技术领域
本发明涉及一种电光源生产技术。
背景技术
现有的杯状灯的生产,都需要将灯杯口边缘往内翻边,以便将杯状灯的透光面板封闭在灯杯口上,已有技术的翻边工作都是人工进行的,这样的生产方法的翻边质量不稳定,而且效率低。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于提供一种生产效率高、质量稳定的灯杯压边机。
本发明是这样实现的,包括机架、设置在机架上的由动力带动转动的转盘、沿转盘周边设置的灯杯转动构件、设置在转盘旁的机架上的灯杯压边工位及成品落料工位,灯杯转动构件包括位于转盘上面的上端为灯杯置入凹口的筒状物、连接在筒状物底端的转轴、连接在转轴上的构成磁吸式离合器的被吸构件,转轴转动穿接在转盘上,灯杯压边工位包括由电机带动转动的构成磁吸式离合器的吸取构件、位于构成磁吸式离合器的吸取构件上方且位于筒状物旁的由动力带动前后移动的转动压边辊、位于构成磁吸式离合器的吸取构件正上方且位于筒状物上面的由上下移动机构带动的压制构件,成品落料工位包括动力移动机构、由动力移动机构带动的吸盘。
工作时,将半成品灯杯放置在筒状物的灯杯置入凹口上,转盘带动携带有半成品灯杯的筒状物到灯杯压边工位,吸取构件动作,使被吸构件与吸取构件吸合,同时,压制构件将半成品灯杯压制在筒状物的灯杯置入凹口上,电机通过磁吸式离合器带动筒状物转动,转动压边辊移动并压向灯杯边缘,使灯杯边缘翻边,将灯杯边缘内的透光片固定,翻边后,灯杯压边工位的各个工作机构复位,转盘继续转动,将成品转动到成品落料工位,吸盘下移,吸取成品灯杯,并将其取放到成品收集槽内。
由于只需要人工将半成品灯杯放置到筒状物的灯杯置入凹口上,其他的加工工作都有机器自动有序地完成,因此,生产效率高、质量稳定、节省人力。
本发明与已有技术相比,具有生产效率高、质量稳定的优点。

具体实施方式
现结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述:
如图1、2、3所示,本发明包括机架1、设置在机架1上的由动力带动转动的转盘2、沿转盘2周边设置的6套灯杯转动构件A、设置在转盘2旁的机架1上的灯杯压边工位B及成品落料工位C,如图2所示,灯杯转动构件A包括位于转盘2上面的上端为用于定位半成品灯杯E的灯杯置入凹口3的筒状物4、连接在筒状物4底端的转轴5、连接在转轴5上的构成磁吸式离合器D的被吸构件6(包括与转轴5固定连接在一起的法兰6a、通过弹片6b连接在法兰6a上的衔铁6c),转轴5通过轴承18转动穿接在转盘2飘出的架子2a上,如图2所示,灯杯压边工位B包括由电机7带动转动的构成磁吸式离合器D的吸取构件8(包括电磁线圈构件8a、位于电磁线圈8a上面的由电机7带动的动盘8b)、位于构成磁吸式离合器D的吸取构件8上方且位于筒状物4旁的由固定在机架1的支柱15上的动力9(设置在机架1上的气缸)带动通过滑块16沿导轨17前后移动的转动压边辊10、位于构成磁吸式离合器D的吸取构件8正上方且位于筒状物4上面的由上下移动机构11(包括固定在机架1上的支杆11a、设置在支杆11a上的气缸11b)、带动的压制构件12(由气缸11b带动的套筒12a、穿接在套筒12a内的杆12b、转动设置在杆12b端头的压盘12c、设置套筒12a与杆12b间的弹簧12d),成品落料工位C包括动力移动机构13(包括固定在机架1上的固定柱13a、设置在固定柱13a上的前后移动动力13b(气缸)、由前后移动动力13b带动的沿轨道13c移动的带动的吸盘14的上下移动动力13d(气缸))、由动力移动机构13带动的吸盘14。
工作时,将带有透光片F的半成品灯杯E放置在筒状物4的灯杯置入凹口3上,转盘2带动携带有半成品灯杯E的筒状物4到灯杯压边工位B,吸取构件8动作,使被吸构件6与吸取构件8吸合,同时,压制构件12将半成品灯杯E压制在筒状物4的灯杯置入凹口3上,电机7通过磁吸式离合器D带动筒状物4转动,转动压边辊10移动并压向灯杯边缘,使灯杯边缘翻边,将灯杯边缘内的透光片F固定,翻边后,灯杯压边工位的各个工作机构复位,转盘2继续转动,将成品转动到成品落料工位C,吸盘14下移,吸取成品灯杯G,并将其取放到成品收集槽内。

1.一种灯杯压边机,其特征在于包括机架、设置在机架上的由动力带动转动的转盘、沿转盘周边设置的灯杯转动构件、设置在转盘旁的机架上的灯杯压边工位及成品落料工位,灯杯转动构件包括位于转盘上面的上端为灯杯置入凹口的筒状物、连接在筒状物底端的转轴、连接在转轴上的构成磁吸式离合器的被吸构件,转轴转动穿接在转盘上,灯杯压边工位包括由电机带动转动的构成磁吸式离合器的吸取构件、位于构成磁吸式离合器的吸取构件上方且位于筒状物旁的由动力带动前后移动的转动压边辊、位于构成磁吸式离合器的吸取构件正上方且位于筒状物上面的由上下移动机构带动的压制构件,吸取构件包括电磁线圈构件、位于电磁线圈上面的由电机( 7)带动的动盘,成品落料工位包括动力移动机构、由动力移动机构带动的吸盘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的灯杯压边机,其特征在于压制构件包括由气缸带动的套筒、穿接在套筒内的杆、转动设置在杆端头的压盘、设置套筒与杆间的弹簧。
