本发明公开了一种起重机夹勾装置,包括:轴盘、轴承、铁链、支撑块、支撑杆、卡槽,轴盘的下端通过限位键固定一个轴承,轴承的下平面的左右两端焊接一个铁链,且两根铁链完全相同,两根铁链的下端分别焊接一个支撑块,左端铁链的支撑块的右平面通过铰链连接一根支撑杆,右端铁链的支撑块的左平面焊接一个卡槽,本发明具有使用方便、提高工作效率等优点。

本发明涉及一种夹勾装置,具体是涉及一种起重机夹勾装置。
背景技术
传统的起重机的夹勾装置都是使用吊钩来拉起重物,但是有些货物不适合吊钩来拉起,特别是一些圆筒形且圆通内部不规则的货物,传统的方式是通过在吊钩上挂上挂带,挂带穿过货物将货物拉起,但是由于挂带不柔软性,挂点很容易卡在货物的内壁上,在去下挂带时非常的不方便,耗费时间,工作效率等不到提高。
发明内容
为解决现有技术方案的缺陷,本发明公开了一种使用方便、提高工作效率的起重机夹勾装置。
本发明公开了一种起重机夹勾装置,包括:轴盘、轴承、铁链、支撑块、支撑杆、卡槽,所述的轴盘的下端通过限位键固定一个轴承,所述的轴承的下平面的左右两端焊接一个铁链,且两根铁链完全相同,所述的两根铁链的下端分别焊接一个支撑块,所述的左端铁链的支撑块的右平面通过铰链连接一根支撑杆,所述的右端铁链的支撑块的左平面焊接一个卡槽。
所述的卡槽的左端有一个长方体形开口。
所述的支撑杆的右端可以放入卡槽的开口内。
所述的卡槽的开口的前后面上有对应的两个螺纹孔,所述的支撑杆上有与卡槽开口前后面的螺纹孔对应的螺纹孔。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有以下有益优点:
1、使用方便;
2、提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明公开了一种起重机夹勾装置,包括:轴盘1、轴承2、铁链3、支撑块4、支撑杆5、卡槽6,所述的轴盘1的下端通过限位键固定一个轴承2,所述的轴承2的下平面的左右两端焊接一个铁链3,且两根铁链3完全相同,所述的两根铁链3的下端分别焊接一个支撑块4,所述的左端铁链3的支撑块4的右平面通过铰链连接一根支撑杆5,所述的右端铁链3的支撑块4的左平面焊接一个卡槽6。
所述的卡槽6的左端有一个长方体形开口。
所述的支撑杆5的右端可以放入卡槽6的开口内。
所述的卡槽6的开口的前后面上有对应的两个螺纹孔,所述的支撑杆5上有与卡槽6开口前后面的螺纹孔对应的螺纹孔。
本发明是这样实施的:在使用的过程中,只需将支撑杆5穿过圆筒形货物,通过螺栓将支撑杆5固定在卡槽6上,由于铁链3与轴承2的连接,轴承2与轴盘1连接,则轴承2可以带动铁链3旋转。

1.一种用于夹持吊装圆筒形货物的起重机夹勾装置,包括:轴盘、轴承、铁链、支撑块、支撑杆、卡槽,其特征在于:所述的轴盘的下端通过限位键固定一个轴承,所述的轴承的下平面的左右两端焊接一个铁链,且两根铁链完全相同,所述的两根铁链的下端分别焊接一个支撑块,所述的左端铁链的支撑块的右平面通过铰链连接一根支撑杆,所述的右端铁链的支撑块的左平面焊接一个卡槽;所述的卡槽的左端有一个长方体形开口;所述的支撑杆的右端可以放入卡槽的开口内;所述的卡槽的开口的前后面上有对应的两个螺纹孔,所述的支撑杆上有与卡槽开口前后面的螺纹孔对应的螺纹孔。
