Optionally, as shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, in the projector positioning and mounting method provided in the above embodiment, the positioning reference point includes: the hanging device comprises a punching point A for installing the wall hanging hard screen and a hanging point B for hanging the wall hanging hard screen; the punching point A comprises four circular punching points and a hanging point B, and comprises two circular hanging points.
Optionally, the produced positioning chart card includes a punching point a for indicating a punching position and an attachment point B for indicating an attachment position. After the phase positions of the projector and the wall hanging hard screen are determined through the positioning graphic card, the positions of a punching point A and a hanging point B are also determined, the wall hanging hard screen can be installed by punching at the position corresponding to the punching point A, and the hanging support can be used for hanging the wall hanging hard screen by installing the hanging support at the hanging point B.
Optionally, in order to guarantee the installation fastness of hanging hard screen, under the general condition, punching point A is four circular ports, and the point B of attaching to is two circular ports. It should be noted that the number and shape of the punching points a and the attachment points B may be made according to actual needs, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention.

And the projection module 72 is used for projecting the positioning chart card onto a wall surface to be hung through a projector.
And the adjusting module 73 is used for adjusting the projected image of the positioning chart card by adjusting the projector so that the shape and the size of the projected image are consistent with those of the wall-mounted hard screen.
And the determining module 74 is configured to record a horizontal distance between the projector and the wall surface to be hung and a position of the positioning reference point on the wall surface to be hung, so as to determine an installation position of the projector and the wall-mounted hard screen, and realize positioning and installation of the projector and the wall-mounted hard screen.
The projector positioning and mounting device provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for implementing the technical scheme of the projector positioning and mounting method embodiment shown in fig. 1, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar, and are not described again here.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a second embodiment of the positioning and mounting device for a projector according to the present invention. The embodiment of the invention is further explained for the positioning and mounting device of the projector on the basis of the above embodiment. As shown in fig. 8, in the projector positioning and mounting apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting module 73 includes: a first adjusting unit 81, a second adjusting unit 82, and an arithmetic unit 83.
The first adjusting unit 81 is configured to adjust the projector to make the projected image shape of the positioning chart coincide with the shape of the wall-mounted hard screen with reference to the shape of the wall-mounted hard screen.
The second adjusting unit 82 is configured to adjust the focal length of the projector to make the size of the projected image of the positioning card consistent with the size of the wall-mounted hard screen, and record the change in the focal length of the projector.
The operation unit 83 is configured to calculate a horizontal distance between the projector and the wall to be hung when the initial focal length of the projector is kept unchanged and the size of the projected image of the positioning card is consistent with the size of the wall-mounted hard screen according to the focal length change of the projector, so that a user can adjust the horizontal distance between the projector and the wall to be hung according to the horizontal distance to achieve the consistency between the size of the projected image of the positioning card and the size of the wall-mounted hard screen.
The projector positioning and mounting device provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for implementing the technical scheme of the projector positioning and mounting method embodiment shown in fig. 2, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar, and are not described again here.
Optionally, in the positioning and mounting apparatus for a projector provided in the above embodiment, if the shape of the wall-mounted hard screen is a rectangle, the first adjusting unit 81 is specifically configured to monitor, by using a laser level, whether an included angle between two adjacent sides of the projected image of the positioning chart card is a right angle in the process of adjusting the projector, and determine that the shape of the projected image of the positioning chart card is consistent with the shape of the wall-mounted hard screen when the included angle between two adjacent sides of the projected image of the positioning chart card is a right angle.
Optionally, in the positioning and mounting apparatus for a projector according to the above embodiment, the graphic card making module 71 is configured to make a positioning graphic card by using a light irradiation pattern principle, and a projected image size of the positioning graphic card is the same as a projected image size of the projector.
Optionally, in the projector positioning and mounting device provided in the above embodiment, the positioning reference point includes: the hanging device comprises a punching point for installing the wall hanging hard screen and a hanging point for hanging the wall hanging hard screen; the punching points comprise four circular punching points, and the attachment points comprise two circular attachment points.
According to the projector positioning and mounting method and device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the positioning graphic card used for determining the position of the wall-mounted hard screen on the wall surface to be hung is manufactured, the positioning graphic card is projected onto the wall surface to be hung through the projector, the projection image of the positioning graphic card is adjusted through adjusting the projector, so that the shape and the size of the projection image are consistent with those of the wall-mounted hard screen, the horizontal distance between the projector and the wall surface to be hung and the position of the positioning reference point on the wall surface to be hung are further recorded, the mounting positions of the projector and the wall-mounted hard screen are determined, and the positioning and mounting of the projector and the wall-mounted hard screen are realized. According to the technical scheme, the fixed mounting position of the wall-mounted hard screen matched with the projector is indicated through the positioning graphic card, the punching mounting operation can be directly carried out at the positioning reference point, the adjustment is not needed after the mounting, the positioning mounting is rapid and accurate, the influence of the projection height caused by accumulated tolerance inside the projector is avoided, the mounting complexity of the projector system is simplified, and the mounting efficiency is improved.

