Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the scope of the invention, are intended for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of the method for detecting screen light leakage of the present invention is shown. The method for detecting screen leakage light in the embodiment includes the following steps:
step S101: acquiring a screen image for displaying a black picture on a screen of the electronic equipment;
in this step, in order to better judge whether the screen leaks light, a black picture can be displayed on the screen as a reverse contrast;
step S102: determining an edge area in the screen image, wherein the edge area is a screen image area with a distance less than or equal to a preset distance from the boundary of the screen image;
in this step, since the light leakage area of the screen is mainly concentrated on the edge of the screen, the edge area of the screen image can be detected, and the preset distance can be adjusted according to actual needs;
step S103: acquiring the color gray value of each pixel point in the edge area, and calculating the number of target pixel points with the color gray value larger than a preset color gray allowable value;
step S104: and if the number of the target pixel points is larger than the preset number, judging that the screen leaks light.
In this step, the gray value of the color of the pixel points in the area where the light leaks from the screen is higher than the gray value of the color of the pixel points in the area where the light does not leak, the number of target pixel points whose gray value of the color is greater than the preset gray value of the color can be used to determine whether the screen leaks light, and when the number of the target pixel points is greater than the preset number, it indicates that the number of the pixel points leaking light is large enough to determine the screen leaks light. The preset number can be adjusted according to actual needs.
In this embodiment, a screen image displaying a black image on a screen of an electronic device is obtained, an edge region in the screen image is determined, a color gray value of each pixel point in the edge region is obtained, the number of target pixel points whose color gray values are greater than a preset color gray allowed value is calculated, and whether the screen leaks light is determined according to the number of the target pixel points and the preset number. The process can be controlled and completed through a computer, automatic detection is achieved, detection efficiency is high, the standard of screen light leakage is judged objectively and consistently at every time, manual judgment is not needed, and accuracy and stability of screen light leakage detection can be improved.
Optionally, before the screen image of the black picture displayed on the screen of the electronic device is acquired, the electronic device may be controlled by the remote control device to display the black picture, so that the electronic device only displays the black picture before the screen image is acquired, thereby saving energy consumption;
optionally, the screen display of the electronic device may be adjusted by an infrared emission device, which belongs to a remote control device, and may not be connected to the electronic device, thereby simplifying the preparation steps before detection. The remote control device can also be a wireless remote control device such as a Bluetooth remote control device, a WIFI remote control device and the like.
In one embodiment, the method for detecting screen leakage further includes the steps of:
if the number of the target pixel points is less than or equal to the preset number, respectively calculating the difference value between the color gray value and the color gray allowable value of each target pixel point, and calculating a first average value of each difference value according to each difference value;
and if the first average value is larger than a first preset value, judging that the screen leaks light.
In this embodiment, when the number of the target pixel points is less than or equal to the preset number, if the average value of the difference between the color gray value and the color gray tolerance of each target pixel point is greater than the first preset value, it indicates that although the number of the target pixel points does not reach the preset number for determining the screen light leakage, the color gray value of some pixel points is already far greater than the color gray tolerance, the screen light leakage can also be determined at this time, and thus, a situation that a few pixel points are far greater than the color gray tolerance is covered during detection, so that the detection of the screen light leakage is more accurate. The first preset value can be adjusted according to actual needs.
In one embodiment, the method for detecting screen leakage further includes the steps of:
if the number of the target pixel points is less than or equal to the preset number, calculating a second average value of the color gray value of each target pixel point;
and if the second average value is larger than a second preset value, judging that the screen leaks light.
In this embodiment, when the number of the target pixel points is less than or equal to the preset number, if the average value of the color gray values of each target pixel point is greater than the second preset value, it indicates that although the number of the target pixel points does not reach the preset number for determining the screen light leakage, the color gray values of some of the target pixel points are already far greater than the color gray allowable value, and the average value of the color gray values of each target pixel point already exceeds the second preset value, that is, the average allowable value, at this moment, the screen light leakage can also be determined, so that a situation that the average value of the color gray values of each target pixel point already exceeds the average allowable value due to that a few pixel points are far greater than the color gray allowable value is covered during detection. The second preset value can be adjusted according to actual needs.
In one embodiment, the method for detecting screen leakage further includes the steps of:
if the first average value is smaller than or equal to a first preset value, acquiring the color gray values of all pixel points of the screen image, and calculating a third average value of the color gray values of all the pixel points;
and if the third average value is less than or equal to a third preset value, judging that the black picture displayed on the screen is normal.
