For ease of description and understanding of the embodiments provided herein, the following description sets forth a basic concept relating to read-write gestures.
Reading and writing gestures include gestures while reading and gestures while writing. The human body is not textured in normal reading and writing postures, but has two basic characteristics: 1) the reading and writing posture can naturally change in a basic change range around the reference reading and writing posture, which is required for relieving fatigue, for example, the head and the chest can rotate under the reading and writing state, and the chest can tilt forwards or backwards moderately; 2) the reading and writing posture occasionally exceeds the basic variation range for a short time, for example, the reading and writing posture occasionally bends down to pick up things or scratch itch in the sitting or reading and writing state, and the eye position occasionally exceeds the basic variation range to be close to the reading/writing things for the purpose of seeing one detail. To accurately recognize abnormal reading and writing gestures, the two basic characteristics are embodied in the abnormal reading and writing gesture recognition criterion.
In the existing reading and writing posture monitoring technology, the natural change attribute of the reading and writing posture is not reflected in the reading and writing posture abnormity judgment link, and a single event (a single distance threshold or an angle threshold is set) is adopted to trigger the reading and writing posture correction prompt, so that the false alarm rate is high, and the monitored child can generate conflict psychology or bear psychological pressure on the monitoring;
in the existing read-write gesture monitoring technology, a false read-write gesture recognition method is not provided, a situation that a child tries to avoid monitoring occurs in a monitored process, the child places a monitor in front of a false read-write object, the false read-write object cheats the monitor to replace the monitor to receive monitoring, the monitor monitors the false read-write gesture, and the false read-write gesture needs to be recognized;
in the existing reading and writing posture monitoring technology, a method for recording, transmitting and evaluating reading and writing posture data is not provided, which is required for analyzing and evaluating the reading and writing posture performance of children or the change situation of reading and writing posture habits;
in the existing reading and writing posture monitoring technology, a power-saving method of a monitor under the condition of reading and writing interruption is not provided.

The method of the present embodiment, wherein,
the step of obtaining the reference reading and writing posture parameter specifically includes at least one of the following:
reading a reference distance value from a predetermined eye/ranging sensor to a reading and writing object from a storage unit;
when a person to be monitored is in a reference reading and writing posture state, a distance measuring sensor positioned at a first position of the head of the person to be monitored is used for acquiring distance data from the sensor to a reading/writing object; and
when a person to be monitored is in a reference reading and writing posture state, acquiring a reference azimuth angle of the face/head by using an inclination angle sensor positioned at a second position of the head of the person to be monitored, wherein the reference azimuth angle is an angle value relative to a specific reference direction;

The method for reading the reference distance value from the predetermined eye/ranging sensor to the reading and writing object from the storage unit takes the determined distance value, such as 1 ruler, as a typical/standard distance, and has the advantages of simple setting and the disadvantage of being not adaptive to individual characteristics, for example, for children with different vision conditions, a distance adaptive to natural reading and writing of the children can be set according to the specific sitting height, which is the reason why the reference distance value from the predetermined eye/ranging sensor to the reading and writing object is set through the reference reading and writing posture.

pseudo read-write gesture recognition, comprising: after two or more than two states in the basic range are continuously identified in the time interval II, corresponding reading and writing posture parameters of the states in the basic range appearing at different time points are compared, if the difference value between the corresponding reading and writing posture parameters is smaller than a preset reading and writing posture natural change threshold, the state in the basic range is judged to be a pseudo reading and writing posture state, otherwise, the state is judged to be a normal reading and writing posture state;
the abnormal reading and writing posture identification unit acquires the identification result from the reading and writing posture change over basic range identification unit and acquires the current reading and writing posture parameter from the sensor unit;
the sensor unit is used for acquiring distance information and/or angle information and comprises an ultrasonic sensing unit and/or an inclination angle sensing unit.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising a prompt signaling unit for signaling at least one of:
after the potential abnormal reading and writing posture is identified, a potential abnormal reading and writing posture prompt signal is sent out;
after the reading and writing posture change long time exceeding the basic range is recognized, a reading and writing posture correction prompt signal is sent out;
after recognizing that the change frequency of the reading and writing posture is short and exceeds a basic range, sending a reading and writing posture correction prompt signal; and
after a time interval is continuously monitored, the times of abnormal reading and writing postures in the time interval are given in a voice or digital mode;
the operation of sending out a potential abnormal reading and writing posture prompt signal and/or sending out a reading and writing posture correction prompt signal specifically comprises at least one of the following steps:
using any one of a loudspeaker, a wired earphone or a wireless earphone to send out sound and/or voice prompt signals;
sending out a light prompt signal;
sending out a vibration prompt signal;
the prompt signal sending unit acquires the identification result information from the abnormal reading and writing posture identification unit or is triggered to work by the identification result of the abnormal reading and writing posture identification unit.
10. The device according to claim 8, further comprising a monitoring data transmitting unit and/or a predetermined reading and writing posture parameter basic variation receiving unit, wherein,
the monitoring data sending unit is used for realizing the following operations:
the step of acquiring the read-write posture monitoring data comprises the following steps of acquiring at least one of the following data:
a reference reading and writing posture parameter;
basic variation range parameters of the reading and writing postures;
reading and writing posture parameters;
the time point of occurrence of the reading and writing posture change beyond basic range event;
the time point and/or duration of the occurrence of the event in the ultra-basic range when the reading and writing posture changes;
the time point and/or duration of the occurrence of the short-time basic range event of the read-write posture change;
a point in time and/or duration of occurrence of a read-write gesture interrupt event;
a point in time and/or duration of occurrence of a pseudo read-write gesture event;
a monitoring data transmission step, comprising at least one of the following operations:
directly sending the read-write posture monitoring data to at least one of a mobile phone terminal, a computer and a removable memory through a wired or wireless interface; and
the read-write posture monitoring data is directly sent to a communication network through a wired or wireless interface and is sent to at least one of a server, a mobile phone terminal and a computer through the communication network;
the monitoring data sending unit acquires data from the reading and writing posture change beyond basic range recognition unit and the abnormal reading and writing posture recognition unit;
the preset reading and writing posture parameter basic variation receiving unit is used for receiving the preset reading and writing posture parameter basic variation and transmitting data to the reading and writing posture basic variation range determining unit, and comprises:
and the wired or wireless interface is used for receiving the basic variable quantity of the preset reading and writing posture parameters from at least one of a mobile phone terminal, the Internet and a removable memory.
