Abstract

本发明公开了一种高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂和应用。所述高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂由如下质量百分比的各组分组成:硝酸镁5.0~10.0%、卡松5.0~10.0%、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚10.0~15.0%、4,5‑二氯‑2‑正辛基‑3‑异噻唑啉酮5.0~10.0%、脱氢醋酸钠3.0~5.0%、对二氯苄3.0~5.0%、去离子水45.0~69.0%。本发明的高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂无刺激性、腐蚀性和挥发性,对印花糊料生产和使用环境影响较小;添加量少,添加成本低,抗菌防霉效果持久,耐高温40~100℃,pH使用范围广;不影响印花色浆的粘度,印花色浆放置3~6个月粘度变化不大,不影响印花纺织品的得色和鲜艳度。

一种高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂和应用
技术领域
本发明属于印染助剂技术领域,具体涉及一种高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂和应用。
背景技术
酸性染料印花的糊料,它主要由天然植物种子胶如瓜尔豆胶、罗望子种籽胶等经过聚醚亲水化学改性制备得到一种增稠剂,广泛应用于尼纶、尼纶/氨纶、羊毛、真丝印花色浆中的增稠。酸性印花糊料它是由天然植物胶改性而成的,贮存和使用过程中,容易滋生细菌和霉菌导致腐败变质和发霉,影响印花糊料的使用,导致酸性印花糊粘度急剧下降,失去增稠的功能,促使染料凝聚,容易在印花织物上出现色点、斑点和渗化,严重影响印花产品质量。酸性印花糊料如果防腐防霉效果差,造成印花色浆久放容易发臭发霉,不能继续使用,浪费严重。作为酸性印花糊料的防腐防霉剂应该高效低毒,应该是阴/非离子型,不与印花色浆的酸性染料、渗透剂、助溶剂发生冲突,汽蒸过程不影响染料上染织物,不影响织物的颜色鲜艳度。酸性印花糊料必须在酸性条件下pH为3.0~6.0使用,所以酸性印花糊料的防腐防霉剂必须在pH在3~6之间仍具有很好的防霉防腐效果。目前市场没有专门的针对酸性印花糊料的特性开发的防腐防霉剂,都是把其他工业用途的防腐防霉剂用作酸性印花糊料的防腐防霉,虽然有一定的防腐防霉效果,但远远不能满足酸性印花糊料的使用要求,如在高温40~45℃车间环境中能持续保持3个月印花色浆粘度不下降,不与印花色浆中的其他化学成份发生冲突,不影响印花纺织品的得色和鲜艳度。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的缺点和不足之处,本发明的首要目的在于提供一种高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂的应用。
本发明目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂,其由如下质量百分比的各组分组成:硝酸镁5.0~10.0%、卡松(化学名称为2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮)5.0~10.0%、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚10.0~15.0%、4,5-二氯-2-正辛基-3-异噻唑啉酮5.0~10.0%、脱氢醋酸钠3.0~5.0%、对二氯苄3.0~5.0%、水45.0~69.0%。
所述的高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂各组分的质量百分比为:硝酸镁10.0%、卡松10.0%、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚15.0%、4,5-二氯-2-正辛基-3-异噻唑啉酮10.0%、脱氢醋酸钠5.0%、对二氯苄5.0%、水45.0%。
所述的高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂各组分的质量百分比为:硝酸镁5.0%、卡松5.0%、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚10.0%、4,5-二氯-2-正辛基-3-异噻唑啉酮5.0%、脱氢醋酸钠3.0%、对二氯苄3.0%、水69.0%。
所述的高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂各组分的质量百分比为:硝酸镁7.5%、卡松7.5%、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚12.50%、4,5-二氯-2-正辛基-3-异噻唑啉酮7.5%、脱氢醋酸钠4.0%、对二氯苄4.0%、水57.0%。
所述聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚EO:PO的摩尔比为1:2,其中EO为环氧乙烷,PO为环氧丙烷。
上述高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂组份中添加聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚(EO:PO的摩尔比为1:2)主要用作乳化分散剂,加速抗菌防霉剂与酸性印花糊料的结合,并改善抗菌防霉剂加入酸性印花糊料的流变性能;组份中添加对二氯苄,能与一些成分季铵化,对抗菌防霉剂效果有增效促进作用。
本发明的高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂主要制备步骤为:将上述原料经过混合均匀后,在氮气的保护下加热至40℃搅拌2.0小时,即得。
上述高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂在酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉中的应用。
上述高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂按照酸性印花糊料干粉质量的1.0~2.0%或是酸性印花糊料色浆质量的0.1~0.5%加入,从而对酸性印花糊料进行抗菌防霉。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点及有益效果:
目前市场上酸性印花糊料的制备过程和使用过程的抗菌防霉,基本上都是套用其他行业的抗菌防霉剂,虽然可以使用,但有明显不足,如添加量大,抗菌防霉效果差,不耐高温,pH使用范围不广,影响印花色浆的粘度,与其他印花色浆的化学成分发生冲突,影响印花纺织品的得色和鲜艳度等以上不足。本发明提供的高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂,在满足高效抗菌防霉的前提下,适用于酸性印花糊料制备工艺和酸性印花糊料使用工艺,不影响印花色浆的粘度,尽量不影响印花纺织品的得色和鲜艳度;针对性强,主要用于酸性印花糊料的制备过程或酸性印花糊料使用工程,填补市场没有专门应用于酸性印花糊料的抗菌防霉剂。
与其他传统的抗菌防霉剂相比,本发明的高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂具有以下优点:1.无刺激性、腐蚀性和挥发性,故对印花糊料生产和使用环境影响较小;2.添加量少,是酸性印花糊料干粉质量的1.0~2.0%,是酸性印花糊料色浆质量的0.1~0.5%,添加成本低,抗菌防霉效果持久,耐高温40~100℃,pH使用范围广(4.0~8.0);3.不影响印花色浆的粘度,印花色浆放置3~6个月粘度变化不大,不影响印花纺织品的得色和鲜艳度。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1
本实施例高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂各组分的质量百分比为:
将上述比例的组分混匀后,在氮气的保护下加热至40℃搅拌2.0小时,即得成品。
实施例2
本实施例高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂各组分的质量百分比为:
将上述比例的组分混匀后,在氮气的保护下加热至40℃搅拌2.0小时,即得成品。
实施例3
本实施例高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂各组分的质量百分比为:
将上述比例的组分混匀后,在氮气的保护下加热至40℃搅拌2.0小时,即得成品。
实施例4:以实施例2所得的成品做应用介绍
将1000重量份瓜尔豆胶原粉(北京瓜尔润科技有限公司)和1800重量份的乙醇溶液(90%乙醇)混合,加入270重量份氢氧化钾,搅拌30分钟之后,反应釜真空充氮气装置驱赶空气10钟,充入202.5重量份氧乙烷,在60℃反应3小时后,降温30℃之后,加入155重量份磷酸进行中和,将pH值调至6.0,离心分离去除水/乙醇溶液,烘干,分别入10重量份、15重量份、20重量份实施例2制得的高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂,搅拌1小时,混拼均匀,筛分包装得到最终的酸性印花糊料原粉(含水率控制在7%以下),分别记为酸性印花糊料原粉A、酸性印花糊料原粉B、酸性印花糊料原粉C。以上三种加入不同重量份实施例2制得的酸性印花糊料原粉能放置2年以上,质量稳定,不发霉,同一批酸性印花糊料原粉开释粘度没有变化。
实施例5:以实施例3所得的成品做应用介绍
把实施例4中所得的酸性印花糊料原粉B按照以下配方打浆:
酸性印花糊料原粉B 8%
水 92%
实施例3的成品 0.1%或0.25%或0.5%(指占酸性印花糊料原粉B和水的总质量的比例)
打浆过程如下:把92.0公斤水放在塑料桶内搅拌,把8公斤酸性印花糊料原粉B逐步加入,搅拌均匀,分别按照酸性印花糊料原粉B和水总质量0.1%、0.25%、0.5%的比例加入实施例3制得的高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂,静置过夜,制得酸性印花糊料样品A、B、C。以上三种加入不同比例高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂的酸性印花糊料样品均能放置三个月以上,不发臭不发霉,粘度不下降。
将酸性印花糊料样品B用于调配印花色浆,配方如下:
上述印花色浆配方中所用的酸性印花糊料样品B中,实施例3制得的高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂的添加量为酸性印花糊料原粉B和水的总质量的0.25%。
以上实施例配方调配的印花色浆能放置三个月以上,不发臭不发霉,粘度不下降。
上述试验证明了本发明的高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂能够有效抑制酸性印花糊料原粉、原粉开释糊料浆和印花糊料色浆细菌和霉菌的生长,保护糊料本身不受细菌和霉菌的侵蚀。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