In this embodiment, the first average value is less than or equal to the first preset value, which indicates that the average value of the color gray values of the target pixel points does not exceed the average value allowable value, at this time, the color gray values of the whole screen image, that is, the third average value of the color gray values of all the pixel points of the screen image, need to be considered, and when the third average value is less than or equal to the third preset value, it may be determined that the black image displayed on the screen is normal. Under the condition that the screen does not leak light, whether the screen is normal when displaying the black picture can be judged by comparing the third average value with the third preset value, and the display effect of displaying the black picture by the screen can be judged more comprehensively. The third preset value can be adjusted according to actual needs.
Optionally, when the third average value is greater than the third preset value, it is determined that the screen displays the black picture abnormally. Although insufficient to determine screen light leakage, it can be determined that the screen display black image is not normal, which indicates that improvement of the screen display of the electronic device is still required.
In one embodiment, the step of acquiring a screen image displaying a black picture on a screen of the electronic device comprises the steps of:
shooting an electronic equipment screen displaying a black picture to obtain a first shot image, positioning an area where the black picture is located in the first shot image, and capturing the image of the area as a screen image.
In the embodiment, the screen image is acquired by adopting a shooting mode, so that the connection operation with the electronic equipment can be avoided, and the detection step is simplified; since the black frame may not occupy the entire first captured image during capturing, and the image area in the first captured image other than the black frame has no meaning for detecting the screen light leakage, the area where the black frame is located needs to be located in the first captured image.
In one embodiment, the step of acquiring the screen image of the black picture displayed on the screen of the electronic device further comprises the following steps before:
shooting an electronic equipment screen displaying a white picture to obtain a second shot image, and recording boundary coordinates of the white picture in the second shot image;
the step of shooting the screen of the electronic equipment displaying the black picture comprises the following steps:
shooting the electronic equipment screen displaying a black picture at the same shooting position when shooting the electronic equipment screen displaying a white picture; wherein, the electronic equipment is positioned in the shading device;
the step of locating the area where the black picture is located in the first captured image includes the steps of:
and positioning the area where the black picture is located in the first shot image according to the boundary coordinates.
In this embodiment, since the screen of the electronic device is self-luminous, the external light source may have a certain influence on the display of the screen and may also have a certain influence on the acquisition of the screen image, so that the electronic device may be placed in the light shielding device, and then the screen image acquisition may be performed on the electronic device in the light shielding device, thereby eliminating the influence of the external light source and improving the accuracy of the screen light leakage detection. Because the background in the shading device is black, the specific position of the black picture in the first shot image cannot be determined after the black picture displayed on the screen is shot, the electronic equipment screen displaying the white picture can be shot at the same shooting position before the screen image displaying the black picture on the screen of the electronic equipment is obtained, the second shot image is obtained, the white picture is compared with the black background of the shading device, the boundary coordinate of the white picture in the second shot image can be recorded, the boundary coordinate of the black picture in the first shot image can be determined, and therefore the area where the black picture is located in the first shot image can be located.
Optionally, the electronic device may store pictures corresponding to the black picture and the white picture, or may read the pictures by moving the storage device, for example, inserting a usb disk into the electronic device, reading the pictures in the usb disk, and displaying the black picture or the white picture on the screen.

When the check out test set of screen light leak is being used, acquire electronic equipment's screen image through shooting device 320, can remove the operation process of being connected with electronic equipment from, simplify the detection step, utilize host computer 310 to carry out the analysis to the screen image who acquires, realize automated inspection, judge whether the automated inspection process of screen light leak is consuming time weak, can improve the detection efficiency to electronic equipment screen light leak, and judge the standard objective unanimity of screen light leak at every turn, need not to rely on artifical judgement, can improve the accuracy and the stability that screen light leak detected.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the device for detecting screen light leakage further includes an alarm device 340 connected to the upper computer 310;

In this embodiment, various indicator lights are generally arranged on the electronic device, and when a screen of the electronic device displays a picture, the indicator lights emit light, and the light brightness of the indicator lights is small, but the screen light leakage detection is still affected, so that a light shielding plate can be arranged to shield the indicator lights of the electronic device, and the influence of the indicator lights on the screen light leakage detection is eliminated. The light shielding plate only shields the indicator light and does not shield the screen of the electronic equipment.
