本发明涉及一种用于换热器的导流片结构,包括复合板,于复合板上分别布置第一封条、第三封条及一对第二封条,第一封条、第三封条及一对第二封条围合形成介质通道,一对翅片设置于所述复合板上并于第二封条的内侧相抵接,第三封条的端部与第二封条的内侧之间形成介质流通口;翅片由多条沿横向布置的锯齿形翅片连接成型述锯齿形翅片由多个上方波凸缘及下方波凸缘连接形成一体,在互为相邻的各根锯齿形翅片中、各上方波凸缘之间及各下方波凸缘之间均错位布置。本发明中锯齿形翅片的设计满足流体介质在四个方向间的灵活流动,避免以往为了改变介质流通方向需要切割翅片的问题,省时省力,大大提高了生产加工效率。

一种用于换热器的导流片结构
技术领域
本发明涉及换热器领域,尤其涉及一种用于换热器的导流片结构。
背景技术
目前,传统用于换热器的导流片均为打孔型翅片,该打孔型翅片的结构单一,为了改变介质的流动方向,需要将打孔型翅片切割成三角形,其中一块打孔型翅片中槽向呈横向布置,另一块打孔型翅片中槽向呈纵向布置,将两块打孔型翅片拼接即可完成两个方向的介质流通,但上述介质流通方向受打孔型翅片槽向的影响只有两个方向可以流通,翅片的切割费时费力,大大影响了生产加工效率。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述现有问题,进行了研究改进,提供一种用于换热器的导流片结构,其在不需要切割的情况下可以满足四个方向的介质流通,避免了以往为了改变介质流通方向需要切割翅片的问题,省时省力。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种用于换热器的导流片结构,包括复合板,于所述复合板上分别布置第一封条、第三封条及一对第二封条,所述第一封条、第三封条及一对第二封条围合形成介质通道,一对翅片设置于所述复合板上并于第二封条的内侧相抵接,所述第三封条的端部与第二封条的内侧之间形成介质流通口;所述翅片由多条沿横向布置的锯齿形翅片连接成型,所述锯齿形翅片由多个上方波凸缘及下方波凸缘连接形成一体,各上方波凸缘与下方波凸缘互为相邻布置,在互为相邻的各根锯齿形翅片中、各上方波凸缘之间及各下方波凸缘之间均错位布置。
其进一步技术方案在于:
各第二封条互为平行布置,所述第一封条与第三封条之间平行布置,所述第三封条的长度小于第一封条的长度。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明结构简单、使用方便,锯齿形翅片的设计满足流体介质在四个方向间的灵活流动,避免以往为了改变介质流通方向需要切割翅片的问题,省时省力,大大提高了生产加工效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1、图2所示,一种用于换热器的导流片结构包括复合板5,于复合板5上分别布置第一封条1、第三封条4及一对第二封条2,第一封条1、第三封条4及一对第二封条2围合形成介质通道,一对翅片6设置于复合板5上并于第二封条2的内侧相抵接,第三封条4的端部与第二封条2的内侧之间形成介质流通口3。如图2、图3所示,翅片6由多条沿横向布置的锯齿形翅片连接成型,锯齿形翅片由多个上方波凸缘602及下方波凸缘601连接形成一体,各上方波凸缘602与下方波凸缘601互为相邻布置,在互为相邻的各根锯齿形翅片中、各上方波凸缘602之间及各下方波凸缘601之间均错位布置。各第二封条2互为平行布置,第一封条1与第三封条4之间平行布置,第三封条4的长度小于第一封条1的长度,上述翅片6均为矩形。
如图1、图2、图3及图4所示,流体介质从介质流通口3流入翅片6内,由于各前后相邻的锯齿形翅片中各上方波凸缘602错位布置,使得流体介质可以如图4箭头所示从一个上方波凸缘602流至另一个上方波凸缘602,由此实现了流体介质在翅片6中可以前后左右四个方向流动,流通性能好,翅片6可以整块使用,避免以往为了改变流体介质方向需要切割的问题,省时省力,本发明的使用寿命可达5-10年,其设计温度范围为-10℃~120℃。

1.一种用于换热器的导流片结构,其特征在于:包括复合板(5),于所述复合板(5)上分别布置第一封条(1)、第三封条(4)及一对第二封条(2),所述第一封条(1)、第三封条(4)及一对第二封条(2)围合形成介质通道,一对翅片(6)设置于所述复合板(5)上并于第二封条(2)的内侧相抵接,所述第三封条(4)的端部与第二封条(2)的内侧之间形成介质流通口(3);所述翅片(6)由多条沿横向布置的锯齿形翅片连接成型,所述锯齿形翅片由多个上方波凸缘(602)及下方波凸缘(601)连接形成一体,各上方波凸缘(602)与下方波凸缘(601)互为相邻布置,在互为相邻的各根锯齿形翅片中、各上方波凸缘(602)之间及各下方波凸缘(601)之间均错位布置。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于换热器的导流片结构,其特征在于:各第二封条(2)互为平行布置,所述第一封条(1)与第三封条(4)之间平行布置,所述第三封条(4)的长度小于第一封条(1)的长度。
