Abstract
The invention discloses an antibacterial plastic-wood material composition, antibacterial plastic-wood and a method for preparing the same. The antibacterial plastic-wood material composition comprises a plastic-wood matrix and an antibacterial coating. The antibacterial coating is smeared on the outer surface of the plastic-wood matrix and comprises, by weight, 100 parts of water, 50-120 parts of acetic acrylic emulsion, 10-20 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 1-5 parts of nanometer calcium carbonate, 30-50 parts of talc powder, 0.1-2 parts of 2, 4, 5, 6-tetrachloro-3-benzenedicarbonitrile and 0.5-1.5 parts of zinc pyrithione. The antibacterial plastic-wood material composition, the antibacterial plastic-wood and the method in designs have the advantages that effective antibacterial effects can be realized, and environmental damage effects of bacteria in environments can be reduced to a great extent.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of plastic-wood production and preparation, in particular to an antibacterial plastic-wood material composition, an antibacterial plastic-wood and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the gradual depletion of global resources, the social environmental protection consciousness is increased, and higher requirements are put forward for the application of wood and petrochemical products in production and life. The plastic-wood material is a new environment-friendly material, mainly takes plant fiber materials as main materials, and is synthesized by adding plastics to form a composite material with wide applicability. The advantages of both plant fiber and plastic are achieved, so that the application range in practical use is extremely wide.
However, in the using process of the plastic wood, bacteria are easily attached to the plastic wood due to high bacteria content in the environment, so that the plastic wood has high environmental pollution when used, and the body health of users is affected.
Therefore, the present invention provides an antibacterial plastic wood material composition and an antibacterial plastic wood, which can effectively resist bacteria and greatly reduce the invasion of bacteria in the environment, and a preparation method thereof, which are problems to be solved by the present invention.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the prior art, the invention aims to solve the problems that bacteria are easy to attach to plastic wood due to higher bacteria content in the environment in the use process of the plastic wood in the prior art, so that the plastic wood has higher environmental pollution and influences the body health of users in use, thereby providing an antibacterial plastic wood material composition which can effectively resist bacteria and greatly reduce the invasion of bacteria in the environment to the plastic wood, an antibacterial plastic wood and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an antibacterial wood-plastic material composition, wherein the composition comprises a wood-plastic substrate and an antibacterial coating applied on the outer surface of the wood-plastic substrate, wherein the antibacterial coating comprises water, vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion, styrene-acrylic emulsion, nano calcium carbonate, talcum powder, tetrachloro-isophthalonitrile and zinc pyrithione; wherein,
relative to 100 parts by weight of water, the content of the vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion is 50-120 parts by weight, the content of the styrene-acrylic emulsion is 10-20 parts by weight, the content of the nano calcium carbonate is 1-5 parts by weight, the content of the talcum powder is 30-50 parts by weight, the content of the tetrachloroisophthalonitrile is 0.1-2 parts by weight, and the content of the zinc pyrithione is 0.5-1.5 parts by weight.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the antibacterial plastic wood, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) mixing water, vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion, styrene-acrylic emulsion, nano calcium carbonate, talcum powder, tetrachloroisophthalonitrile and zinc pyrithione to prepare an antibacterial coating M1;
2) coating the prepared antibacterial coating M1 on the surface of a plastic-wood substrate to prepare antibacterial plastic-wood; wherein,
relative to 100 parts by weight of water, the vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion is 50-120 parts by weight, the styrene-acrylic emulsion is 10-20 parts by weight, the nano calcium carbonate is 1-5 parts by weight, the talcum powder is 30-50 parts by weight, the tetrachloroisophthalonitrile is 0.1-2 parts by weight, and the zinc pyrithione is 0.5-1.5 parts by weight.
The invention also provides the antibacterial plastic wood prepared by the preparation method.
According to the technical scheme, water, vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion, styrene-acrylic emulsion, nano calcium carbonate, talcum powder, tetrachloroisophthalonitrile and zinc pyrithione are mixed according to a certain proportion to prepare the antibacterial coating, and the prepared antibacterial coating is coated on the outer surface of the plastic-wood substrate, so that the plastic-wood substrate coated with the antibacterial coating has good antibacterial performance in actual use, and the damage of bacteria in the environment to the plastic-wood substrate is greatly reduced.

