The network interface is for connecting to the server 204 for receiving messages from the network or sending messages to the network. The touch screen comprises at least one of a liquid crystal touch screen, a flexible touch screen and an electronic ink touch screen, and the touch screen comprises a display screen and a touch layer.
As shown in fig. 4, in an embodiment, a method for presenting messages in a mobile social application is provided, and this embodiment is illustrated by applying the method to the mobile terminal 202a in fig. 2. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
at step 402, a message from a contact is received.
Specifically, a mobile terminal used by a user has a mobile social application installed thereon, through which messages from one or more contacts are received. For convenience of description, the party receiving the message is called a user, and the contact from which the message originates is the other user. The mobile social application refers to a social application which can be installed on a mobile terminal to run, and the social application is an application for network social interaction based on a social network. The mobile social application generally has a contact search function and an instant messaging function, and may further have a User Generated Content (UGC) sharing function and a UGC comment function. The message may include at least one of text, a picture, audio, video, and a link address.
The contact is a session object for a user to perform a session, and may be a network social friend, a group member, an enterprise account, or a stranger, where the stranger is a user who has not established a network social relationship with the current user. A conversation is established between the user and the contact person, and the message corresponds to the conversation. Messages are initiated in the corresponding session and need to be presented in the corresponding session page.
The session may be a one-to-one double session or a group session. A two-person session may originate from any one of the user and the contact, a group session may originate from any group member in the corresponding group in which both the user and the contact are present. The group may be an instant messaging group, a temporarily established discussion group, or a discussion group established based on an existing group, etc.
Step 404, displaying an identification icon of the contact in a preset area in a page currently displayed by the mobile social application.
Specifically, the currently displayed page of the mobile social application is a page that is being displayed by the mobile social application when the mobile social application receives the message, and the page may be various pages that can be displayed after the mobile social application logs in, such as a session page, an information browsing page, or a setup page. In one embodiment, a layer with a preset size can be drawn in a preset area in a page currently displayed by the mobile social application, and identification icons of contacts are displayed in the layer.
The preset area may be a blank area specifically set in each page of the mobile social application, i.e., an identification icon specifically used to display a contact to which the received message belongs. The preset area may also be an area with a composite function in each page of the mobile social application, for example, the preset area may be used to display a pushed advertisement when no new message is received, and to display an identification icon of a contact to which the received message belongs when the message is received. The location of the preset area may be user-defined.
The positions of the preset areas in different pages can be the same or different. When the positions are the same, the positions of the preset areas in the pages are consistent, and the pages can be switched immediately without causing difficulty in operation; when the positions are different, the display device can be arranged in a differentiated mode according to the functions and the layout of each page, and therefore the positions of the icons of the display device are more reasonable.
The identification icon of the contact is an image with a certain identification property and a predefined specification, and the identification icon is not required to be capable of uniquely identifying the corresponding contact. The identification icon of the contact person may be an avatar icon, specifically, an avatar icon set by the contact person, a group avatar icon of a group to which the received message belongs to the session, or an avatar icon customized by the user for the contact person. The head portrait icon can be taken from the head portrait of the real portrait photo, can also be a cartoon head portrait, and can also be composed of at least one of any shape, pattern and color. The contact identification icon may also be an icon that is automatically generated based on the information of the contact, such as an icon that includes the name or a portion of the name of the contact may be generated as the contact identification icon.
In one embodiment, if the identification icons are already displayed in a preset area in the page currently displayed by the mobile social application, the identification icons may be arranged in descending order of message reception time. The identification icon of the contact to which the particular newly received message belongs may be displayed at the forefront of a group of identification icons.
For example, referring to fig. 5, if the currently displayed page of the mobile social application is a session list page, an identification icon 504 of a contact is displayed in the preset area 502. The preset area 502 is different from the system top notification bar 506, only the application icon of the mobile social application can be displayed in the system top notification bar 506, the interface of the operating system is called, and the application icon displayed in the system top notification bar 506 is not operable, and the details need to be viewed from the drop-down notification bar.
In one embodiment, step 404 includes: judging whether to start independent message notification; if yes, executing step 404 and the subsequent steps, and displaying a new message prompt on a session list page; and if not, only displaying a new message prompt on the conversation list page. In the embodiment, the user can customize the on and off of the independent message notification function, so that the new message notification is more flexible. The session list page is a message list page, and messages in the session list page are organized according to sessions.
In step 406, a preset operation on the identification icon displayed in the preset area is detected.
Specifically, the preset operation refers to a predefined operation that acts on the identification icon and is used to trigger entry into a session page of a contact corresponding to the operated identification icon. The preset operation may be any one of an operation of touching the identification icon at a single point, an operation of clicking the identification icon with a cursor, an operation of touching the identification icon at a single point a plurality of times continuously, and an operation of touching and holding the identification icon for a preset time period. The preset operation may be user-defined.
In one embodiment, a sliding operation on a preset area may be detected, and when the sliding operation is detected, an identification icon displayed in the preset area is switched. For example, if the predetermined area can accommodate only a predetermined number of identification icons, when the sliding operation is detected, a part of the identification icons may be hidden and identification icons other than the predetermined number of identification icons may be displayed. For example, the identification area may be divided into a plurality of identification icon groups according to the number of identification icons that can be accommodated in the preset area, and the switching may be performed between different identification icon groups when the sliding operation is detected.
And step 408, when the preset operation is detected, displaying a conversation page of the contact corresponding to the operated identification icon.
Specifically, when the mobile terminal detects the preset operation, the mobile terminal directly enters a session page with the corresponding contact. The session represented by the session page is a session between the user and the contact corresponding to the operated identification icon. The operated identification icon refers to an identification icon on which the detected preset operation acts.
In one embodiment, when a preset operation is detected, the operated identification icon is deleted, and the remaining identification icons are displayed in a preset area of the conversation page displayed when the preset operation is detected.
For example, when the user touches an identification icon 504 on the conversation list page as shown in fig. 5, the mobile social application will switch directly from the conversation list page to the conversation page as shown in fig. 6, which is the conversation page of contact a corresponding to the operated identification icon 504. And the identification icon 504 is deleted after being clicked, and the identification icons of the remaining contacts B to F are displayed in a preset area 602 of the conversation page with the contact a.
And step 410, displaying the message from the contact corresponding to the operated identification icon in the conversation page.
Specifically, the mobile terminal presents the newly received message in the conversation page, and displays other icons, from which the operated identification icon is deleted, in a preset area of the conversation page. The mobile terminal may also obtain a history of messages for display in a conversation page with the newly received message. For example, referring to FIG. 6, in the meeting contact A's session page, a text message "Hi!sent by contact A may be displayed! ".
In one embodiment, messages may be presented differently in the conversation page depending on the type of message. For example, if text is included in the message, the text content may be presented in a user-defined text form, such as font, font size, and text color. If audio is included in the message, the audio can be played automatically or triggered by the user, and the graphic representation of the audio being played is displayed when the audio is played, and the graphic representation of the audio being played is stopped when the audio is played. If the message includes a video, the video screenshot may be presented. If the message comprises the link address, the link address and/or a preview image of the resource corresponding to the link address can be displayed.
According to the method for displaying the messages in the mobile social application, after the messages from the contacts are received, the corresponding identification icons can be displayed in the currently displayed page of the mobile social application, so that the messages from each contact can be independently notified. When the user operates the identification icon, the conversation page display message of the contact corresponding to the operated identification icon can be immediately entered. And when messages from a plurality of contacts are received, the corresponding conversation page can be immediately switched to display the messages by operating any identification icon displayed in the currently displayed page. The user only needs to preset the identification icon displayed in the currently displayed page of the mobile social application, and can directly enter the corresponding session page to view the message in time without passing through the session list page, so that the operation steps are simplified, the efficiency from notification to display after the message is received is improved, and the operation convenience is improved.
In one embodiment, the identification icon displayed in the preset area is associated with a new message prompt in the conversation list page. Specifically, after the identification icon in the preset area is subjected to the preset operation, the operated identification icon is deleted from the preset area, and the new message prompt from the contact corresponding to the operated identification icon in the session list page is also cleared. Correspondingly, after the new message prompt in the session list page is cleared, the identification icon of the contact in the preset area, from which the new message prompt is cleared, is also deleted.
For example, in the session list page shown in fig. 5, a new message prompt "+ 1" is marked at the upper right corner of the icon for the head portrait of contact a, which indicates that the number of messages newly received from contact a is 1. After clicking on the identification icon 504 in the preset area 502, the user enters the conversation page with contact a as shown in fig. 6. In a preset area in the session page, the identification icon of contact a is deleted. At this point when the user re-enters the conversation list page, the mobile social application displays the conversation list page as shown in FIG. 7 with the new message prompt at the top right corner of the icon for contact A cleared.
In one embodiment, the method for displaying a message in a mobile social application further includes a step of returning to a previous page, and specifically includes the following steps: when the preset operation is detected, storing a currently displayed page of the mobile social application; after the conversation page is displayed, a return instruction triggered when the conversation page is displayed is detected, and the stored page is displayed according to the return instruction.
In particular, the structure and the page order of the pages in the mobile social application are fixed, which facilitates quick return to the main page of the mobile social application, so that if a return instruction is triggered in a conversation page, the return is usually to the upper page of the conversation page, that is, the conversation list page. The inventors contemplate that the user, after reading a new message, will return to the page that was being displayed when the message was received, as is more likely desired. Therefore, when the preset operation is detected, the currently displayed page of the mobile social application is stored. If the return instruction is detected when the session page is displayed, the stored page is returned according to the return instruction, so that the requirements of the user can be met better. The return instruction can be triggered by a physical key used for returning on the mobile terminal, or by the operation of a control or a link displayed in the conversation page and used for representing the return.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: recording a source of the access session page, and if the source is accessed to the session page through the preset operation of the identification icon, displaying the stored page according to the return instruction when the return instruction is detected; and if the source does not enter the conversation page through the preset operation of the identification icon, displaying the upper-level page of the conversation page according to the return instruction and the fixed page return sequence of the mobile social application when the return instruction is detected.
For example, if the user enters the UGC reading page shown in fig. 8 through the UGC list page, the identification icon is displayed in the preset area 802 of the UGC reading page. After the user clicks the identification icon 804, the reading page shown in fig. 8 is stored, the mobile social application enters the conversation page with the contact E shown in fig. 9, and the identification icon of the contact E in the preset area in the conversation page is deleted at this time. When the session page with contact E is displayed, if the user presses the return key on the mobile terminal, the mobile social application returns to the previously stored reading page, as shown in fig. 10, the user may continue to view the previously interrupted UGC reading page. However, if the user enters the session page through the drop-down notification bar, the mobile social application will return to the session list page when the return key on the mobile terminal is pressed.
For another example, if the user touches the identification icon 902 in the page of the conversation with contact E as shown in fig. 9, the page of the conversation with contact C as shown in fig. 11 is entered. If the user presses the return key on the mobile terminal at this time, the conversation page with the contact person E is returned.
In one embodiment, the currently displayed page is a session page; the method for displaying the message in the mobile social application further comprises the following steps: allocating an independent thread for each conversation; and when the preset operation is detected, blocking the thread of the current ongoing conversation, and activating the thread of the conversation of the contact corresponding to the operated identification icon. And when the return instruction is detected, blocking a thread of a conversation of the contact corresponding to the operated identification icon, and activating the thread blocked when the preset operation is detected.
Specifically, the mobile terminal allocates an independent thread to each conversation, blocks the thread of the ongoing conversation when detecting a preset operation, stores the conversation page being displayed, and activates the thread of the conversation of the contact corresponding to the operated identification icon. And when a return instruction is detected, blocking the currently displayed conversation page and activating a thread of the conversation corresponding to the stored conversation page. Therefore, each thread is blocked or activated to switch among a plurality of sessions, so that the sessions can be not influenced mutually.
As shown in fig. 12, in an embodiment, step 404 specifically includes the following steps:
step 1202, obtaining the number of displayed identification icons in a preset area in a page currently displayed by the mobile social application.
Specifically, the number of displayed identification icons refers to the number of identification icons already displayed in the preset area, such as 6 in the preset area 502 in fig. 5 and 5 in the preset area 602 in fig. 6.
Step 1204, comparing the number of displayed identification icons with a preset number; the preset number is matched with the size of the preset area. If the number of displayed identification icons is less than the preset number, go to step 1206; if the number of displayed identification icons is greater than or equal to the preset number, step 1208 is executed.
Specifically, the preset number is the number of identification icons that can be accommodated in the preset area. The preset number is matched with the size of the preset area, and particularly, on the premise that the size of the identification icon is fixed, the larger the size of the preset area is, the larger the number of the preset number is. The preset number may be determined according to the size of the preset area and the size of the identification icon. For the preset regions of fig. 5 to 11, the preset number is 6. By comparing the number of displayed identification icons with the preset number, it can be determined whether the preset area can also accommodate the identification icons.
