Abstract
The invention relates to a safe needle holder set and a replaceable base thereof. The replaceable base comprises a base body, a needle prick prevention protective tool and a pressing part. The seat body is used for movably connecting an external needle holder, and the seat body is also provided with a through hole which is used for connecting the connecting part of the external needle. One end of the needle prick prevention protective tool is connected with the seat body, the needle prick prevention protective tool moves relative to the seat body and covers the needle head of the needle tool under the covering mode. The pressing part is arranged at one part of the seat body and separates the seat body and the needle holder under a pressing mode.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a safe needle holding group and a replaceable base thereof, in particular to a safe needle holding group capable of quickly separating needles and a replaceable base thereof.
Background
After a medical worker uses the existing needle cylinder to administer a medicament or take blood for a patient, the needle sleeve needs to be sleeved back on the needle and discarded, so that the infection of diseases caused by the fact that the used needle punctures other people is avoided. However, the medical staff is easily pricked by the needle when the medical staff is not paying attention to the withdrawal process, thereby increasing the risk of the medical staff for industrial injury.
In order to solve the above problems, medical staff mostly adopt a safety needle to take blood. For example, taiwan patent No. M485736, "safety needle cover" is provided with a cover portion on the needle holder to cover the needle portion through the cover portion for disposal after use. However, the conventional safety needle needs to discard the needle holder after replacement, and this operation mode is likely to result in huge waste of medical resources.
In view of the above, it is an urgent technical problem in the art to provide a device that allows a user to quickly cover and separate a needle used and to retain a needle holder.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a safe needle holder set and a replaceable base thereof, which can rapidly separate a needle from a needle holder.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a replaceable base for a safety needle holder, which includes a base body, a needle stick prevention protector, and a pressing portion. At least one part of the seat body is used for movably embedding one part of an external needle holder, and the seat body is also provided with a through hole which is used for connecting the connecting part of the external needle and corresponds to the accommodating space in the needle holder. One end of the anti-needling protector is connected with the base, the anti-needling protector can move relative to the base, and the needle head of the needling instrument is covered under the covering mode. The pressing part is arranged at one part of the seat body and separates the seat body and the needle holder under a pressing mode.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a safety needle holder set, which comprises a needle holder and a replaceable base. The replaceable base further comprises a base body, a needle prick prevention protective tool and a pressing part. The seat body is movably connected with one part of the needle holder, and the seat body is also provided with a through hole which is used for connecting the connecting part of the external needle and the accommodating space in the needle holder. One end of the anti-needle prick protective tool is movably connected with the seat body, the anti-needle prick protective tool can move relative to the seat body, and the anti-needle prick protective tool also covers the needle head of the needle tool under the covering mode. The pressing part is arranged at one part of the seat body and separates the seat body and the needle holder under a pressing mode.
In summary, after the user uses the safety needle holder set of the present invention, the user can cover the needle head with one hand through the anti-needlestick protective device and press the pressing part of the replaceable base to rapidly separate the needle from the needle holder.

Detailed Description
Specific examples are described below to illustrate embodiments of the invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Please refer to fig. 1, which shows a replaceable base 1 for a safety needle holder 5 according to the present invention, which includes a base body 11, a needle stick prevention protector 12, and a pressing portion 13. The base is used for movably connecting an external needle holder 5, and the through hole 14 formed on the base 11 passes through the base 11 and is used for connecting the connecting part 22 of the external needle 2. One end of the needle stick prevention protector 12 is connected with the seat body 11 and covers the needle head 21 of the needle tool 2 in a covering mode. The pressing portion 13 is disposed at a portion of the seat body, and the pressing portion 13 separates the seat body and the needle holder 5 in a pressing mode.
The needle stick prevention guard 12 and the seat body 11 are optionally integrally formed or removably combined as previously described. When the needle prick prevention protector 12 and the seat body 11 are an integrated structure, a dent is formed at the joint of the two, so that the needle prick prevention protector 12 can move relative to the seat body 11.
The seat 11 is further provided with a locking portion 15, so that the seat 11 is movably connected with the needle holder 5 (for example, movably embedded at the bottom of the needle holder 5). The pressing portion 13 is linked with the engaging portion 15 to separate the seat 11 and the needle holder 5 in the pressing mode. The combination of the through hole 11 of the base 11 and the connection of the needle 2 is a fixed connection combination, a spiral combination, a snap connection combination, or a plug combination, but the category of the combination is not limited thereto.
The position of the pressing portion 13 on the seat 11 and the position of the anti-needlestick protector on the seat correspond to the position of the swinging pressing portion 13 operated by one hand. For example, the two can be disposed adjacent to the sides of the base.
Please refer to fig. 2, which is a schematic diagram of the safety needle holder set of the present invention, the safety needle holder set further includes the replaceable base 1, the needle 2, the bidirectional adapter 3, the collector 4 and the needle holder 5. The seat body 11 is also movably embedded in the connecting port 51 of the needle holder 5. The connecting portion 22 of the needle device 2 is connected to the opening 14 of the seat body 11 and the bidirectional adapter 3, and one end of the bidirectional adapter 3 is disposed in the accommodating space 52 of the needle holder 5.
Please refer to fig. 3-5, which illustrate an embodiment of the present invention. When a healthcare worker draws blood from a patient using the set of safety needle holders 5 of fig. 2, the needle prick prevention guard 12 is first placed in the open mode to expose the needle 21. After needle 21 is inserted into the patient, the medical care provider then connects vacuum collector 4 to bi-directional adapter 3 and draws blood into vacuum collector 4 via the negative pressure in vacuum collector 4. During the pumping process, the medical staff can watch the backflow state of the blood through the light-transmitting part of the seat body 11 to determine that the blood is collected smoothly. After the collection is completed, the medical care personnel then pulls out the needle 21 and the vacuum collector 4, respectively, and covers the anti-needle stick protector 12 to cover the needle 21 of the needle set 2. When the needle 21 needs to be replaced, the medical staff can quickly separate and discard the seat body 11 and the needle 2 from the needle holder 5 by only pressing the pressing part 13.
The position of the pressing portion 13 and the needle stick prevention protector 12 on the seat body 11 corresponds to the position of the operating finger of one hand, and the description thereof is as follows, but the operating finger is not limited thereto: the medical care personnel can push the needle prick prevention protector 12 away with the thumb or the forefinger firstly when using the needle prick prevention protector, and then cover the needle prick prevention protector 12 with the forefinger after using the medical care personnel, and then remove the needle 21 by applying force to the pressing part 13 with the thumb. Compared with the prior art that the operation can be completed by the cooperation of a second hand when the safety needle is used, the safety needle set of the invention not only can enable a user to complete the operation with one hand, but also can keep the needle holder 5 for the next use, thereby effectively reducing the quantity of medical wastes.

1. A replaceable base for a safety needle holder, comprising:
