Abstract
本发明提供一种抗菌针织布面卫生巾，它包括表面层、吸收层和底膜层。表面层采用棉或莫代尔等纤维的针织布，该针织布是经过聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯和山梨酸钾的混合液整理的。本发明具有抗菌性，能消除异味，柔软舒适，还具有能快速渗透液体、表面干爽、透气性好的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种卫生用品，特别涉及一种抗菌针织布面卫生巾。
背景技术
现有市场上提供的卫生巾，采用无纺布或塑料打孔膜等材料为表面层，在表面层的下面就是吸收层，这种表面层的性能不能使卫生巾的表面更透气、干爽，还不具有透气性织物的抗菌性，会让女性经期期间感到烦躁、心情不安、影响工作效率和生活质量，特别是夏天天气炎热，用透气性、干爽性差的卫生巾会感觉阴部潮湿、闷热，很不舒服，并且会加快多种细菌的滋生，引起妇科疾病。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗菌针织布面卫生巾，具有抗菌性，能消除异味，柔软舒适，还具有能快速渗透液体、表面干爽性、透气性好的特变点，能给使用者带来舒服感。
为了达到上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：包括能透过液体的表面层、能快速吸收液体并能够存储液体的吸收层、不透液体的底膜层、粘结层和离型纸，其特征在于：从上至下依次设置能透过液体的表面层、能快速吸收液体并能够存储液体的吸收层、不透液体的底膜层、粘结层和离型纸；其中：
表面层采用针织布，该针织布是经过聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯和山梨酸钾的混合液整理的；
所述聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯和山梨酸钾的混合液的重量比例是62-75:25-38
所述针织布的材料为棉纤维、莫代尔纤维、天然纤维、人造纤维、化学纤维中的一种或至少两种以上纤维的混合或混纺。
本发明与现有技术相比具有的优点是：具有抗菌性，能消除异味，柔软舒适，还具有能快速渗透液体、表面干爽、透气性好的特点。

具体实施方式
见图1、2，本发明的具体结构：它从上至下依次设置能透过液体的表面层1、能快速吸收液体并能够存储液体的吸收层2、不透液体的底膜层3、粘结层4、离型纸5。
下面对各层详述如下：
一、表面层1采用针织布，该针织布的材料可选用棉纤维、莫代尔纤维、天然纤维、人造纤维、化学纤维中的一种或两种及两种以上纤维的混合或混纺。
表面层1的针织布是经过聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯和山梨酸钾的混合液整理的，该聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯和山梨酸钾的混合液的重量比例是62-75:25-38
例如，用65KG的聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯（由金锦乐（湖南）化学有限公司生产销售）和35KG的山梨酸钾（由宁波王龙集团有限公司市场销售）混合搅拌均匀后制成浓度为6%的水溶液，对表面层1的针织布进行整理，工艺如下：以常规浸渍工艺进行整理：（1）针织布与水溶液的重量比为1:5-15；（2）水溶液的温度为45℃-55℃；（3）浸渍时间为20-40分钟；（4）烘干条件100℃—120℃，或以常规浸轧工艺进行整理：（1）浸轧（轧液率70%-90%）：（2）烘干：烘干条件90℃—110℃。
例如，用72KG的聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯（由金锦乐（湖南）化学有限公司生产销售）和28KG的山梨酸钾（由宁波王龙集团有限公司市场销售）混合搅拌均匀后制成浓度为8%的水溶液，对表面层1的针织布进行整理，工艺如下：以常规浸渍工艺进行整理：（1）针织布与水溶液的重量比为1:5-18；（2）水溶液的温度为40℃-50℃；（3）浸渍时间为20-40分钟；（4）烘干条件100℃—120℃，或以常规浸轧工艺进行整理：（1）浸轧（轧液率70%-90%）：（2）烘干：烘干条件90℃—110℃。
二、吸收层2位于表面层1的下面和底膜层3的上面，吸收层2的长度和宽度及平面面积都小于表面层1和底膜层3。吸收层2具有能大量吸收液体和储存液体的作用。
吸收层2由木浆、绒毛浆、吸水纸、无尘纸、天然棉等一种或两种吸收性材料和吸湿性胶凝材料混合使用，可经卫生纸或其它透水性纤维片状材料包覆。例如：选用绒毛浆或木浆作为吸收层2的吸收材料，将绒毛浆或木浆粉碎后加入1%-25%重量比例的高分子吸水树脂混合后以80g/㎡-700g/㎡的厚度铺成或中凸铺成或经卫生纸等其它透水性纤维片状材料包覆成吸收层3要求的长度和宽度及形状，将其贴附在底膜层3上。
吸收层2也可以用无尘纸或无纺布包覆含有高分子吸收树脂的吸水纸作为吸收层2
三、底膜层3位于吸收层2的下面。底膜层3具有不透液体，防止吸收层2液体渗漏的作用，底膜层3的大小和形状与表面层1相同。底膜层3和表面层1的周边经热压复合或喷胶复合在一起，形成卫生巾的整体性。
例如：底膜层3选用低密度聚乙烯（LDPE）或聚丙烯(PP)等，根据需要加入重量比例1%-10%的氧化钛或轻质碳酸钙等无机填料和着色剂等进行混合并浊化，以12g/㎡-45g/㎡成膜化后得到底膜层3。
五、粘结层4是涂在底膜层3下表面的粘结剂，通过该粘结层将卫生巾固定在使用者的内裤上，该粘结层可选择由EVA等合成橡胶组成的热敏性粘结剂，经加热后喷涂或刮涂在底膜层3的下表面。
六、离型纸5是贴附在粘结层4下面防止粘结层4在卫生巾未使用时粘到别处的一层隔离性保护粘结层的离型纸，该离型纸可选择20g/㎡-60g/㎡无毒无异味的离型纸。在使用卫生巾时使用者需把离型纸5去掉，用露出的粘结层4把卫生巾固定在使用者的内裤上。
本发明同样适用于卫生护垫。
Claims (4)
1.一种抗菌针织布面卫生巾，包括能透过液体的表面层、能快速吸收液体并能够存储液体的吸收层、不透液体的底膜层、粘结层和离型纸，其特征在于：从上至下依次设置能透过液体的表面层、能够引导液体渗透和流向的导流层、能快速吸收液体并能够存储液体的吸收层、不透液体的底膜层、粘结层和离型纸；其中：
表面层采用针织布，该针织布是经过聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯和山梨酸钾的混合液整理的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌针织布面卫生巾，其特征在于：所述聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯和山梨酸钾的混合液的重量比例是62-75:25-38。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌针织布面卫生巾，其特征在于：所述针织布的材料为棉纤维、莫代尔纤维、天然纤维、人造纤维、化学纤维中的一种或至少两种以上纤维的混合或混纺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌针织布面卫生巾，其特征在于：包括卫生护垫。