And step 1206, displaying the identification icon of the contact in the preset area.
Specifically, when the number of displayed identification icons is smaller than the preset number, it is indicated that the preset area can also accommodate new identification icons, and then the identification icons of the contacts can be directly displayed in the preset area. Specifically, the identification icons may be arranged in descending order according to the message receiving time, or the identification icon of the contact corresponding to the latest received message may be directly placed at the head of the identification icon sequence in the preset area. In one embodiment, if the identification icon of the contact already exists in the preset area, the identification icon of the contact is placed at the head of the identification icon sequence in the preset area.
And step 1208, deleting the identification icon with the earliest message receiving time in the preset area, and displaying the identification icon of the contact in the preset area.
Specifically, the message receiving time corresponding to each identification icon may be recorded, so that when it is determined that the number of displayed identification icons is greater than or equal to the preset number, the message receiving time of each identification icon is acquired and compared, and the identification icon whose corresponding message receiving time is the earliest is deleted. In one embodiment, if the identification icons in the preset area are arranged in descending order according to the message receiving time, the identification icon at the last position of the identification icon sequence in the preset area can be directly deleted, and the identification icon of the contact person is displayed at the first position of the identification icon sequence in the preset area.
In one embodiment, the mobile terminal may further add the identification icon with the earliest message receiving time in the preset area to the last-in first-out identification icon queue when the number of the displayed identification icons is greater than or equal to the preset number. And when the preset operation is detected, deleting the operated identification icon from the preset area, extracting the corresponding identification icon with the latest message receiving time from the identification icon queue, and displaying the identification icon in the preset area.
In this embodiment, by comparing the number of displayed identification icons in the preset area with the preset number, it can be known whether the preset area can accommodate a new identification icon, so that the identification icons in the preset area can be dynamically managed.
As shown in fig. 13, in one embodiment, an apparatus 1300 for presenting messages in a mobile social application is provided, which has functional modules for implementing the methods for presenting messages in a mobile social application of the foregoing embodiments. The device 1300 for presenting messages in a mobile social application comprises: a message receiving module 1301, an icon display module 1302, an operation detection module 1303, a page display module 1304, and a message presentation module 1305.

In one embodiment, the icon display module 1302 may be configured to draw a layer with a preset size in a preset area of a currently displayed page of the mobile social application, and display an identification icon of a contact in the layer.
In one embodiment, the icon display module 1302 may be configured to arrange the identification icons in descending order of message receiving time if the identification icons are already displayed in a preset area in a page currently displayed by the mobile social application.
The operation detection module 1303 is configured to detect a preset operation on an identification icon displayed in a preset area.
In one embodiment, the operation detection module 1303 may be configured to detect a sliding operation on the preset area, and switch the identification icon displayed in the preset area when the sliding operation is detected.
And a page display module 1304, configured to display, when the preset operation is detected, a session page of the contact corresponding to the operated identification icon.
In particular, the page display module 1304 may be configured to directly enter a conversation page with a corresponding contact when a preset operation is detected. The session represented by the session page is a session between the user and the contact corresponding to the operated identification icon. The operated identification icon refers to an identification icon on which the detected preset operation acts.
In one embodiment, the page display module 1304 may be configured to delete the operated identification icon when the preset operation is detected, and display the remaining identification icons in a preset area of the session page displayed when the preset operation is detected.
And a message displaying module 1305, configured to display, in the session page, a message from the contact corresponding to the operated identification icon.
Specifically, the message displaying module 1305 is configured to display the newly received message in the conversation page, and display other icons in which the operated identification icon is deleted in a preset area of the conversation page. Message presentation module 1305 may also be used to retrieve historical message records for display in a conversation page with newly received messages.
In one embodiment, the message presentation module 1305 may be configured to present messages in different forms in a conversation page depending on the type of message.
After receiving the message from the contact, the device 1300 for displaying the message in the mobile social application may display a corresponding identification icon in a currently displayed page of the mobile social application, so as to independently notify the message from each contact.
As shown in fig. 14, in one embodiment, the apparatus 1300 for presenting messages in a mobile social application further includes: a page storage module 1306 and a return instruction detection module 1307.
And a page storage module 1306, configured to store a page currently displayed by the mobile social application when the preset operation is detected.
A return instruction detection module 1307 is used to detect a return instruction triggered when the session page is displayed.
The page display module 1304 is also configured to display the stored page according to the return instruction.
