Abstract
A vehicle door protector, comprising a vehicle body (1) and a vehicle door (2) of an automobile and a vehicle door lock (3), an outer casing of the vehicle door lock (3) being fixedly connected to a door frame (13) of the vehicle body (1). When the vehicle door lock (3) is locked, a door bolt (15) of the vehicle door lock (3) is inserted into a lock catch (17) of the vehicle door (2), and when the vehicle door (2) is opened, the door bolt (15) of the vehicle door lock (3) withdraws from the lock catch (17) of the vehicle door (2). The vehicle door protector comprises a controller (4), an infrared sensor (5), an alarm lamp (6), a speaker (7) and an electromagnetic lock (8). The electromagnetic lock (8) is installed on the door frame (13) of the vehicle body (1), the electromagnetic lock (8) is installed beside the vehicle door lock (3), the door bolt (15) of the vehicle door lock (3) is provided with a lock bolt hole (18), and the position of a protection latch (14) of the electromagnetic lock (8) after being extended is located precisely at a position for detaining the lock bolt hole (18) of the door bolt (15). The controller (4), the alarm lamp (6) and the speaker (7) are installed on the vehicle door (2), the infrared sensor (5) is installed on an outer side surface (9) of the vehicle door (2), the controller (4) is provided with a protection switch (10) and an unlocking switch (11), the controller (4) is provided with control lines connected to the infrared sensor (5), the alarm lamp (6), the speaker (7), the electromagnetic lock (8), the protection switch (10), the unlocking switch (11) and a control system (12) of the automobile, and the controller (4) is provided with a power source line connected to a power source of the automobile.
Description
The invention relates to an automobile safety device, in particular to a vehicle door protector.
When the existing automobile is used for shooting, particularly when the automobile is shot at a narrow road side or a residential area and the automobile door is opened, the automobile often passes by the automobile door side, so that the traffic accident that the automobile collides with the automobile is easily caused, and the automobile door protector is needed to reduce the traffic accident.

The working principle of the vehicle door protector is as follows: when the automobile door alarm is used, the protection switch is pressed by a hand, the protection switch transmits a signal to the controller, the controller controls the automobile door to enter a protection program, after the automobile door enters the protection program, when a motor vehicle enters a detection range of the infrared sensor on the automobile door, the infrared sensor transmits the signal to the controller, the controller controls the alarm lamp to flash and the loudspeaker to give out an alarm sound, and the motor vehicle entering the detection range is warned so as to prevent the automobile door from colliding with the motor vehicle; meanwhile, the controller controls the protective lock latch of the electromagnetic lock to extend out, the protective lock latch buckles the door bolt of the vehicle door lock, so that the vehicle door lock cannot be opened, personnel in the vehicle is prevented from opening the vehicle door, and the collision between the motor vehicle and the vehicle door is avoided; in order to solve the problem of opening the vehicle door by shooting the vehicle, when the vehicle is shot, if other motor vehicles enter the detection range of the infrared sensor, the controller controls the electromagnetic lock to lock the vehicle door lock; when the vehicle door needs to be unlocked, the unlocking switch is pressed down, the unlocking switch transmits an unlocking signal to the controller, the controller cuts off a power supply of the electromagnetic lock, the protection latch of the electromagnetic lock is withdrawn and reset, the vehicle door is locked and protected, and the vehicle door can be opened.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the automobile is provided with a controller, an infrared sensor, an alarm lamp, a loudspeaker and an electromagnetic lock, if the motor vehicle enters the detection range of the infrared sensor of the door, the infrared sensor transmits a signal to the controller, and the controller controls the alarm device to give an alarm to remind personnel in the automobile to close the door and warn the motor vehicle to avoid or brake; meanwhile, the controller controls the electromagnetic lock to lock the vehicle door lock, so that the vehicle door lock cannot be opened, and the occurrence of traffic accidents is reduced.

The working principle of the vehicle door protector is as follows: when the automobile door protection device is used, the protection switch 10 is pressed by a hand, the protection switch 10 transmits a signal to the controller 4, the controller 4 controls the automobile door 2 to enter a protection program, after the automobile door 2 enters the protection program, when a motor vehicle enters a detection range of the infrared sensor 5 on the automobile door 2, the infrared sensor 5 transmits the signal to the controller 4, the controller 4 controls the alarm lamp 6 to flash and the loudspeaker 7 to give out an alarm sound, and the motor vehicle entering the detection range is warned so as to prevent the automobile door 2 from colliding with the motor vehicle; meanwhile, the controller 4 controls the protective latch 14 of the electromagnetic lock 8 to extend, and the protective latch 14 buckles the door bolt 15 of the door lock 3, so that the door lock 3 cannot be opened, the door 2 is prevented from being opened by people in the vehicle, and the collision between the motor vehicle and the door 2 is avoided; in order to solve the problem that the vehicle door 2 is opened by shooting, when the vehicle is shot, if other motor vehicles enter the detection range of the infrared sensor 5, the controller 4 controls the electromagnetic lock 8 to lock the vehicle door lock 3; when the vehicle door 2 needs to be unlocked, the unlocking switch 11 is pressed, the unlocking signal is transmitted to the controller 4 by the unlocking switch 11, the power supply of the electromagnetic lock 8 is cut off by the controller 4, the protective latch 14 of the electromagnetic lock 8 is withdrawn and reset, the locking protection of the vehicle door 2 is released, and the vehicle door 2 can be opened.
In order to enable the door lock 3 of the automobile to have the same function as that of a common automobile, when the protection switch 10 is not pressed down, the controller 4 does not control the door 2 to enter a protection program, when the automobile enters the detection range of the infrared sensor 5 on the door 2, the infrared sensor 5 transmits a signal to the controller 4, the controller 4 controls the electromagnetic lock 8 to be in an unlocking state, when the electromagnetic lock 8 is in the unlocking state, the protection latch 14 of the electromagnetic lock 8 cannot extend out, and the door lock 3 can be opened.
In order to display the motor vehicle with the side door 2 approaching, the controller 4 is provided with a display 16, and the display 16 is arranged in a cab in the left front of a driver seat 17; the display 16 is connected with the controller 4 through a control line, when a motor vehicle enters the detection range of the infrared sensor 5 on the vehicle door 2, the infrared sensor 5 transmits a signal to the controller 4, and the controller 4 controls the display 16 to display a video of the motor vehicle entering the detection range; the display 16 is provided with a plurality of display windows which are respectively used for displaying videos detected by the infrared sensors 5 on different doors 2 of the automobile; in order to be suitable for different motor vehicles, the display 16 is provided with two or four display windows for displaying the video detected by the infrared sensors 5 on two or four doors 2 on the side of the vehicle, respectively.
In order to lock the door lock 3 or unlock the door lock 3 by using the electromagnetic lock 8, the initial state of the electromagnetic lock 8 is: when the electromagnetic lock 8 is not electrified, the protective latch 14 of the electromagnetic lock 8 is in a non-extended state, the protective latch 14 is positioned at a position away from the latch hole 18 of the latch 15, the latch 15 of the door lock 3 can be withdrawn, and the door lock 3 can be opened; the locked state of the electromagnetic lock 8 is: when the electromagnetic lock 8 is electrified, the protective latch 14 of the electromagnetic lock 8 extends, the protective latch 14 is positioned at the position of the latch hole 18 inserted into the latch 15, the latch 15 of the door lock 3 cannot be withdrawn, and the door lock 3 cannot be opened.
