Abstract
一种导光板安装结构,包括导光片,设有卡板槽、照射区和聚光区;导光纸盒,用于覆盖导光片表面;电路板,配置在导光片内;LED光源,配置在电路板上,并正对所述照射区。利用电路板的自身弹性,将电路板卡固在导光板内,免除了传统要使用胶水固定电路板的步骤,极大的增加了生产效率,使用导光纸折叠而成导光纸盒,用于包裹导光片,免除了传统结构需要预留粘贴铝箔纸的位置,降低了产品成本,而且LED光源位于导光板内,可使导光板光效更好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及应急照明设备领域,具体涉及一种导光板安装结构。
背景技术
随着消防应急灯具技术的不断进步,导光板因其能更好地发挥LED光源光效和优良的导光性能,被广泛应用到消防应急标志灯内。
现有的导光板安装结构是通过激光切割技术,在导光片的一端切割形成照射区和聚光区,再用 胶水把电路板粘贴在导光板的边缘,然后把导光纸贴在导光片两面,最后为了防止漏光还需要把铝箔纸贴在导光板四周。
当LED长时间工作后发热,会使胶水融化,导致电路板脱离导光片;而且因为导光板比较薄,在进行产品组装时,使用胶水把电路板粘贴在导光片的操作难度比较大,胶水过多,胶水会流向导光片或LED光源,影响导光性,胶水过少,电路板贴不紧,电路板容易脱落。在使用导光纸贴在导光片上时,为防止导光片侧边漏光,需要粘贴铝箔纸进行覆盖,但铝箔纸没有导光性,所以在生产导光片时,要预留粘贴铝箔纸的位置,导致导光片的真实尺寸比实用尺寸大。该结构安装工序繁多,降低了生产效率,还增加了产品成本。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种导光板安装结构,包括导光片,设有卡板槽、照射区和聚光区;导光纸盒,用于覆盖导光片表面;电路板,配置在导光片内;LED光源,配置在电路板上,并正对所述照射区。
所述导光片通过激光切割在导光片内形成卡板槽、照射区和聚光区;所述卡板槽呈矩形,尺寸与电路板的尺寸相互配对;所述卡板槽向导光片内部方向切割形成照射区,所述照射区设有开口,开口方向正对卡板槽,照射区的形状根据LED光源设计。
所述电路板利用自身弹性卡固在所述卡板槽内,所述LED光源位于照射区内。
所述导光纸盒由导光纸折叠而成,尺寸和导光片的尺寸相配对,分为上盖和下盖,组装在导光片上后,所述上盖和下盖的底面覆盖导光板正反两面,侧面覆盖导光板侧边。
根据本发明的一种导光板安装结构,在导光板内切割出卡板槽、照射区和聚光区;利用电路板的自身弹性,将电路板卡固在导光板内,免除了传统要使用胶水固定电路板的步骤,极大的增加了生产效率,使用导光纸折叠而成导光纸盒,用于包裹导光片,免除了传统结构需要预留粘贴铝箔纸的位置,降低了产品成本,而且LED光源位于导光板内,可使导光板光效更好。

具体实施方式
在下文中将参考附图来描述本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1、图2、图3所示,本发明提供一种导光板安装结构,包括导光片1,设有卡板槽11、照射区12和聚光区13;导光纸盒2,用于覆盖导光片1表面;电路板3,配置在导光片1内;LED光源4,配置在电路板上3,并正对照射区12。
通过激光切割在导光片1内形成卡板槽11、照射区12和聚光区13;卡板槽11呈矩形,尺寸与电路板3的尺寸相互配对;卡板槽11向导光片1内部方向切割形成照射区12,照射区12设有开口,开口方向正对卡板槽11,照射区12的形状根据LED光源4设计;电路板3利用自身弹性卡固在卡板槽11内,LED光源4位于照射区12内;导光纸盒2由导光纸折叠而成,尺寸和导光片1的尺寸相配对,分为上盖21和下盖22,组装在导光片1上后,上盖21和下盖22的底面覆盖导光板的表面,侧面23覆盖导光板侧边14。
在导光板1内切割出卡板槽11、照射区12和聚光区13;利用电路板3的自身弹性,将电路板3卡固在导光板1内,免除了传统要使用胶水固定电路板3的步骤,极大的增加了生产效率,使用导光纸折叠而成导光纸盒2,用于包裹导光片1,免除了传统结构需要预留粘贴铝箔纸的位置,降低了产品成本,而且LED光源4位于导光板1内,配合聚光区13,可使导光板1光效更好。
以上的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种导光板安装结构,其技术特征在于:包括导光片,设有卡板槽、照射区和聚光区;导光纸盒,用于覆盖导光片表面;电路板,配置在导光片内;LED光源,配置在电路板上,并正对所述照射区。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种导光板安装结构,其特征在于:所述导光片通过激光切割在导光片内形成卡板槽、照射区和聚光区;所述卡板槽呈矩形,尺寸与电路板的尺寸相互配对;所述卡板槽向导光片内部方向切割形成照射区,所述照射区设有开口,开口方向正对卡板槽,照射区的形状根据LED光源设计。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种导光板安装结构,其特征在于:所述电路板利用自身弹性卡固在所述卡板槽内,所述LED光源位于照射区内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种导光板安装结构,其特征在于:所述导光纸盒由导光纸折叠而成,尺寸和导光片的尺寸相配对,分为上盖和下盖,组装在导光片上后,所述上盖和下盖的底面覆盖导光板正反两面,侧面覆盖导光板侧边。
