receiving a selection instruction input by a user for the plurality of sleep time options;
determining the sleeping time of the user according to the selection instruction;
wherein, according to the first moment before the sleep initiation time of sleep time, the suggestion user gets into sleep to vibrate according to preset vibration frequency and vibration amplitude, in order to assist before the user gets into sleep, still include:
prompting the user to sleep according to a second moment of the sleep time before the sleep starting time, wherein the second moment is earlier than the first moment in time;
wherein the determining the sleep time of the user according to the sleep data of the user comprises:
determining the sleep time of the user according to the average value of the sleep data of the user in the preset time, wherein the sleep data comprises the falling sleep time, the deep sleep time, the shallow sleep time and the waking time.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the user's sleep times include weekday sleep times and weekday sleep times, wherein the weekday sleep times and the weekday sleep times are different;
the determining the sleep time of the user according to the sleep data of the user comprises:
determining the sleeping time of the user on the working day according to the sleeping data of the user on the working day;
and determining the sleeping time of the user on the rest day according to the sleeping data of the user on the rest day.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
detecting whether the user is in a sleep state or not when the sleep end time arrives according to the sleep time;
when the user is in a sleep state, reminding the user to get up;
and when the user is not in the sleep state, closing the reminding function.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the alerting the user to get up comprises:
the user is reminded to get up through a vibration mode, and the vibration amplitude is changed from weak to strong.
5. An intelligent bracelet, comprising:
a determination module configured to determine a sleep time of a user from sleep data of the user;
the first prompting module is configured to prompt a user to enter the sleep according to a first moment of the sleep time before the sleep starting time;
the first vibration module is configured to continuously vibrate according to a preset vibration frequency and vibration amplitude after the first prompting module prompts the user to sleep so as to assist the user to sleep;
a first closing module configured to stop shaking when it is detected that the user enters a sleep state;
wherein the determining module comprises:
a presentation sub-module configured to provide a plurality of sleep time options to a user according to sleep data of the user;
a receiving submodule configured to receive a selection instruction input by a user for the plurality of sleep time options;
a first determining submodule configured to determine a sleep time of a user according to the selection instruction;
the intelligent bracelet still includes:
a second prompting module configured to prompt a user to go to sleep according to a second time before the sleep start time, the second time being earlier in time than the first time;
wherein the determining the sleep time of the user according to the sleep data of the user comprises:
determining the sleep time of the user according to the average value of the sleep data of the user in the preset time, wherein the sleep data comprises the falling sleep time, the deep sleep time, the shallow sleep time and the waking time.
6. The smart bracelet of claim 5, wherein the sleep time of the user comprises a sleep time on a weekday and a sleep time on a weekday, wherein the sleep time on the weekday and the sleep time on the weekday are different;
the determining module comprises:
a second determining submodule configured to determine a sleep time of the user on a weekday from the sleep data of the user on the weekday;
and the third determining submodule is configured to determine the sleeping time of the user on the rest day according to the sleeping data of the user on the rest day.
7. The smart bracelet of claim 5, further comprising:
the detection module is configured to detect whether the user is in a sleep state or not when the sleep end time arrives according to the sleep time;
the third prompting module is configured to remind the user to get up when the user is in a sleep state;
and the second closing module is configured to close the reminding function when the user is not in the sleep state.
8. The smart bracelet of claim 7, wherein the third prompt module comprises:
the first prompting submodule is configured to remind a user of getting up through a vibration mode, and the vibration amplitude is changed from weak to strong.
9. An intelligent bracelet, comprising:
a processor;
a memory configured to store processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to:
determining the sleep time of the user according to the sleep data of the user;
prompting a user to sleep according to the first moment of the sleep time before the sleep starting time, and continuously vibrating according to a preset vibration frequency and vibration amplitude to assist the user to sleep;
stopping shaking when the user is detected to enter the sleep state;
wherein the processor is further configured to: the determining the sleep time of the user according to the sleep data of the user comprises:
providing a plurality of sleep time options to a user according to the sleep data of the user;
receiving a selection instruction input by a user for the plurality of sleep time options;
determining the sleeping time of the user according to the selection instruction;
prompting a user to sleep according to a first moment before the sleep starting time of the sleep time, and vibrating according to a preset vibration frequency and vibration amplitude to assist the user to enter the sleep, and prompting the user to sleep according to a second moment before the sleep starting time of the sleep time, wherein the second moment is earlier than the first moment in time;
wherein the determining the sleep time of the user according to the sleep data of the user comprises:
determining the sleep time of the user according to the average value of the sleep data of the user in the preset time, wherein the sleep data comprises the falling sleep time, the deep sleep time, the shallow sleep time and the waking time.