According to the design, water, vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion, styrene-acrylic emulsion, nano calcium carbonate, talcum powder, tetrachloro-isophthalonitrile and zinc pyrithione are mixed according to a certain proportion to prepare the antibacterial coating, and the prepared antibacterial coating is coated on the outer surface of the plastic-wood substrate, so that the plastic-wood substrate coated with the antibacterial coating has good antibacterial performance in actual use, and the damage of bacteria in the environment to the plastic-wood substrate is greatly reduced.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to improve the antibacterial performance of the obtained wood plastic, relative to 100 parts by weight of the water, the content of the vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion is 80-100 parts by weight, the content of the styrene-acrylic emulsion is 13-17 parts by weight, the content of the nano calcium carbonate is 2-4 parts by weight, the content of the talc is 35-45 parts by weight, the content of the tetrachloroisophthalonitrile is 1-2 parts by weight, and the content of the zinc pyrithione is 0.8-1.2 parts by weight.
Of course, in order to further improve the use performance of the obtained plastic-wood, in a more preferred embodiment, the antibacterial coating can also comprise a processing aid.
The processing aid may be of the type conventionally used in the art, for example, in a preferred embodiment, the processing aid may be selected from an anti-uv agent and/or an antistatic agent.
The nano calcium carbonate may be of nano grade as conventionally used in the art, and of course, in a more preferred embodiment, the nano calcium carbonate has a particle size of 50 to 500nm in order to further improve antibacterial performance.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the antibacterial plastic wood, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) mixing water, vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion, styrene-acrylic emulsion, nano calcium carbonate, talcum powder, tetrachloroisophthalonitrile and zinc pyrithione to prepare an antibacterial coating M1;
2) coating the prepared antibacterial coating M1 on the surface of a plastic-wood substrate to prepare antibacterial plastic-wood; wherein,
relative to 100 parts by weight of water, the vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion is 50-120 parts by weight, the styrene-acrylic emulsion is 10-20 parts by weight, the nano calcium carbonate is 1-5 parts by weight, the talcum powder is 30-50 parts by weight, the tetrachloroisophthalonitrile is 0.1-2 parts by weight, and the zinc pyrithione is 0.5-1.5 parts by weight.
In a preferred embodiment, in order to further improve the antibacterial performance of the obtained plastic wood, relative to 100 parts by weight of water, the vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion is used in an amount of 80-100 parts by weight, the styrene-acrylic emulsion is used in an amount of 13-17 parts by weight, the nano calcium carbonate is used in an amount of 2-4 parts by weight, the talc is used in an amount of 35-45 parts by weight, the tetrachloroisophthalonitrile is used in an amount of 1-2 parts by weight, and the zinc pyrithione is used in an amount of 0.8-1.2 parts by weight.
Likewise, in a more preferred embodiment, step 1) may further comprise adding a processing aid for mixing.
The processing aid and the nano calcium carbonate are as described above.
The mixing in step 1) can be carried out in a manner conventionally employed in the art, for example, in a preferred embodiment, the mixing in step 1) is carried out by stirring and mixing under a stirring rate of 100-.
The invention also provides the antibacterial plastic wood prepared by the preparation method.
In a more preferred embodiment, the thickness of the antimicrobial coating is 0.1 to 1mm in order to achieve as good an antimicrobial effect as possible while saving costs.
The present invention will be described in detail below by way of examples. In the following examples, the vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion, the styrene-acrylic emulsion, the nano calcium carbonate, the talc, the tetrachloroisophthalonitrile, and the zinc pyrithione were conventional commercial products.
Example 1
1) Stirring and mixing 100g of water, 80g of vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion, 13g of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 2g of nano calcium carbonate, 35g of talcum powder, 1g of tetrachloroisophthalonitrile and 0.8g of zinc pyrithione at the stirring speed of 100r/min to obtain an antibacterial coating M1;
2) and (3) coating the prepared antibacterial coating M1 on the surface of a plastic-wood substrate until the thickness is 0.1mm to obtain the antibacterial plastic-wood A1.
Example 2
1) Stirring and mixing 100g of water, 100g of vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion, 17g of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 4g of nano calcium carbonate, 45g of talcum powder, 2g of tetrachloroisophthalonitrile and 1.2g of zinc pyrithione at the stirring speed of 300r/min to obtain an antibacterial coating M1;

2) and (3) coating the prepared antibacterial coating M1 on the surface of a plastic-wood substrate until the thickness is 0.5mm to obtain the antibacterial plastic-wood A3.
Example 4
The preparation method is carried out according to the preparation method of example 1, except that the using amount of the vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion is 50g, the using amount of the styrene-acrylic emulsion is 10g, the using amount of the nano calcium carbonate is 1g, the using amount of the talcum powder is 30g, the using amount of the tetrachloroisophthalonitrile is 0.1g, and the using amount of the zinc pyrithione is 0.5g, so that the antibacterial plastic wood A4 is prepared.
Example 5
The preparation method is carried out according to the preparation method of the example 2, except that the using amount of the vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion is 120g, the using amount of the styrene-acrylic emulsion is 20g, the using amount of the nano calcium carbonate is 5g, the using amount of the talcum powder is 50g, the using amount of the tetrachloroisophthalonitrile is 2g, and the using amount of the zinc pyrithione is 1.5g, so that the antibacterial plastic wood A5 is prepared.
Comparative example 1
The preparation method is carried out according to the preparation method of example 3, except that the using amount of the vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion is 20g, the using amount of the styrene-acrylic emulsion is 5g, the using amount of the nano calcium carbonate is 0.5g, and the using amount of the talcum powder is 10g, so as to obtain the plastic-wood D1.
Comparative example 2

Test example

relative to 100 parts by weight of water, the content of the vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion is 50-120 parts by weight, the content of the styrene-acrylic emulsion is 10-20 parts by weight, the content of the nano calcium carbonate is 1-5 parts by weight, the content of the talcum powder is 30-50 parts by weight, the content of the tetrachloroisophthalonitrile is 0.1-2 parts by weight, and the content of the zinc pyrithione is 0.5-1.5 parts by weight.

The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the vinyl acetate-acrylate emulsion is contained in an amount of 80 to 100 parts by weight, the styrene-acrylate emulsion is contained in an amount of 13 to 17 parts by weight, the nano calcium carbonate is contained in an amount of 2 to 4 parts by weight, the talc is contained in an amount of 35 to 45 parts by weight, the tetrachloroisophthalonitrile is contained in an amount of 1 to 2 parts by weight, and the zinc pyrithione is contained in an amount of 0.8 to 1.2 parts by weight, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the water.
3. The composition of claim 1 or 2, wherein the antimicrobial coating further comprises a processing aid;
preferably, the processing aid is selected from an anti-uv agent and/or an antistatic agent.
4. The composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the nano calcium carbonate has a particle size of 50-500 nm.
5. The preparation method of the antibacterial plastic wood is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) mixing water, vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion, styrene-acrylic emulsion, nano calcium carbonate, talcum powder, tetrachloroisophthalonitrile and zinc pyrithione to prepare an antibacterial coating M1;
2) coating the prepared antibacterial coating M1 on the surface of a plastic-wood substrate to prepare antibacterial plastic-wood; wherein,
relative to 100 parts by weight of water, the vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion is 50-120 parts by weight, the styrene-acrylic emulsion is 10-20 parts by weight, the nano calcium carbonate is 1-5 parts by weight, the talcum powder is 30-50 parts by weight, the tetrachloroisophthalonitrile is 0.1-2 parts by weight, and the zinc pyrithione is 0.5-1.5 parts by weight.
6. The preparation method according to claim 5, wherein the vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion is used in an amount of 80 to 100 parts by weight, the styrene-acrylic emulsion is used in an amount of 13 to 17 parts by weight, the nano calcium carbonate is used in an amount of 2 to 4 parts by weight, the talc is used in an amount of 35 to 45 parts by weight, the tetrachloroisophthalonitrile is used in an amount of 1 to 2 parts by weight, and the zinc pyrithione is used in an amount of 0.8 to 1.2 parts by weight, relative to 100 parts by weight of the water.
7. The preparation method according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the step 1) further comprises adding a processing aid for mixing;
preferably, the processing aid is selected from an anti-uv agent and/or an antistatic agent;
more preferably, the nano calcium carbonate has a particle size of 50 to 500 nm.
8. The preparation method according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the mixing process in step 1) is stirring mixing under the condition of stirring speed of 100-300 r/min.
9. An antibacterial plastic wood prepared by the preparation method according to any one of claims 5 to 8.
10. The antibacterial plastic wood according to claim 9, wherein the antibacterial coating layer has a thickness of 0.1-1 mm.
