Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于车辆舱盖的、特别是用于机动车辆的前罩板的解锁装置或系统。
背景技术
用于车辆舱盖的解锁装置是已知的,这些解锁装置具有带动元件/拨动元件,该带动元件可以由释放杆来致动并且经由鲍登线被连接至车辆的抓钩,并且经由该释放杆可致动该鲍登线并且可将该车辆舱盖调整到解锁位置中,并且可以打开该舱盖。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于车辆舱盖的、特别是前舱盖的解锁装置,通过该解锁装置确保了在解锁装置的释放杆或控制杆枢转的过程中分离开多种控制功能或致动力。
根据本发明,这个目的是根据一种用于车辆舱盖的解锁装置来实现的,该解锁装置包括带动元件,该带动元件能够经由释放杆来致动并且经由鲍登线来连接至车身中的至少一个抓钩,并且该抓钩能够经由能由释放杆来调整的鲍登线而枢转到解锁位置中从而用于打开舱盖,其中,该带动元件包括圆柱形支承套筒以及连接在头部的释放杆,该圆柱形支承套筒包括长形的套筒轴,所述支承套筒以轴向可转动的方式引导在经由卡口接头固定保持在基板中的长形的间隔套筒中,被保持在该圆柱形支承套筒的自由端处的齿形环被轴向地支撑在该间隔套筒的端侧上,该带动元件在外部圆周上具有杯状环形套筒,该杯状环形套筒具有用于扭转弹簧元件的容纳空间,在容纳空间之上的头部侧上安排了旋转引导环形槽。
用本发明获得的优点主要在于,通过在解锁系统的致动过程中对多种功能的分离而避免了在该解锁系统中过多的且不断增加的游隙/间隙。根据本发明这是由一种带动元件/拨动元件来实现的,该带动元件包括圆柱形支承套筒以及在头部侧上连接的释放杆或控制杆,该圆柱形支承套筒包括长形套筒轴,所述支承套筒被以轴向可转动的方式引导在以位置固定的方式经由卡口接头固持在基板中的长形间隔套筒中,固持在该圆柱形支承套筒的自由端处的齿形环被相对于该间隔件套筒轴向地支撑在长形间隔套筒上。借助于该装置的多个结构元件的这种设计和安排,横向力的吸收与轴向引导被分离开。借助于经由卡口接头件以形状适配的方式被连接至基板的、非常长的间隔套筒,由施加到释放杆的人力而引入到带动元件上的径向致动力F1被吸收并经由该基板传导到该连接件上。齿形环仅需要传递由于可能的倾斜而产生的小的轴向力F2。
具体地,根据本发明提供的是,带动元件在外部圆周上具有杯状环形套筒,该杯状环形套筒具有用于扭转弹簧元件的容纳空间,在容纳空间之上的头部侧上安排了旋转引导环形槽。此外,根据本发明提供的是,间隔套筒以上端侧的端部被安排在旋转引导环形槽中并且在相对置的下端部分上具有支承环,该支承环搁置在位置固定的基板的上侧上并且经由卡口接头被紧固在该基板中。借助于在杯状环形套筒中的头部侧旋转引导环形槽,带动元件首先被轴向地支撑并且其次被可转动地引导。
此外,根据本发明提供的是,带动元件的杯状环形套筒以一个下端侧的端部可转动地支撑在长形间隔套筒的支承环的上侧上,该支承环的下侧搁置在基板上。以此方式,环形套筒经由支承环被安装在基板上,该基板经由连接件与该环形套筒结合以形成一个固定的构造单元,并且因此带动元件以可靠导引的方式在间隔套筒上被可转动地引导。
具体地,间隔套筒的支承环从上方接合在基板之上并且在紧固位置中以位置固定的方式经由卡口接头被连接至该基板。在支承环的下侧上,卡口接头以已知方式包括多个凸出部,这些凸出部可插入到基板的对应凹陷中,通过转动支承环,支承环被固定地锁定在该基板中。
为了将抓钩与车辆舱盖解锁或锁定到其上,根据本发明进一步提供的是,扭转弹簧元件在杯状环形套筒的容纳空间中以上端连接至带动元件并且以相对的下端以钩入方式固持在间隔套筒的支承环中。借助于扭转弹簧元件一方面在带动元件上另一方面在环形套筒的支承环上的布置和连接,在释放杆的解锁运动后,所述释放杆可以经由弹簧力而再次复位。