The method, the system and the device for detecting screen light leakage can be applied to electronic equipment such as televisions, computers and the like.
Taking a television as an example, a television production line needs to be tested after the television is assembled, wherein the test includes the judgment and detection of whether a screen leaks light.
As shown in fig. 9, when a tv to be tested enters a screen light leakage detection station, the following devices are sequentially operated: computer (built-in AOI program), infrared emission device, industrial camera, warning indicator lamp.
AOI (Automatic optical Inspection) is a necessary step in an industrial manufacturing process, and detects abnormalities or surface defects by obtaining a surface state of a product optically and performing image processing.
The real view of the shading device is shown in figure 10:
the alarm indicator lamp is arranged outside the shading device and used for displaying the test result of the television.
The infrared emitting device can be selectively placed outside or inside the shading device according to the time for reading the U disk picture by the television, and when the infrared emitting device sends an infrared instruction to the television, the television still continuously flows on a production line, so that the operation efficiency is improved; if the time for reading the U disk picture by the television is short, the infrared emission device is placed in the shading device; otherwise, the infrared emitting device can be placed at a corresponding position on the production line of the shading device.
When the television reaches the screen light leakage detection station, the screen just displays the pictures read from the U disk, and all other equipment can be placed in the shading device because the television is in a static state in the test process.
A defective product discharge device is arranged beside the shading device.
Connection mode of each component: A. the computer is connected with the industrial camera through a network cable and is used for controlling and transmitting photo data, and the computer and the industrial camera are in two-way communication; B. the computer is connected with the infrared transmitting device through a serial port, and a specific serial port protocol is adopted to control the infrared transmitting device to transmit corresponding infrared waveforms, so that the computer and the infrared transmitting device are in two-way communication; C. the computer is connected with the alarm indicator lamp through a serial port, and controls the alarm indicator lamp through a specific serial port protocol, so that the computer and the alarm indicator lamp are in two-way communication; D. the infrared transmitting device transmits infrared waveform to remotely control the television, and the television and the infrared transmitting device are in one-way communication; E. the camera takes pictures of the television by photographing.
The flow of the method is shown in fig. 11, the detection work of the screen light leakage detection station is fully automatic, and the judgment of workers is not needed.
Step 1, preparation before detection
The method changes the original mode of manual operation by a manual remote controller and subjective judgment by naked eyes into the mode of sending an instruction by the remote controller and acquiring a television image by a camera and automatically detecting the television image. Since the TV image is self-luminous, the external light source will affect the image (for example, light), so the whole testing process is performed in the shading device. Placing A, a computer at the corresponding position (inside or outside) of the shading device: the infrared emission device is used for controlling the infrared emission device, controlling the industrial camera and operating the AOI program; B. an infrared emission device: for remotely controlling the television to switch to a Media channel (Media channel) and reading the U disk picture; C. an industrial camera: the system is used for collecting television pictures; D. alarm indicator lamp: used for informing workers to process when detecting defective products.
In this detection item of screen light leakage, because when the television starts, the power indicator will give out light (flash or constantly light), and the brightness of this light is very small, but for the screen light leakage detection, it is possible to influence the result of judgment, so need block the power indicator, concrete method: when the screen light leakage is detected, the baffle is arranged at the position corresponding to the power indicator lamp of the television, so that the luminous power indicator lamp can be shielded and the screen of the television can not be shielded.
Step 2, displaying pure white picture positioning television screen
The detection can be started after preparation before detection is done, when a television reaches a screen light leakage detection station, a computer (with an built-in AOI program) remotely controls the television through an infrared transmitting device, the television is switched to a Media channel and reads a picture of a U disk, the picture is a pure white picture, the computer controls an industrial camera to take a picture of the television, the picture is transmitted back to the computer AOI program for processing after the industrial camera takes the picture, the AOI program calculates four corner point coordinates (namely four coordinates for identifying the television picture) on the side of the television picture by performing a classical corner point algorithm on the pure white picture, and records the coordinates.
Step 3, displaying black pictures, and judging whether the edge of the television screen leaks light
The computer controls the infrared emission device to remotely control the television to switch to a black picture, at the moment, the television screen displays a black picture, the AOI program determines the black picture of the television through the coordinate positioned by the picture, and the AOI program judges whether the edge of the television screen leaks light or not.
The light leakage judging method comprises the following steps: let the coordinates of the 4 corner points of the TV screen be A (X) from left to right and from top to bottom respectivelyA、YA)、B(XB、YB)、C(XC、YC)、D(XD、YD) Taking XAB、XCD、YAC、YBDThese four line segments.
