As shown in fig. 15, the luggage rack body structurally avoids the opening angle 38 of the bracket, and the adjustment mechanism a for the top cover decorative strip of the present invention is not involved, and therefore, the details are not described herein.
The adjusting mechanism of the scheme is integrated on the top cover decorating strip assembly, symmetrically arranged relative to the center of the mounting hole position 5 in the luggage rack, arranged in the water flowing groove 1', and provided with a top cover decorating strip circumferential sealing rubber gasket structure 6 on the outer circumferential ring, as shown in fig. 5. The top cover decorative strip adjusting mechanism is emphatically described, other related matching structures are not involved, and the matching mode of the top cover decorative strip rubber mat is not repeated.
The adjusting mechanism of the scheme is mainly applied to a vehicle body structure of a mounting mode in a luggage rack, a mounting hole position 5 in the luggage rack is arranged in the launder 1', when the luggage rack is mounted, a mounting structure connecting piece and a sealing mechanism 7 in the luggage rack are used, when the luggage rack needs to be configured, bolts are directly screwed from the outer side to the inner side for locking, waterproof glue is smeared at the tail parts of the bolts, and the waterproof design is realized. The present invention does not relate to this and will not be described in detail.
This scheme still provides a top cap ornamental strip, includes above-mentioned top cap ornamental strip adjustment mechanism A, as shown in fig. 5, top cap ornamental strip adjustment mechanism A is integrated on top cap ornamental strip 5' assembly, and the sealed cushion structure 6 of week cooperation avoids the outward appearance to have the clearance, simultaneously in the design of edge and the interference amount of automobile body, promotes outward appearance feel. Since the adjusting structure of the present invention is not involved, it will not be described herein.
The invention has the advantages of convenient installation, convenient operation, simple structure, reliable and stable installation, good appearance quality, reference, strong expansibility and the like, and solves the problem of potential water leakage danger by performing waterproof treatment inside the installation point. The problem of the diversified configuration condition of automobile body state, top cap ornamental strip that leads to because of the diversified demand of configuration luggage rack at present can be solved completely, development cost and later stage management and control cost are reduced, furthest's satisfaction is based on customer's service theory.
It should be noted that "X" and "Y" are defined herein according to the following principles: the direction is dictated by the structure of the adjustment mechanism, the length extension direction of which is the "X" direction as described herein. The up-down direction of fig. 20 is the "Y" direction as described herein. The above definition of the direction is only for convenience of description and does not limit the protection scope of the present invention.
The principles and embodiments of the present invention are explained herein using specific examples, which are presented only to assist in understanding the method and its core concepts. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, it is possible to make various improvements and modifications to the present invention without departing from the principle of the present invention, and those improvements and modifications also fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
