portion of the first connecting member 310 presses the sealing member to increase the area of the sealing member in the radial direction, and the assembling manner can fix the first connecting member 310 and the first pipeline 110 and can seal the connecting position by means of the sealing member.
After the first pipe 110 and the first connector 310 are assembled, the connecting pipe 200 is sleeved on the first connector 310 along the direction from the extending section 101 to the installation section 102 and is fixedly connected with the first connector 310, so that the relative position of the first connector 310 and the connecting pipe 200 is fixed.
Therefore, the first pipe 110 and the connecting pipe 200 can be conveniently and quickly connected by the technical scheme provided by the invention.
The shape and structure of the first connector 310 are described in detail below:
the first connector 310 includes a connection bar 301 and a connection head 302,
connecting rod 301 is provided with the through-hole along the axis direction of connecting rod 301, and the connector 302 middle part is provided with the through-hole along the axis direction of connector 302 to the through-hole of connecting rod 301 and the through-hole intercommunication of connector 302.
The shape and structure of the connecting duct 200 are described in detail below:
the end of the connecting duct 200 facing the first connector 310 is provided with a first mounting hole 210, a first step extends inward in a radial direction from the inner wall of the connecting duct 200, the first connector 310 extends into the first mounting hole 210 and the end of the first connector 310 abuts against the first step. The length of the first installation hole 210 is greater than that of the protruding section 101 of the first connection member 310, and there is a gap between the end of the first connection member 310 and the first step for accommodating the first barrier 111 of the first duct 110 and the sealing member between the first barrier 111 and the first connection member 310. In the above-described fitting structure, the circumferential wall of the first mounting hole 210 in the radial direction is filled with the seal member in a state where the seal member is pressed, and a good sealing effect can be achieved.
More preferably, the connection pipe 200 has a cylindrical hollow structure,

referring to fig. 7, the second pipe 120 and the second connector 320 in this embodiment are assembled in a similar manner to that in embodiment 1, first, the second connector 320 is sleeved on the mounting end of the second pipe 120, and then, the free end of the connecting pipe 200 is sleeved on the second connector 320. The embodiment can realize the connection of a plurality of pipelines through a simple assembly mode, and the connection mode is simple and easy to implement.
The shape and structure of the second duct 120 are explained in detail below:
the circumferential surface of the second pipe 120 extends outwards along the radial direction of the second pipe 120 to form a second baffle 121, and the second baffle 121 divides the second pipe 120 into an extending section 101 and a mounting section 102;
a sealing member is disposed between the second connector 320 and the second barrier 121.
The shape and structure of the second connection member 320 are explained in detail as follows:
the second connector 320 includes a connecting rod 301 and a connecting head 302,
connecting rod 301 is provided with the through-hole along the axis direction of connecting rod 301, and the connector 302 middle part is provided with the through-hole along the axis direction of connector 302 to the through-hole of connecting rod 301 and the through-hole intercommunication of connector 302.
The shape and structure of the connecting duct 200 will be described in addition to the following:
the end of the connection pipe 200 facing the second connector 320 is provided with a second mounting hole 220,
further, a second step extends inward in a radial direction from the inner wall of the connection pipe 200, the second connector 320 protrudes into the second mounting hole 220 and an end of the second connector 320 abuts against the second step. The second mounting hole 220 has a length greater than that of the protruding section 101 of the second connection member 320, and a gap for receiving the second barrier 121 of the second pipe 120 and a sealing member between the second barrier 121 and the second connection member 320 is provided between the end of the second connection member 320 and the second step.
