Detailed Description
The following detailed description will be provided for the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples, so that the practitioner of the present invention can fully understand how to apply the technical means to solve the technical problems, achieve the technical effects, and implement the present invention according to the implementation procedures. It should be noted that, as long as there is no conflict, the embodiments and the features of the embodiments of the present invention may be combined with each other, and the technical solutions formed are within the scope of the present invention.
With the continuous progress of the robot technology, the application field of the robot is continuously expanded, and the functions of the robot are also continuously expanded.
With the increasing functions of the robot, in the process of human-computer interaction, in order to obtain better user experience, the robot needs to provide targeted services based on different identities of users or ensure that the robot only provides services for specific users, so that the robot needs to verify the identity of the current user before the beginning of human-computer interaction or in the process of human-computer interaction.
Furthermore, the requirements of users of the intelligent robot on the functions of the robot are various, the capacity of the intelligent robot is often limited, and the intelligent robot cannot contain the functions required by all the users when leaving a factory. With the improvement of the intelligent level of the robot, people need to call other function modules on the robot in many occasions. For example, robots are used to assist in viewing mail, web searches, or personal financial account management, etc. Since the user login is needed in the use process of a plurality of functional modules, people need to realize the user login on the robot.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a user login method for an intelligent robot. In a general login method, a user directly interacts with a system/device/program to be logged in, login password authentication data is input into the system/device/program to be logged in, and the system/device/program to be logged in authenticates the login password authentication data, so that the user logs in. However, in the interaction process between the robot and the user, in many cases, all input behaviors of the user who is not a "face-to-face" user are directed to the robot, and the interaction object directly faced by the user is the robot. Due to the particularity of the interaction mode between the user and the robot, the common login mode becomes cumbersome and difficult to realize.
Starting from the login mode, the invention calls the matched login mode based on the interaction environment of the robot and the user in the login process of the user, so that the user can conveniently and quickly execute the login operation.
Specifically, in a normal interaction process, because a user and an object to be logged in communicate with each other "face to face", when a login operation is performed, a login interface is provided by the object to be logged in, and the structure and the operation mode of the login interface are matched with the operation mode of the object to be logged in. However, during the interaction between the robot and the user, the object to be logged in is not limited to the robot itself. The adoption of a login interface matched with the operation mode of the object to be logged in is not necessarily suitable for the interaction occasion between the robot and the user.
Thus, in one embodiment of the invention, a multimodal login interface that matches the current interaction environment is output to the user when a login is required. The multi-modal login interface is used for constructing the login interface in a form of combining one or more output modes (issuing login reminding to a user or providing a login password authentication data input platform to the user). In this specification, a modality refers to a manner of input/output (interaction), and different modalities refer to different manners of input/output (interaction).
In an embodiment of the present invention, the multimodal login interface includes one or a combination of voice, image, text, and robot action. For example, currently, a robot and a user use voice interaction, and in order not to interrupt the voice interaction, the robot constructs a login interface by using images or characters; or, the user is inconvenient to perform visual interaction or the user is browsing image and text information output by the robot, so the robot adopts a voice mode to construct a login interface.
The execution flow of the method according to various embodiments of the present invention is described in detail below based on the drawings. The steps shown in the flow chart of the figure may be performed in a computer system containing, for example, a set of computer executable instructions. Although a logical order of steps is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than presented herein.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the robot collects external multi-modal interaction information (step S100), and then determines the current interaction requirement and the current interaction environment of the user according to the multi-modal interaction information (step S110).
Judging whether a login operation needs to be executed or not according to the current interaction requirement (step S110), and returning to the step S100 if the login operation does not need to be executed; if the login operation needs to be performed, a multimodal login interface is generated (step S111). In step S111, the specific modality/form of the generated multimodal login interface is matched with the current interaction environment. Specifically, the multimodal login interface includes one or a combination of several of voice, image, text, and robot motion.
Next, outputting (presenting) a multimodal login interface to the user (step S112); the user inputs login password authentication data to the robot after receiving the multimodal login interface, and the robot collects the login password authentication data and transmits the login password authentication data to the object to be logged in (step S120).
And then, judging whether the user can log in (whether the user is a legal user) by the object to be logged in according to the collected login password authentication data. And performing login password authentication, and logging in when the login password authentication is passed. If the login is impossible (unauthorized user), a login error prompt is output (step S132) and the process goes to step S100. If the login is possible (a valid user), the login is successful, and the login operation is completed (step S131).
In an embodiment of the invention, objects to be logged in by a user in a process of performing human-computer interaction with a robot are collectively called as intelligent robot products. It should be noted that the object to be logged in by the user is not limited to the operating system of the robot itself, and in the embodiment of the present invention, the login object of the user may also be an application loaded/installed on the operating system of the robot.
Further, in other embodiments of the present invention, the login object of the user is not limited to the local robot, and the login object may be an external operating system/application, such as a robot operating system or an application on a cloud server, or an operating system/application on another robot or device to which the current local robot may be connected.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, the login object of the user may be any web page, website, or web application that can be connected to the network.
Consider that the user login object is not fixed and there is a non-local login object. In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the robot first collects current multi-modal interaction information (step S200); then, determining the interaction requirement of the user according to the multi-modal interaction information (step S201); then, the target intelligent robot product of the user (which intelligent robot product the user specifically wants to operate/use) is determined according to the interaction requirement of the user.
After the target intelligent robot product is determined, the robot establishes data connection with the intelligent robot product (step S210); then, the robot operates the intelligent robot product based on the multi-mode interaction information input by the user, and data interaction with the intelligent robot product is achieved (namely, the user operates/uses the intelligent robot product by means of data connection through the medium of the robot). Here, it should be noted that, for the local robot operating system or the robot application software, before using the operating system or the application software, the robot establishes a data connection between the robot outer layer interactive interface (the user input interface and the robot output interface) and the internal operating system/application software.
