Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of chairs, in particular to a chair adjusting tray and a chair with the same.
Background
Existing chairs such as office chairs generally consist of a chair seat and a chair base, wherein a lifting rod is usually arranged at the chair base, an adjusting mechanism such as a supporting plate is usually arranged between the lifting rod and the bottom of the chair seat, and the adjusting mechanism is mainly used for realizing any one or all functions of seat height adjustment and seat tilting adjustment. When the height adjusting function is needed, the height adjusting function is usually realized by touching a lifting switch at the upper end of a lifting rod; when the seat reclining function is required, it is usually achieved by adjusting the included angle formed by two independent connecting blocks in the adjusting mechanism.
In the prior art, the above functions (height adjustment and/or tilt adjustment) are usually implemented by using a lever, and the lever is relatively large, so that the lever is limited by the structure of the chair, and the overall appearance of the chair is greatly affected after the lever is arranged, and the cost of the lever is relatively high. Although the functions (height adjustment and/or tilt adjustment) are also implemented in the form of a pull switch in the prior art, the conventional pull switch is not perfect in structural design, and thus causes great inconvenience to users.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of complex structure, inconvenient use and the like of an adjusting mechanism in the prior art, the invention provides a chair adjusting tray.
The chair adjusting tray comprises a first connecting part and a second connecting part, wherein the first connecting part is used for being connected with the bottom of a chair seat, the second connecting part is used for being connected with the upper end of a chair lifting rod, the first connecting part is hinged with the second connecting part through a hinge shaft, and a positioning mechanism is arranged between the first connecting part and the second connecting part;
the positioning mechanism comprises a positioning pin shaft arranged at the second connecting part and a positioning pin hole arranged at the first connecting part and used for the positioning pin shaft to extend into, and the positioning pin shaft keeps a tendency of contracting inwards towards the second connecting part through an elastic piece so as to be separated from the positioning pin hole;
the positioning pin shaft is matched with a lever mechanism, and one end of the lever mechanism is driven by the pull of a first traction wire to drive the other end of the lever mechanism to overcome the elastic force provided by the elastic piece so as to apply force to the positioning pin shaft;
the second connecting part is provided with a lifting rod mounting hole for sleeving the upper end of the lifting rod of the chair, the inner side of the lifting rod mounting hole is provided with a spanner block, and one end of the spanner block is driven by the pulling of a second traction wire to drive the other end of the spanner block to touch a lifting switch at the upper end of the lifting rod of the chair; the wrench block has a fulcrum between the one end and the other end, and is configured to be rotatable about the fulcrum.
In the chair adjusting tray, the first connecting part and the second connecting part are hinged, and when the positioning pin shaft is inserted into the positioning pin hole, the chair seat can keep a fixed angle; when the positioning pin shaft is separated from the positioning pin hole, the chair seat can rock back and forth, so that the chair seat can be well adapted to the sitting posture of a user and can be tilted independently. Of course, the positioning pin holes can be arranged in a plurality of ways, so that the chair seat can preferably keep a plurality of angles. In addition, the spanner block can trigger the lifting switch at the upper end of the lifting rod of the chair under the pulling of the second traction wire, so that the lifting adjustment of the chair seat can be better realized.
In the chair adjusting tray, as the positioning mechanism is controlled by the first traction wire and the spanner block is controlled by the second traction wire, compared with the control mode of the control lever in the prior art, the related mechanism has smaller volume and higher freedom degree of setting positions.
On the other hand, in the stay wire control form existing in the prior art, the positioning pin shaft is mostly pulled directly through a rope; the positioning pin is limited by functions, so that the design range of the positioning pin in the space position is relatively small, namely the positioning pin is generally arranged on the side surface of the tray, and in order to ensure that the rope can be pulled by the positioning pin well, the part of the rope in the tray is required to be parallel to the axis of the positioning pin, so that the optional position range of the rope (the first traction wire) entering and exiting the tray is small, and the position selection of the tail end of the rope (the first traction wire) is greatly influenced. In the invention, the rope (the first traction wire) can drive the positioning pin shaft through the lever mechanism due to the lever mechanism, and a larger design space exists in the specific structure of the lever mechanism, so that a larger choice exists in the arrangement space of the relevant position of the rope (the first traction wire). And through adjusting the proportion of 2 arm of force of lever mechanism, also can be better make first traction wire can be comparatively laborsaving drive the locating pin axle through lever mechanism.
Similarly, in the existing pull wire control mode, the rope (the second traction wire) is mostly pulled directly by the contact block (the spanner block) to trigger the lifting switch, so that the setting position of the rope (the second traction wire) is greatly limited. According to the invention, the second traction wire can be well adapted by bending the wrench block into different angles, namely, the setting position of the second traction wire is free.