Claims (10)

1. A projector positioning and mounting method is suitable for positioning and mounting of a projector system, and the projector system comprises: projector and the wall hanging hard screen that matches with the projector, characterized in that, the method includes:
manufacturing a positioning graphic card, wherein the positioning graphic card is used for determining the position of the wall-mounted hard screen on a wall surface to be hung, the positioning graphic card comprises a positioning reference point, and the positioning reference point is used for fixing or hanging the wall-mounted hard screen;
projecting the positioning graphic card onto the wall surface to be hung through the projector;
adjusting the projection image of the positioning graphic card by adjusting the projector so that the shape and the size of the projection image are consistent with those of the wall-mounted hard screen;
record the projector with wait to hang and establish the horizontal distance between the wall and the location reference point is in wait to hang and establish the position on the wall, in order to determine the projector with the mounted position of hanging hard screen realizes the projector with the location installation of hanging hard screen.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein adjusting the projected image of the positioning card by adjusting the projector to conform the shape and size of the projected image to the shape and size of the wall-mounted hard screen comprises:
according to the shape of the wall-mounted hard screen, the shape of the projected image of the positioning graphic card is consistent with the shape of the wall-mounted hard screen by adjusting the projector;
by adjusting the focal length of the projector, the size of the projected image of the positioning graphic card is consistent with the size of the wall-mounted hard screen, and the focal length change of the projector is recorded;

The method according to claim 2, wherein if the wall-mounted hard screen has a rectangular shape, the adjusting the projector to make the projected image shape of the locator card conform to the shape of the wall-mounted hard screen by referring to the shape of the wall-mounted hard screen comprises:
in the process of adjusting the projector, monitoring whether an included angle between two adjacent edges of a projection image of the positioning graphic card is a right angle or not through a laser level meter;
and when the included angle between two adjacent edges of the projection image of the positioning graphic card is a right angle, determining that the shape of the projection image of the positioning graphic card is consistent with that of the wall-mounted hard screen.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein said creating a locator card comprises:
and manufacturing the positioning graphic card by using a light irradiation graphic principle, wherein the size of a projection image of the positioning graphic card is the same as that of a projection image of the projector.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the locating the reference point comprises: the wall hanging device comprises a punching point for installing the wall hanging hard screen and a hanging point for hanging the wall hanging hard screen; the punching points comprise four circular punching points, and the attachment points comprise two circular attachment points.
6. A projector positioning and mounting apparatus for positioning and mounting a projector system, the projector system comprising: projector and with the hard screen of hanging that the projector matches, its characterized in that, the device includes:

the operation unit is used for keeping the initial focal length of the projector unchanged according to the focal length change of the projector, calculating the horizontal distance between the projector and the wall to be hung when the size of the projection image of the positioning graphic card is consistent with the size of the wall to be hung, and enabling a user to adjust the horizontal distance between the projector and the wall to be hung, so that the size of the projection image of the positioning graphic card is consistent with the size of the wall to be hung.

The apparatus according to claim 7, wherein if the wall-mounted hard screen has a rectangular shape, the first adjusting unit is specifically configured to monitor, by a laser level meter, whether an included angle between two adjacent sides of the projected image of the position chart card is a right angle in the process of adjusting the projector, and determine that the shape of the projected image of the position chart card is consistent with the shape of the wall-mounted hard screen when the included angle between two adjacent sides of the projected image of the position chart card is the right angle.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the graphics card creation module is configured to create the positioning graphics card by using a light irradiation pattern principle, and a projected image size of the positioning graphics card is the same as a projected image size of the projector.
10. The apparatus according to any one of claims 6 to 9, wherein the positioning of the reference point comprises: the wall hanging device comprises a punching point for installing the wall hanging hard screen and a hanging point for hanging the wall hanging hard screen; the punching points comprise four circular punching points, and the attachment points comprise two circular attachment points.
