the method comprises the steps that a variable frequency air conditioner mainboard reads mainboard information and program information and communicates with a detection tool;
sending the mainboard information and the program information to a detection tool;
and comparing and judging the mainboard information and the program information with preset information.
Further, in the step of comparing and judging the main board information and the program information with the preset information,
if the comparison and judgment are consistent, other function detection is continued until the detection is finished;
and if the comparison and judgment are inconsistent, giving an alarm prompt and finishing the detection.
Further, before the step of comparing and judging the motherboard information and the program information with preset information, the method further includes:
judging whether the detection tool receives the mainboard information and the program information,
if yes, the step of judging whether the mainboard information and the program information are consistent with the preset information is carried out,
if not, alarming prompt is carried out, and detection is finished.
Further, the mainboard information is a mainboard code; the program information includes a main program code, a main program version, an EEPROM code and an EEPROM version.
Further, the mainboard code, the EEPROM code and the EEPROM version are stored in the EEPROM chip; and the main program code and the main program version are stored in a FLASH of the main chip.
Further, the detection tool is connected with an indicator lamp and a buzzer, and the indicator lamp and the buzzer are used for giving an alarm in the detection process.
The invention also provides a detection device for the variable frequency air conditioner mainboard, which comprises:
the information reading module is used for reading the mainboard information and the program information of the variable frequency air conditioner;
the communication module is used for sending the mainboard information and the program information read by the information reading module to the detection tool;
and the identification module is used for judging whether the mainboard information and the program information sent by the communication module are consistent with the preset information.
Further, the detection device further comprises:
the detection module is used for judging whether the detection tool receives the mainboard information and the program information sent by the communication module;
and the alarm module is used for giving an alarm prompt in the detection process of the detection tool.

According to the automatic detection method and device for the variable frequency air conditioner mainboard, the mainboard information and the program information are added in the communication between the variable frequency air conditioner mainboard and the detection tool according to the communication characteristics of the variable frequency air conditioner internal and external machines, the collection and comparison judgment of the mainboard information and the program information are carried out in the detection tool, the automatic detection of the mainboard information and the program information is finally realized, the problems of mainboard material mixing, burning errors, missing detection and erroneous judgment and the like in the production process of the mainboard are solved while the detection efficiency is improved, and the automatic detection method and device are high in accuracy and convenient and rapid to operate.

s2: adding mainboard information and program information in communication data;
s3: judging whether the detection tool receives the mainboard information and the program information, if so, executing step S4, otherwise, executing step S6;
s4: comparing and judging the mainboard information and the program information with preset information, if the comparison and judgment are consistent, executing step S5, and if the comparison and judgment are inconsistent, executing step S6;
s5: continuing to perform other function detection;
s6: carrying out alarm prompt;
s7: and finishing the detection.
According to the method for detecting the mainboard information and the program information of the variable frequency air conditioner, when the variable frequency air conditioner mainboard to be detected is detected, the variable frequency air conditioner mainboard to be detected is firstly connected to the detection tool, the variable frequency air conditioner mainboard reads the mainboard information and the program information attached to the variable frequency air conditioner mainboard, and the variable frequency air conditioner mainboard is communicated with the detection tool through a communication line or a communication circuit. Other function detection includes but is not limited to the detection that the variable frequency air conditioner mainboard carries out operating frequency respectively under heating and refrigeration mode to and the analog pressure detection behind the compressor with the variable frequency air conditioner mainboard connection.

According to the automatic detection method of the variable frequency air conditioner mainboard, when the variable frequency air conditioner mainboard is communicated with the detection tool, mainboard information, EEPROM codes and EEPROM versions are stored in the EEPROM chip, so that the success rate of transmission is ensured, other interference is reduced, the space capacity of the EEPROM is large, and the running speed of the EEPROM is not influenced; and the main program code and the main program version are stored in the FLASH of the main chip, so that the damage to the main program code and the main program version information after power failure is avoided, and the main program code and the main program version information can be quickly stored.
Further, the detection tool is connected with an indicator lamp and a buzzer, and the indicator lamp and the buzzer are used for giving an alarm in the detection process.
According to the automatic detection method of the variable frequency air conditioner mainboard, one end of the detection tool is connected with the indicator lamp and the buzzer, so that when the detection tool does not receive mainboard information and program information read by the variable frequency air conditioner mainboard, alarm prompt is conducted, and when the mainboard information and the program information transmitted by communication of the variable frequency air conditioner mainboard are judged to be inconsistent with the mainboard information and the program information of the air conditioner mainboard to be detected, which are preset before detection, alarm prompt is conducted. the communication module 20 is used for sending the mainboard information and the program information read by the information reading module 10 to the detection tool;
the detection module 30 is configured to determine whether the detection tool receives the motherboard information and the program information sent by the communication module 20;
the identification module 40 is configured to determine whether the motherboard information and the program information sent by the communication module 20 are consistent with preset information;
and the alarm module 50 is used for giving an alarm prompt in the detection process of the detection tool.
When the automatic detection device for the variable frequency air conditioner mainboard of the embodiment is used for detecting the variable frequency air conditioner, firstly, the information reading module 10 reads mainboard information and program information of the variable frequency air conditioner mainboard which is connected by a lead or wirelessly, then the communication module 20 of the detection device sends the information such as the mainboard code, the main program version, the EEPROM code and the EEPROM version of the variable frequency air conditioner mainboard read by the information reading module to the detection tool in a wireless communication mode, then the detection module 30 of the detection tool preliminarily judges whether the mainboard information and the program information sent by the communication module are received, if the detection module 30 does not detect the information, the alarm module 50 gives an alarm prompt, if the detection module 30 detects the information, the identification module 40 identifies and compares the information with the information of the variable frequency air conditioner mainboard to be detected which is preset or stored by the detection tool, if the comparison fails, the alarm module 50 gives an alarm prompt, if the comparison succeeds, other functional detection is carried out by the detection tool, the detection device of the embodiment solves the problems of main board mixing, burning errors, missing detection and misjudgment and the like in the main board production process while improving the detection efficiency, and is high in accuracy, convenient to operate and fast.

In addition, the main chip and the EEPROM chip of the invention are connected through I2C communication connection, I2C is a special form of synchronous communication, has few interface lines, simple control mode, small device packaging form and high communication speed, and supports any IC production process. The storage space of the EEPROM chip is 1K-2Mbit, the internal memory of the EEPROM chip is 1K-2Mbit, so that the variable frequency air conditioner mainboard can keep a higher operation speed, and the detection efficiency is improved.
When detecting the mainboard of inverter air conditioner, except connecting the power interface of inverter air conditioner mainboard and the zero line and live wire output end or the incoming end that detect the frock and realize power detection, still connect a communication line between the two to realize the data information transmission between inverter air conditioner mainboard and the detection frock, solved mainboard compounding, burning record mistake, the missed measure erroneous judgement scheduling problem that appear in the mainboard production process, improved detection efficiency.
