Abstract
The invention provides an earphone, which comprises a shell, an earphone wire, a loudspeaker unit and a loudspeaker unit, wherein the loudspeaker unit is accommodated in the shell and is communicated with the earphone wire: a knot fixing piece matched with the shell is arranged in the shell, and a knot of the earphone cord is contained between the knot fixing piece and the loudspeaker unit; a back sound hole is formed in the shell, a pipe groove of a spiral structure is formed in the wire knot fixing piece, and the pipe groove is matched with the shell to form a bass pipeline; the bass pipeline is communicated with the rear sound hole and the rear sound cavity of the earphone. By using the invention, the tone quality of the earphone can be improved without influencing the wiring of the earphone.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of acoustics, in particular to an earphone capable of improving tone quality.
Background
With the wide application of portable electronic products such as high-quality smart phones and pads, people have higher and higher requirements on earphones which can be used in cooperation with the portable electronic products, and the portable electronic products also have high-fidelity sound quality performance which can vividly reproduce various sound effects when the small size of the portable electronic products is required. In addition, no matter what kind of electronic products are, in order to make users listen to the sound signals provided by the electronic products without interfering with other people, the earphones have become a necessary accessory for each electronic product, and in addition, the earphones also provide better sound transmission for the listeners, so that the listeners can clearly hear and understand the sound content.
At present, in order to improve the bass effect of an earphone, a bass tube is generally arranged in the earphone, the existing bass tube is generally arranged at an ear handle of a rear-end wiring, a rear sound hole is arranged at a wire outlet end of an earphone wire or near the wire outlet end, and the scheme easily causes the wire junction of the earphone wire to block the hole, so that the bass tube fails; in addition, on the premise of the arrangement of the bass tube, the function of the bass tube can be ensured by improving the design of the knot, namely, the outer end of the knot is injected, and a pipeline formed by an injection molding piece and an earphone shell connects the rear cavity of the earphone with the bass tube at the ear stem; however, the scheme has high process requirements on injection molding parts, and the product is expensive and high in cost.

In addition, preferably, an accommodating groove is formed in one side, close to the loudspeaker unit, of the wire knot fixing piece, and the wire knot of the earphone line is limited in the accommodating groove.

For a detailed description of the headset of the present invention, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 shows an exploded structure of a headset according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 shows a sectional structure of the earphone according to the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the earphone of the embodiment of the present invention includes a housing, an earphone cord, and a speaker unit 3 accommodated in the housing and electrically connected to the earphone cord; a wire knot fixing piece 4 matched with an inner cavity structure formed by the shell is further arranged in the shell, one end of the earphone wire is connected with the loudspeaker single body 3, and a wire knot of the earphone wire is contained between the wire knot fixing piece 4 and the loudspeaker single body 3; a rear sound hole 11 is arranged on the shell, a pipe groove 41 with a spiral structure is arranged on the outer surface of the wire knot fixing piece 4, and the pipe groove 41 is matched with the shell to form a bass pipeline; the bass tube is in communication with the rear sound hole 11 and the rear sound cavity of the earphone.
Specifically, the knot fixing member 4 is a tapered structure, the sectional area of the knot fixing member 4 close to the speaker unit 3 is larger than the sectional area of the knot fixing member 4 far away from the speaker unit 3, an accommodating groove 42 recessed toward the side far away from the speaker unit 3 is formed in the end face of the knot fixing member 4 close to the speaker unit 3, and the knot of the earphone cord is limited in the accommodating groove 42. It should be noted that, the bass tone quality of the earphone has a close relationship with the size of the bass tube, and in the earphone according to the embodiment of the present invention, the bass effect of the earphone can be adjusted by changing the spiral angle, the total length, or the pipe diameter of the bass tube.
In another embodiment of the invention, the shell of the earphone comprises a rear shell 1 with a conical structure and a front shell 2 which is in adaptive connection with the rear shell 1, a plurality of sound outlet holes are arranged on the front shell 2, one side of a speaker monomer 3 and a knot fixing piece 4 form a rear sound cavity with a closed structure, and the other side of the speaker monomer 3 and the front shell 2 form a front sound cavity which is communicated with the sound outlet holes; wherein, back sound chamber further switches on with back sound hole 11 through bass pipeline, when reinforcing earphone bass effect, ensures that the atmospheric pressure in back sound chamber is balanced with preceding sound chamber, guarantees the stable vibration of vibrating diaphragm in loudspeaker monomer 3.
