Abstract
本发明提供了一种玛咖炮制方法,它包括如下操作步骤:取新鲜玛咖,干燥至玛咖失水40~50%后,切片,在80~100℃下烘干0.5~3h,即可。本发明还提供了基于该方法的玛咖炮制品以及相应的组合物。本发明研究发现,经过上述炮制方法的处理,所得玛咖产品感觉不到或微弱感觉到玛咖特有的辛辣味,同时提高了玛咖酰胺含量,改善了食用的口感,提高了营养成分。本发明研究还发现用辊筒及壳粉分离式制粉机(6FTY-28B、6FTY-30A、6FTY-40A)挤压,能有效分离苦荞原粮的壳、心粉和皮层粉。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种玛咖炮制方法及其炮制品的组合物。
背景技术
玛咖(学名:Lepidium meyenii Walp.),是原产南美洲安第斯山脉的一种十字花科独行菜属植物。叶羽状,根茎形似小圆萝卜,可食用,营养成份丰富,有“南美人参”之誉。玛咖的下胚轴可能呈金色或者淡黄色、红色、紫色、蓝色、黑色或者绿色等。淡黄色的根最常见。玛咖富含高单位营养素,对人体有滋补强身的功用。
玛咖粉经一般的粉碎处理,会带有刺激性较大的特殊辛辣味,不仅影响食用口感,服用不当还可能造成部分食用者胃部不适等现象。
另外,目前大多玛咖产品都添加药物或药物提取物等进行组合和配比,药物的存在会影响玛咖作为一种食品的安全性。
发明内容
基于上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种玛咖炮制方法。本发明还提供了该方法制备的玛咖炮制品以及基于该炮制品的组合物。
本发明提供了一种玛咖炮制方法,它包括如下操作步骤:
取新鲜玛咖,在30~100℃下干燥至玛咖失水40~50%后,切片,再在80-100℃下干燥0.5~3h即可。
进一步地,切片后烘干温度为100℃,时间为1h。
其中,干燥使玛咖失水的方式可以是晾晒、烘干等。
本发明还提供了上述方法制备的玛咖炮制品。
本发明研究发现,经过上述炮制方法的处理,所得玛咖产品感觉不到或微弱感觉到玛咖特有的辛辣味,同时可以显著提高玛咖酰胺类物质的含量,改善了食用的口感,提高了营养成分。
本发明还提供了一种玛咖和苦荞的组合物,其原料重量配比如下:
上述玛咖炮制品或其药粉5~15份,苦荞生皮层粉20~40份。
苦荞是自然界中甚少的药食两用作物,据《本草纲目》记载:苦荞味苦,性平寒,能实肠胃,益气力,续精神,利耳目,炼五脏渣秽;在《千金要方》、《中药大辞典》及相关文献中对苦荞都有记载:可安神、活气血、降气宽肠、清热肿风痛、祛积化滞、清肠、润肠、通便、止咳、平喘、抗炎、抗过敏、强心、减肥、美容等功效。
苦荞即苦荞麦,学名鞑靼荞麦(鞑靼,读音dádá,是对中国古代北方少数民族的统称),别名荞叶七、野兰荞、万年荞、菠麦、乌麦、花荞。比甜荞即荞麦的营养价值高出很多。特别是生物类黄酮的含量是荞麦的13.5倍。
进一步地,所述苦荞生皮层粉中,芦丁含量在2%w/w以上,优选在3%w/w以上。
其中,所述苦荞生皮层粉由如下方法制备得到:
(1)取苦荞,经辊式皮芯分离面粉机分离成壳、心粉和皮层粉;
(2)将皮层粉与荞壳分离,获得粗粒皮层粉,粗粒皮层粉再经粉碎获得苦荞生皮层粉。
本发明所述皮层粉,又称作皮层粉或外层粉,可以通过购买市售产品获得。
本发明所述经辊式皮芯分离面粉机,是通过购买市售产品得到。
本发明研究发现,苦荞生皮层粉中芦丁(也称为维生素P)的含量显著高于心粉和全粉,具体含量见下表。

上述玛咖炮制品粉末8份,苦荞生皮层粉30份。

进一步地,所述经口食用的食品为粉末状。
其中,除了以粉入药外,玛咖炮制品也可以采用水提物或醇提物等形式入药,水提物或以药粉入药,均是中药传统使用方式,水提后,由于水的溶解范围广,能够将大部分有效成分溶出,使药物更容易被人体吸收,起效更快,例如汤剂等给药形式;以原粉入药,药粉的表面积较大,也有利于药材中有效成分在体内的吸收,但药材未经提取,有效成分仍需在体内溶出再吸收,其起效相对水提物较慢,但也同时削弱了药材中有害成分对人体造成的毒副反应,适合于长期服用,如将原粉制备成丸剂等给药形式。目前在制药过程中,乙醇作为溶剂对药物进行提取,也是最为常见的提取方式之一,乙醇为半极性溶剂,溶解性能界于极性与非极性溶剂之间,可以溶解水溶性的某些成分,也能溶解非极性溶剂溶解的一些成分,通常用乙醇提取代替水煎,从而避免大量无效成分的溶出,提高有效成分的浓度和提取效率,不过乙醇的价格较水贵,在现代制药工业大生产中,为了节省生产成本,通常还是以水煎为主。在本发明已知组合物醇提物具有生理活性的情况下,为了适应各种生产和使用时的需求,可以任选水提、原粉、醇提或它们的组合方法来制备具体的剂型。