1.一种高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂,其特征在于,所述高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂由如下质量百分比的各组分制成:硝酸镁5.0~10.0%、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮5.0~10.0%、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚10.0~15.0%、4,5-二氯-2-正辛基-3-异噻唑啉酮5.0~10.0%、脱氢醋酸钠3.0~5.0%、对二氯苄3.0~5.0%、水45.0~69.0%;具体制备步骤为:将硝酸镁、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、4,5-二氯-2-正辛基-3-异噻唑啉酮、脱氢醋酸钠、对二氯苄和水按质量百分比混合均匀后,在氮气的保护下加热至40℃搅拌2.0小时,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂,其特征在于,所述的高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂各组分的质量百分比为:硝酸镁10.0%、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮10.0%、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚15.0%、4,5-二氯-2-正辛基-3-异噻唑啉酮10.0%、脱氢醋酸钠5.0%、对二氯苄5.0%、水45.0%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂,其特征在于,所述的高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂各组分的质量百分比为:硝酸镁5.0%、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮5.0%、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚10.0%、4,5-二氯-2-正辛基-3-异噻唑啉酮5.0%、脱氢醋酸钠3.0%、对二氯苄3.0%、水69.0%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂,其特征在于,所述的高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂各组分的质量百分比为:硝酸镁7.5%、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮7.5%、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚12.50%、4,5-二氯-2-正辛基-3-异噻唑啉酮7.5%、脱氢醋酸钠4.0%、对二氯苄4.0%、水57.0%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高效酸性印花糊料抗菌防霉剂,其特征在于,所述聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚EO:PO的摩尔比为1:2,其中EO为环氧乙烷,PO为环氧丙烷。