With XAB、XCD、YAC、YBDThe four line segments are used as the boundary of the screen image, the edge area of the screen image is determined, the edge area is the screen image with the distance from the boundary being less than or equal to a certain distance (such as the distance of 100 pixel points), and the color gray value W of each pixel point in the edge area is calculatediRespectively converting the color gray value W of each pixel pointiComparing with the preset allowable value W' of the gray scale of the color, the smaller the gray scale value is, the darker the color is, if W isi>W', recording the poor gray scale value WTPlus (W)i-W'), the number of bad points N plus 1, WTAnd N is 0, i represents a certain pixel point in the edge area.
Comparing the finally calculated N with a preset maximum allowable value N' of the bad point: if N > N', judging that the edge of the screen leaks light; if N < ═ N', then carrying out the next judgment;
calculating the difference between the color gray value of the edge region and the preset color gray allowable valueValue avgWT=WTN, and the maximum allowable value W 'of the preset difference value mean value'TBy comparison, if avgWT>W’TJudging the light leakage at the edge of the screen, if avgWT<=W’TThen carrying out the next judgment;
the comparison between the mean value of the difference values and the preset maximum allowable value of the mean value of the difference values may also be performed in the following manner: directly calculating the average value of the color gray values of the edge area, and comparing the average value with the maximum allowable value of the preset color gray value average value, wherein the maximum allowable value of the preset color gray value average value is the maximum allowable value W ' of the preset color gray value allowable value W ' and the preset difference value average value 'TThe two comparison methods are equivalent in function.
Step 4, judging whether the display effect of the whole black picture of the television reaches the standard or not
For the judgment of whether the display effect of the whole television under the black picture reaches the standard or not, firstly, the average value W of the color gray values of all the pixel points is calculated to be sigma WjDiv m, wherein WjTaking the color gray value of each pixel point, wherein m is the number of all pixel points, j is an integer from 1 to m, and comparing the color gray value with a preset full-screen color gray value allowable value W' (the smaller the W value, the darker the displayed color is represented):
if W < ═ W', judging that the display effect of the television screen on a black picture is normal;
if W > W', the display effect of the television screen on the black picture is judged to be abnormal.
Step 5, detecting abnormal/normal in the detection process
The television with abnormal detection items appears in the detection process, the computer controls the alarm indicator lamp to alarm and informs a PLC (programmable logic controller) of a production line, the production line discharges the television in a defective product discharge device, a worker attaches a label of a defective product on the television and removes the television from the defective product discharge device; if the light leakage detection of the television screen is normal, the computer informs the production line PLC of the test state, and the production line controls the television to transfer to the next station to detect other detection items.
On an automatic production line of televisions, the assembly and the test of the televisions are all carried out on one production line, each procedure on the production line is required to be completed within a certain time, otherwise, a worker is required to press a stop button, and the whole production line can be continued after waiting for completion of certain operation. The production line requires high overall layout and automation program, manual operation is reduced as much as possible, and possible unstable factors are avoided.
After the television is assembled from the assembling station, whether the screen of the television is light-leaking needs to be detected, the system automatically detects whether the screen of the television is light-leaking, after the screen light-leaking detection is passed, the television enters the next detection link and finally enters the boxing station, and the television is put in storage after the boxing is finished. If the screen light leakage detection is not passed, an alarm of the station on the production line sounds, the production line discharges the television in the discharging device, and a worker carries away the television after attaching a defective product label on the television.
The traditional technical scheme adopts a manual operation method, and a worker holds a remote controller by hand to remotely control the television to display black pictures on the television, so that the operation repetition is large and the efficiency is low; the worker makes subjective judgment through visual observation, the mode needs the worker to judge whether the television screen leaks light or not through own experience, the subjectivity is high, the conditions of missed confirmation or error confirmation are possible, the stability of the whole batch of tested products on the test item cannot be guaranteed, the worker can only check whether the television screen leaks light, and the subjective judgment is difficult for the display effect of the television screen under a black picture.
In the invention, the method for automatically sending the code value of the remote controller is adopted, the operation efficiency is high, the machine cannot feel tired like a human, the automatic operation can be realized, the harm to workers caused by repeated labor is reduced, the detection efficiency is improved, the objective and quick judgment can be carried out, and the stability of the product on the test item is improved.