当然,本发明组合物中,除了所述原料外,还可以添加食品、保健品或药品上,可接受辅料或辅助性成分。
本发明所述药学上可接受的辅料包括但不仅限于填充剂(稀释剂)、润滑剂(助流剂或抗粘着剂)、分散剂、湿润剂、粘合剂、调节剂、增溶剂、抗氧剂、抑菌剂、乳化剂、崩解剂等。粘合剂包含糖浆、阿拉伯胶、明胶、山梨醇、黄芪胶、纤维素及其衍生物(如微晶纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、乙基纤维素或羟丙甲基纤维素等)、明胶浆、糖浆、淀粉浆或聚乙烯吡咯烷酮等;填充剂包含乳糖、糖粉、糊精、淀粉及其衍生物、纤维素及其衍生物、无机钙盐(如硫酸钙、磷酸钙、磷酸氢钙、沉降碳酸钙等)、山梨醇或甘氨酸等;润滑剂包含微粉硅胶、硬脂酸镁、滑石粉、氢氧化铝、硼酸、氢化植物油、聚乙二醇等;崩解剂包含淀粉及其衍生物(如羧甲基淀粉钠、淀粉乙醇酸钠、预胶化淀粉、改良淀粉、羟丙基淀粉、玉米淀粉等)、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮或微晶纤维素等;湿润剂包含十二烷基硫酸钠、水或醇等;抗氧剂包含亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠、焦亚硫酸钠、二丁基苯酸等;抑菌剂包含0.5%苯酚、0.3%甲酚、0.5%三氯叔丁醇等;调节剂包含盐酸、枸橼酸、氢氧化钾(钠)、枸橼酸钠及缓冲剂等;乳化剂包含聚山梨酯-80、没酸山梨坦、普流罗尼克F-68,卵磷酯、豆磷脂等;增溶剂包含吐温-80、胆汁、甘油等。
所述药学上可接受的辅助性成分,它具有一定生理活性,但该成分的加入不会改变上述药物组合物在疾病治疗过程中的主导地位,而仅仅发挥辅助功效,这些辅助功效仅仅是对该成分已知活性的利用,是医药领域惯用的辅助治疗方式。
玛咖和苦荞这两种植物都生长于高海拔地区,玛咖含有丰富的玛咖酰胺类物质、芥子油苷等营养成分,较长时间食用对调节人体内分泌等具有明显作用。苦荞生皮层粉富含维生素P、膳食纤维等营养物质。较长时间食用对软化人体血管,改善肠胃功能具有明显作用。
将玛咖和苦荞组合使用的优势在于:
(1)将苦荞生皮层粉与玛咖组合使用,两者都是安全食品,确保了使用的安全性,也扩大了适用人群的范围。
(2)本产品的两种组份都含有丰富的天然植物次级代谢物。其中玛咖含有特殊的玛咖酰胺类物质、玛咖烯、芥子油苷及其酶解产物等;苦荞生皮层粉含有大量的黄酮类物质芦丁(也称为维生素P)等。将上述两种植物做成的健康食品组合在一起,使产品具有更好的营养价值和更有益于人体健康。
(3)目前有一些加工方式是用蒸馏方式而获得的苦荞酒。苦荞蒸馏酒工艺中丢失了黄酮类物质芦丁(也称为维生素P),这一工艺无法有效保留黄酮类物质芦丁(也称为维生素P)。而本发明的工艺却能充分保留黄酮类物质芦丁(也称为维生素P)。
(4)本发明使用设备简单,与高温蒸制相比,烘干方法更利于后续加工。较其它专利营养成分保留好、生产加工成本底、组合物科学等方面优势明显。
显然,根据本发明的上述内容,按照本领域的普通技术知识和手段,在不脱离本发明上述基本技术思想前提下,还可以做出其他多种形式的修改、替换或变更。
以下通过具体实施例的形式,对本发明的上述内容再做进一步的详细说明。但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实施例。凡基于本发明上述内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。

具体实施方式
实施例1 本发明玛咖炮制方法
将玛咖清洗干净,置于烘箱内,在30~100℃下使玛咖失水40-50%时,切片,在烘箱内100℃条件下烘干处理1h,即得玛咖炮制品。
流程可参见图1。
实施例2 本发明玛咖炮制方法
将玛咖清洗干净,置于烘箱内,在30~100℃下使玛咖失水40-50%时,切片,在80℃条件下烘干处理3h,即得玛咖炮制品。
实施例3 本发明玛咖炮制方法
将玛咖清洗干净,晾晒,待玛咖失水40~50%时,切片,在90℃条件下烘干处理0.5h,即得玛咖炮制品。
实施例4 本发明玛咖炮制方法
将玛咖清洗干净,晾晒,待玛咖失水40~50%时,切片,在烘干箱内100℃条件下烘干处理0.5h,即得玛咖炮制品。