具体实施方式
用于车辆舱盖H的多个抓钩2的解锁装置1是经由释放杆3或控制杆来致动的,该释放杆或控制杆经由齿形件5被可枢转地紧固到带动元件4上。可以借助于释放杆3来调整到解锁位置II中的多个抓钩2是经由多条鲍登线6、7连接至带动元件4的。在这个位置II中,在车辆舱盖H中的多个夹持元件B或类似物被释放并且然后该车辆舱盖可以朝上枢转到打开位置中。为了在车辆舱盖H关闭时进行锁定,抓钩2再次接合在夹持元件B后方。
带动元件4实质上包括一个圆柱形支承套筒9,该圆柱形支承套筒由长形套筒轴8构成并且以轴向可转动的方式引导在长形间隔套筒11中,该长形间隔套筒以位置上固定的方式被保持在基板10上。齿形环14被紧固到套筒轴8的相对置的下端12上,该齿形环在端侧处被轴向地支撑在间隔套筒11的自由端15上。带动元件4在外侧上具有杯状环形套筒16,该杯状环形套筒具有用于弹簧元件18的容纳空间17。用于带动元件4的旋转引导槽20安排在环形套筒16的头部19中。
环形套筒16被安排成以端侧的端部21突出到槽20中,带动元件4在其中可旋转地被引导。间隔套筒11在下端部分处具有支承环23,该支承环搁置在基板10的上侧上并且经由所谓的“卡口接头”24被紧固到该基板上。
杯状环形套筒16以下端侧的端部21a可转动地支撑在支承环23上,并且该支承环的下侧搁置在基板10上。间隔套筒11的支承环23从上方接合在基板10之上并且在紧固位置中经由卡口接头件24固定在基板10上。
扭转弹簧元件18在杯状环形套筒16的容纳空间17中以上端25连接至带动元件4并且以相对的下端26以钩入容纳开口的方式保持在间隔套筒11的支承环23中。
当用力F1(图4)使释放杆3在箭头方向P(图2)上致动时,带动元件4在长形间隔套筒11中克服弹簧元件18的扭力而转动并且使鲍登线6、7致动,其结果为,抓钩2在分别从车辆舱盖H中的夹持元件B上解锁。在基板10上的多个止挡件27、28在两个方向上均限制了带动元件4的可枢转性。在释放杆3释放之后,所述释放杆被弹簧元件18枢转回到其起始位置I中。在致动过程中可能的“倾斜”的情况下产生的小轴向力F2(图4)由齿形环14传递至位置上固定的间隔套筒11并且被后者吸收。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于车辆舱盖(H)的的解锁装置(1),该解锁装置包括带动元件(4),该带动元件能够经由释放杆(3)来致动并且经由鲍登线(6,7)来连接至车身中的至少一个抓钩(2),并且该抓钩能够经由能由释放杆(3)来调整的鲍登线(6,7)而枢转到解锁位置(II)中从而用于打开舱盖(H),其特征在于,该带动元件(4)包括圆柱形支承套筒(9)以及连接在头部的释放杆(3),该圆柱形支承套筒包括长形的套筒轴(8),所述支承套筒以轴向可转动的方式引导在经由卡口接头(24)固定保持在基板(10)中的长形的间隔套筒(11)中,被保持在该圆柱形支承套筒(9)的自由端处的齿形环(14)被轴向地支撑在该间隔套筒(11)的端侧上,该带动元件(4)在外部圆周上具有杯状环形套筒(16),该杯状环形套筒具有用于扭转弹簧元件(18)的容纳空间(17),在容纳空间之上的头部侧(19)上安排了旋转引导环形槽(20)。

4.如权利要求2所述的解锁装置,其特征在于,该长形间隔套筒(11)的支承环(23)从上方接合在该基板(10)之上并且在紧固位置中以位置固定的方式经由该卡口接头(24)连接至该基板(10)。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的解锁装置,其特征在于,该扭转弹簧元件(18)在该杯状环形套筒(16)的容纳空间(17)中以上端(25)连接至该带动元件(4)并且以相对的下端(26)钩挂到一容纳开口中来固持在该间隔套筒(11)的支承环(23)中。
