本发明涉及一种易拆取电池,本易拆取电池包括有电池主体、正极端、负极端和传动绳;在所述正极端的端面上活动安装有拉扣,所述拉扣可沿正极端的径向往复滑动;在电池主体上开设有滑槽,所述滑槽与电池主体的轴向垂直;所述滑槽延伸至电池主体的侧壁;在所述滑槽内活动安装有推杆,所述推杆的长度与所述滑槽的长度相匹配;推杆与拉扣的运动方向始终相反;在电池主体内还安装有传动环;所述传动绳绕至在传动环上,且传动绳的一端连接拉扣,一端连接推杆;该电池结构新颖、操作方便,能够轻松、快捷的取下,操作更人性化,使用更舒适。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种储能元件,特别的,是一种电池。
背景技术
电池作为常见的便携式储能元件广泛应用于各个领域,如交通行业中的电瓶、通讯行业中的电源板、玩具业中的小号电池等等;电器在运行过程中均存在不同程度的晃动或颠簸,因此电器安置电池的电池盒均做的非常紧致,以保证电池能够牢固的连接在电器的正负端上;但是这种做法使得电池在更换、拆取时较为不便;用户在抠取电池时需要花费较大力气,有时甚至会使手指受伤;特别是对女性来说,手指力量较小、指甲脆弱,在更换电池时更加不便;因此一种更加便利拆取的电池为大众所需求。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种易拆取电池,该电池结构新颖、操作方便,能够轻松、快捷的取下,操作更人性化,使用更舒适。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:本易拆取电池包括有电池主体、正极端、负极端和传动绳;在所述正极端的端面上活动安装有拉扣,所述拉扣可沿正极端的径向往复滑动;在电池主体上开设有滑槽,所述滑槽与电池主体的轴向垂直;所述滑槽延伸至电池主体的侧壁;在所述滑槽内活动安装有推杆,所述推杆的长度与所述滑槽的长度相匹配;推杆与拉扣的运动方向始终相反;
在电池主体内还安装有传动环;所述传动绳绕至在传动环上,且传动绳的一端连接拉扣,一端连接推杆。
本发明的有益效果是:自然状态下推杆完全缩进于滑槽内,传动绳处于绷紧状态,拉扣贴近电池主体的轴线位置;此时,电池外形呈圆筒状,可以正常使用;
在需要取下电池时,旋转电池,使得拉扣指向电池槽的开口处,抠动拉扣使拉扣沿电池主体的径向向外移动;在传动绳的传动下,推杆沿滑槽滑出,由于拉扣指向电池槽开口处,推杆的运动方向与拉扣的运动方向相反,因此推杆朝电池槽底部滑动,进而将电池从电池槽中推出;在电池取出后,将推杆推回滑槽,在传动绳的牵拉下,拉扣复位。
相较于传统的直筒电池,本发明中的易拆取电池在取出时,同时受到手指拉动拉扣的拉力和推杆的推动力,以负极端的边缘为支点,拉力和推动力具有较长的力矩,因此在取出时更轻松、方便。
作为优选,在所述滑槽位于电池主体内部的一端处固定有永磁块,所述推杆由铁磁性材料做成;便于推杆和拉扣的固定和复位。

具体实施方式
实施例
在图1至图4所示的实施例中,本易拆取电池包括有电池主体1、正极端11、负极端12和传动绳2;在所述正极端11的端面上活动安装有拉扣3,所述拉扣3可沿正极端11的径向往复滑动;在电池主体1上开设有滑槽4,所述滑槽4与电池主体1的轴向垂直;所述滑槽4延伸至电池主体1的侧壁,在所述滑槽4位于电池主体1内部的一端处固定有永磁块41,如图1、3所示;在所述滑槽4内活动安装有推杆5,所述推杆5由铁磁性材料做成;所述推杆5的长度与所述滑槽4的长度相匹配;推杆5与拉扣3的运动方向始终相反;在电池主体1内还安装有传动环6;所述传动绳2绕至在传动环6上,且传动绳2的一端连接拉扣3,一端连接推杆5。
自然状态下推杆5完全缩进于滑槽4内,在磁力作用下,推杆5牢固吸附在滑槽4端部的永磁块41上,传动绳2处于绷紧状态,拉扣3贴近电池主体1的轴线位置;此时,电池外形呈圆筒状,可以正常使用;
在需要取下电池时,旋转电池,使得拉扣3指向电池槽的开口处,抠动拉扣3使拉扣3沿电池主体1的径向向外移动;在传动绳2的传动下,推杆5沿滑槽4滑出,由于拉扣3指向电池槽开口处,推杆5的运动方向与拉扣3的运动方向相反,因此推杆5朝电池槽底部滑动,进而将电池从电池槽中推出。
在电池取出后,推杆5在磁力作用下,再次返回滑槽4内,在传动绳2的牵拉下,拉扣3复位。
相较于传统的直筒电池,本发明中的易拆取电池在取出时,同时受到手指拉动拉扣3的拉力和推杆5的推动力,以负极端12的边缘为支点,拉力和推动力具有较长的力矩,因此在取出时更轻松、方便。
本发明结构新颖,外形简洁,同时操作方便,推杆5和拉扣3可自动收拢、复位,使用简单便捷。

1.一种易拆取电池,本易拆取电池包括有电池主体(1)、正极端(11)、负极端(12)和传动绳(2);其特征在于:在所述正极端(11)的端面上活动安装有拉扣(3),所述拉扣(3)可沿正极端(11)的径向往复滑动;在电池主体(1)上开设有滑槽(4),所述滑槽(4)与电池主体(1)的轴向垂直;所述滑槽(4)延伸至电池主体(1)的侧壁;在所述滑槽(4)内活动安装有推杆(5),所述推杆(5)的长度与所述滑槽(4)的长度相匹配;推杆(5)与拉扣(3)的运动方向始终相反;在电池主体(1)内还安装有传动环(6);所述传动绳(2)绕至在传动环(6)上,且传动绳(2)的一端连接拉扣(3),一端连接推杆(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易拆取电池,其特征在于:在所述滑槽(4)位于电池主体(1)内部的一端处固定有永磁块(41),所述推杆(5)由铁磁性材料做成。