In the execution process of step S211, it is determined whether the data sent by the intelligent robot product (data feedback of the intelligent robot product) includes a login password authentication request (whether the intelligent robot product requires the user to perform a login operation) (step S212), and if so, it indicates that the intelligent robot product needs to be logged in to fulfill the current interaction requirement. If not, whether the data interaction is completed (whether the current operation of the user is completed) is judged (whether the user requirement is realized). If the data interaction is completed, the user requirement represented by the current multi-modal interaction information (user input) is realized and the login operation needs to be executed (the user requirement is realized). If the data interaction is not completed, the process proceeds to step S211.
Since the user login object is not fixed and unchangeable, in order to ensure smooth execution of login operation, in an embodiment of the present invention, the multimodal login interface generated and output by the robot is not only matched with the current interaction environment, but also corresponds to the intelligent robot product that the user needs to login at present. Namely, the multi-mode login interface is ensured to effectively display enough login prompt information to a user and construct a complete login password authentication data input platform. The login password authentication data input by the end user can be effectively applied to login password authentication of the intelligent robot product to be logged in.
Specifically, in an embodiment of the present invention, a multimodal login interface is generated based on a basic login interface of an intelligent robot product to be logged in, so as to ensure that the generated multimodal login interface includes all login related information of the basic login interface. As shown in fig. 3, when an intelligent robot product needs to be logged in, a basic login interface of the intelligent robot product is first obtained (step S301); then generating a multi-modal login interface matched with the current interactive environment according to the basic login interface, and ensuring that the multi-modal login interface corresponds to the intelligent robot product (step S302); finally, the multimodal login interface is output (step S303).
Further, in the process of interaction between the robot and the user, especially when the user sends interaction information to the robot, one of the main interaction modes is a voice mode (i.e. in most cases, the user inputs information to the robot through voice). Therefore, the acquisition mode of login password authentication data in a common login mode cannot adapt to the interaction state between the robot and the user. For example, for a login method for collecting login password authentication data by using a text input mode, a character input device is required to be constructed on a robot, otherwise, login operation cannot be executed.
Therefore, if the login password authentication data is strictly collected according to the format requirement of the login password authentication data of the object to be logged in, the flexibility of login operation execution in the interaction process of the robot and the user is greatly limited.
In order to improve the flexibility of login operation and facilitate the user to realize login operation in the process of interaction with the robot, in an embodiment of the invention, login password authentication data for login is acquired from the user in a voice acquisition mode.
Because the multi-modal login interface output by the robot contains login related information of all basic login interfaces of the intelligent robot product, voice login information input into the robot by a user also contains all login password authentication data for login (information required to be input by all the basic login interfaces). The robot separates login password authentication data for logging in the intelligent robot product from the voice login information (the login password authentication data meeting the login password authentication data format requirement of the object to be logged in is extracted from the voice login information input by the user), and sends the login password authentication data to the object to be logged in so as to carry out login password authentication on the object to be logged in. Therefore, the whole login process can be well integrated in the interaction process of the robot and the user, the application range of the robot is greatly expanded, and the application experience of the robot is improved.
Specifically, in an embodiment of the present invention, the voice login information input by the user is first converted into corresponding text data, and the login password is verified according to the text data. Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, the text data corresponding to the voice login information is extracted by using a local recognition engine or a cloud recognition engine, or a combination thereof.
Further, for an intelligent robot product requiring a username-password for login password authentication, in an embodiment of the present invention, a username text and a password text are separated from text data corresponding to voice login information, and the username text and the password text are sent to the intelligent robot product to perform login password authentication.
Specifically, in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, after the robot outputs the multimodal login interface, the robot collects the voice login information output by the user (step S400); then converting the voice data of the voice login information into text data (step S411); then extracting cipher data (cipher text) from the text data; finally, the user name data and password data are transmitted to the intelligent robot product (step S412).
The smart robot product verifies the password data after receiving the user name data and the password data (step S420). Specifically, in an embodiment, it is first verified whether a user name consistent with user name data (user name text) exists in the database, and if not, login cannot be performed; if the password data (password text) is consistent with the pre-stored password corresponding to the user name in the database, the login cannot be performed if the password data (password text) is inconsistent with the pre-stored password corresponding to the user name in the database, and the login can be performed if the password data (password text) is consistent with the pre-stored password.
Next, the smart robot product outputs a login password authentication result to the robot (S421). And if the intelligent robot can log in, the intelligent robot enters a login state and feeds back a login success prompt. And if the login cannot be performed, feeding back a login failure prompt. The robot performs the next interaction based on the login password authentication result (step S430). The robot outputs the login result (success or failure) to the user and performs data interaction with the next step of the intelligent robot product based on the next step input of the user.
In conclusion, according to the method provided by the invention, the login operation can be conveniently and rapidly executed in the process of human-computer interaction between the user and the robot, the application range of the robot is greatly expanded, and the user experience of the robot is improved.
Further, with the rapid development of intelligent robot technology, more and more developers want to be able to implement the designed functions on the intelligent robot, but not every developer can obtain the environment and technical support for producing the intelligent robot. In an embodiment of the present invention, the intelligent robot is further provided with an intelligent robot operating system that provides a developer development environment, and is capable of providing an interface for application development for the developer. The user can log in the robot operating system for application development. Therefore, the development of the intelligent robot technology can be promoted, and more developers can participate in the development of the intelligent robot.
Further, in case of insufficient local robot functionality, the user may also log in to external other robots/devices to perform other functional operations. The application range of the robot is greatly expanded, and the user experience is greatly enhanced.
Based on the method, the invention also provides a user login system for the intelligent robot. In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the login system 501 includes:
