本发明涉及一种高性能钕铁硼磁性材料。
背景技术
钕铁硼,简单来讲是一种磁铁,和我们平时见到的磁铁所不同的是,其优异的磁性能而被称为“磁王”。 钕铁硼具有极高的磁能积和矫力,同时高能量密度的优点使钕铁硼永磁材料在现代工业和电子技术中获得了广泛应用,从而使仪器仪表、电声电机、磁选磁化等设备的小型化、轻量化、薄型化成为可能。如钕铁硼在混合动力汽车、压缩机及汽车电子系统应用量会大幅增长,钕铁硼材料产业市场前景是十分广阔的。随着近年来钕铁硼企业技术工艺和设备的不断改进提高,我国高性能钕铁硼应用产品将会越来越多,对其要求也越来越高。但目前现有市场上的钕铁硼磁性材料不能满足使用需求,而且制作工艺复杂,需进一步改进完善性能。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种高性能钕铁硼磁性材料,综合性能优异,具有优异的磁性能,有效改善了耐腐蚀效果,而且价格低,无污染。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种高性能钕铁硼磁性材料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