口感比较:
随机抽选各年龄阶段两性试用者试用,所有试用者均表明,经过上述炮制方法的处理后,所得玛咖产品感觉不到或微弱感觉到玛咖特有的辛辣味,食用口感明显优于普通风干产品和鲜品。
玛咖酰胺类物质含量对比:
取同一批次的新鲜玛咖,分别采用本发明实施例1方法、普通风干方法对玛咖进行处理,采用HPLC法测定处理后玛咖中的玛咖酰胺含量。
经检测发现,本发明实施例1方法处理的玛咖中玛咖酰胺平均含量为116.88mg/Kg(n=8),普通风干方法中玛咖酰胺平均含量为89.45mg/Kg(n=8)。对比可知,本发明方法处理后,能够明显提高玛咖酰胺类物质的含量。
实施例5 本发明玛咖苦荞组合物的制备
取实施例1制备的玛咖炮制品,粉碎后,取过100目筛的玛咖粉末备用。
取苦荞,经辊式皮芯分离面粉机(如6FTY-28B、6FY-30A、6FY-40A)挤压去壳、分离成淀粉含量高的心粉和维生素P含量高的皮层粉,舍弃心粉将皮层粉与荞壳分离,获得粗粒皮层粉,粗粒皮层粉再经粉碎机粉碎至80-100目,最终获得的苦荞生皮层粉(流程可参见图2)。经测定,生皮层粉中维生素P含量每100g含量均在2g以上。
取玛咖粉800g,苦荞生皮层粉3000g,混匀后,装袋,制成茶剂或即开即食类食品(流程可参见图3)。
每袋可以设定规格为38g,当然也可以按照实际生产和使用目的调整规格。
产品使用时依据个人喜好加入适当体积的冷、热开水或乳品、其它杂粮食品等均可,搅拌均匀熟化即可食用。
实施例6 本发明玛咖苦荞组合物的制备
取实施例2制备的玛咖炮制品,粉碎后,取过60目筛的玛咖粉备用。
取苦荞,经辊式皮芯分离面粉机(如6FTY-28B、6FY-30A、6FY-40A)挤压去壳、分离成淀粉含量高的心粉和维生素P含量高的皮层粉,舍弃心粉将皮层粉与荞壳分离,获得粗粒皮层粉,粗粒皮层粉再经粉碎机粉碎至80-100目,最终获得的苦荞生皮层粉。经测定,生皮层粉中维生素P含量每100g含量均在2g以上。
取玛咖粉80g,苦荞生皮层粉300g,混匀后,加入适量淀粉,制粒,即得颗粒剂。
实施例7 本发明玛咖苦荞组合物的制备
取实施例3制备的玛咖炮制品,粉碎后,取过80目筛的玛咖粉备用。
取苦荞,经辊式皮芯分离面粉机(如6FTY-28B、6FY-30A、6FY-40A)挤压去壳、分离成淀粉含量高的心粉和维生素P含量高的皮层粉,舍弃心粉将皮层粉与荞壳分离,获得粗粒皮层粉,粗粒皮层粉再经粉碎机粉碎至80-100目,最终获得的苦荞生皮层粉。经测定,生皮层粉中维生素P含量每100g含量均在2g以上。
取玛咖粉400g,苦荞生皮层粉1500g,混匀后,加入适量淀粉和糊精,制粒,混入适量硬脂酸镁,压片,即得片剂。
实施例8 本发明玛咖苦荞组合物的制备
取实施例4制备的玛咖炮制品,粉碎后,取过80目筛的玛咖粉备用。
取苦荞,经辊式皮芯分离面粉机(如6FTY-28B、6FY-30A、6FY-40A)挤压去壳、分离成淀粉含量高的心粉和维生素P含量高的皮层粉,舍弃心粉将皮层粉与荞壳分离,获得粗粒皮层粉,粗粒皮层粉再经粉碎机粉碎至80-100目,最终获得的苦荞生皮层粉。经测定,生皮层粉中维生素P含量每100g含量均在2g以上。

1.一种玛咖炮制方法,其特征在于:它包括如下操作步骤:
取新鲜玛咖,在30~100℃下干燥至玛咖失水40~50%后,切片,再在80-100℃下干燥0.5~3h即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的炮制方法,其特征在于:在干燥箱内烘干至玛咖无辛辣味、无焦化发生。
3.权利要求1或2所述方法制备的玛咖炮制品。
4.一种玛咖苦荞组合物,其特征在于:其原料重量配比如下:
权利要求3所述玛咖炮制品粉末5~15份,苦荞生皮层粉20~40份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的组合物,其特征在于:所述苦荞生皮层粉中,芦丁含量在2%w/w以上,优选在3%w/w以上。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的组合物,其特征在于:所述苦荞生皮层粉由如下方法制备得到:
(1)取苦荞,经辊式皮芯分离面粉机分离成壳、心粉和皮层粉;
(2)将皮层粉与荞壳分离,获得粗粒皮层粉,粗粒皮层粉再经粉碎获得苦荞生皮层粉。
7.根据权利要求4所述的组合物,其特征在于:原料重量配比为:
