Preferably, the upper end of the pressing piece is provided with an inner hexagonal counter bore, the outer edge of the upper end face of the pressing piece is also provided with an annular step, and when the pressing piece is screwed in the U-shaped groove, the protruding end on the pressing sleeve is bent, so that the protruding end is abutted against the annular step. The inner hexagonal counter bore is utilized to conveniently screw the pressing piece into the U-shaped groove by using a tool, and meanwhile, the protruding end is utilized to effectively press the pressing piece into the U-shaped groove, so that the pressing piece is prevented from loosening.
Further, two adjacent connecting rods are connected through a connecting piece, the connecting piece comprises a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece which are connected with the two connecting rods respectively, a long strip hole is formed in the first connecting piece, a screw hole is formed in the second connecting piece, and a bolt penetrates through the long strip hole and is in threaded connection with the screw hole. The connecting piece can be used for effectively connecting the two connecting rods, and meanwhile, the length of the connecting piece can be adjusted according to the distance between the two connecting rods by using the strip holes.
Preferably, the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are both provided with hook-type connectors at one ends connected with the connecting rods, a limit bolt is arranged at one end of each hook-type connector, and the connecting rods penetrate through the hook-type connectors and are limited in the hook-type connectors through the limit bolts. The hook-type connector is connected with the connecting rod, and the limiting bolt is used for limiting, so that the connecting rod can be prevented from being separated from the connector and slipping.
Preferably, the head of the pedicle screw is spherical, the upper end of the pedicle screw is provided with a hexagon countersink, and the bottom of the through hole is matched with the shape of the pedicle screw head. The head of the pedicle screw is spherical, so that the pedicle screw can be randomly adjusted to be screwed into the spine in a certain range
Preferably, in order to avoid the angle of the clamp ring blocking the pedicle screw from being screwed into the spine, the bottom of the inner wall of the clamp ring is a cambered surface matched with the head of the pedicle screw.
The beneficial effects are that: according to the application, the clamping ring can be used for effectively preventing the pedicle screw from being separated from the mounting seat, the pedicle screw is convenient to operate and fix, and meanwhile, the mounting seat is tightly held by the compression sleeve and the compression piece is used for preventing the connecting rod from being separated from the mounting seat due to the fact that the compression piece is separated from the U-shaped groove, so that the problem that the spine orthopedic fixing system is invalid is solved, and the whole structure of the fixing system is more stable.
