Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a joint for connecting conductive rails.
Background
The conductor rail is a functional main body arranged on the side surface or below the vehicle and used for transmitting electric energy to electric traction vehicles of subways and urban rail transit systems, and the C-shaped conductor rail is a relatively novel conductor rail type, and has moderate rigidity and is convenient for laying curve line sections; the structure is reasonable, and the rapid construction and installation can be realized. In the actual installation process of the conductor rails, a plurality of C-shaped conductor rails are connected at the butt joint positions by using middle joints, and the structure and the connection mode of the middle joints need to consider the structural characteristics of the C-shaped conductor rails. In the existing track traffic engineering case adopting C-shaped conductor rails, an intermediate joint is usually connected with two sections of conductor rails by adopting an inner clamping plate penetrating into the inner cavity of the C-shaped conductor rail and an outer clamping plate at the outer part in a butt clamp manner, and the inner clamping plate and the outer clamping plate are complete profiles with preset connecting holes. The connection mode is more convenient and practical compared with an intermediate joint which needs to be installed in a field punching mode, but the improvement in the installation process still needs to be carried out. The C-shaped rail middle joint for installing the complete section bar as the inner clamping plate and the outer clamping plate is usually required to be penetrated into the inner cavity of one conductor rail by an installer, and then the other conductor rail is moved to enable the other end of the inner clamping plate of the middle joint to penetrate into the inner cavity of the conductor rail. In the engineering installation process, the length of a single conductor rail is usually more than 10 meters, the mass is more than 100 kg, and in addition, in order to ensure the installation precision of the conductor rail, the fit clearance between the middle joint and the conductor rail cannot be set too large, so that the process of penetrating the middle joint is laborious, and the installation of the middle joint is more difficult to implement in consideration of the installation of an overhead line.
