Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于高粘附性树脂基材料的脱模剂及其制备方法。首先配制含有氟硅烷的异丙醇溶液,加入正硅酸乙酯、氨水和去离子水促进水化。随后,在另一个配料锅中依次加入去离子水、调节剂、表面活性剂和助剂。最后将两个溶液等体积混合搅拌均匀后即可获得用于高粘附性树脂基材料的脱模剂。能用于聚氨酯、环氧树脂、聚脲树脂、丙烯酸树脂等树脂浇注成型后脱模,一次涂覆后可多次反复脱模,脱附面光滑整洁,无需二次清理,使用周期长,具有无污染,环保性强,成本低。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于高粘附性树脂基材料的脱模剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
在聚氨酯的成型加工中,为获得表面光洁的制品而使用脱模剂。脱模剂分为外脱模剂和内脱模剂,为了在成型加工时制品能从模具中取出,在模子表面涂上的一层涂剂,称为外脱模剂。外脱模剂根据使用方式分为三种类型:耐久性,即涂覆一次可成型多次;经常涂覆型,即每成型之前涂覆一次;多层复合型,一般常用的多为经常豫覆型,而这些外脱模剂,根据其使用的化合物种类又可分为下述品种。硅系:溶剂型(硅油,硅漆);乳液型(硅油);复合物型(硅油十二氧化硅);气溶胶型(硅油);烘干型(架桥型硅酮);蜡系:天然蜡又分为植物性蜡(卡诺巴蜡)和矿物型蜡(FT蜡);合成蜡(聚乙烯蜡)。油脂系:动物油脂(鲸油);石蜡系油脂(凡士林)。氟系:全氟烷基化合物,又分为溶剂型和水溶剂型及喷雾型;全氟烷基丙烯酸酯;氟树脂粉末(低分子量聚四氟乙烯)氟树脂涂覆膜(PTFE,FEP,PFA)。无机物类:滑石粉;云母;粘土。表面活性剂:非离子型(环氧乙烷衍生物);阴离子型(烷基磷酸蘸)。其它:卵磷酯、虫腔、聚乙烯醇等。
内脱模剂是加到PU配方中,在每次模塑成型时,迁移到泡沫和模具的交界面,从而达到脱膜效果。对内脱模剂的要求是:易分散于树脂系统中成为稳定的分散体;不改变原来的反应性及物理特性;不影响核化作用,从而不改变多孔结构或发泡稳定性;不影响成型物的可涂饰型。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种用于高粘附性树脂基材料的脱模剂及其制备方法,一次涂覆后可多次反复脱模,脱附面光滑整洁,无需二次清理,使用周期长,具有无污染,环保性强,成本低。
本发明的技术方案为:一种用于高粘附性树脂基材料的脱模剂,按重量百分比计,组成为:直链烷基三乙氧基氟硅烷0.1-2%,正硅酸乙酯0.01-1%,甲基硅油乳液5-10%,乳化蜡液5-10%,增稠剂0.5-2%,防腐剂0.01-0.1%,酸碱度调节剂1-2%,络合剂0.1-0.5%,阴离子表面活性剂5-10%,异丙醇10-20%,余量为水。
所述的增稠剂为氯化钠,所述的酸碱度调节剂为硅酸钠、氢氧化钠或二者的混合物,所述的络合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠,所述的防腐剂为凯松,所述的阴离子表面活性剂为直链烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基醇醚硫酸钠、烯烃磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基醇酰胺中的一种或任意几种的混合物。
一种制备所述的用于高粘附性树脂基材料的脱模剂的方法,步骤为:
(1)将异丙醇加入配料锅中,加入直链烷基三乙氧基氟硅烷,正硅酸乙酯和去离子水,搅拌均匀,获得均匀澄清溶液;
(2)将去离子水投入另一个配料锅中,水浴恒温50-70℃,搅拌条件下,加入酸碱度调节剂,溶解后缓慢加入阴离子表面活性剂,搅拌中和pH到7-8,溶解后加入其余组分,随后补足去离子水,获得澄清透明溶液;
(3)将步骤(1)获得的异丙醇溶液和步骤(2)获得的去离子水溶液等体积比混合,继续搅拌均匀后获得用于高粘附性树脂基材料的脱模剂。
有益效果:
(1)用本发明方案制备的脱模剂可通过喷涂、刷涂、滚涂等多种简便方法,涂覆于模具表面。
(2)制备的脱模剂可用于聚氨酯、环氧树脂、聚脲、丙烯酸树脂等,与基底有牢固结合的树脂或其改性树脂,在相关制品生产浇注成型后可轻易离型。
(3)制备的脱模剂以水作为稀释剂,既具备使树脂脱模的功能,又具备生物降解性,无VOC等有害物质产生,无污染,环保性强,成本低。
(4)脱模剂中加入烷氧基氟硅烷,涂覆在模具表面后,可形成化学键合,不但显著降低模具的粘附力,使树脂极易脱附,而且一次涂覆后可多次反复脱模,使用周期长,进一步降低了成本。
(5)本发明所述脱模剂用量少,脱模后无残留,树脂脱附面光滑、整洁,模具表面也无粘附性物质,无需二次处理清除脱模剂。

具体实施方式
一种用于高粘附性树脂基材料的脱模剂及其制备方法,主要特征是包含下列成分:按重量百分比,含量分别为,直链全氟烷氧基硅烷0.1-2%,正硅酸乙酯0.01-1%,甲基硅油乳液5-10%,乳化蜡液5-10%,增稠剂0.5-2%,防腐剂0.01-0.1%,酸碱度调节剂1-2%,络合剂0.1-0.5%,阴离子表面活性剂5-10%,异丙醇10-20%,余量为水。
所述增稠剂为氯化钠,所述的调节剂为硅酸钠、氢氧化钠或二者的混合物,所述的络合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠,所述的防腐剂为凯松,所述的阴离子表面活性剂为直链烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基醇醚硫酸钠、烯烃磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基醇酰胺中的一种或两种及其以上的混合物。
按如下方法配制:
(1)将异丙醇加入配料锅中,加入氟硅烷,正硅酸乙酯和去离子水,机械或磁力搅拌2h,获得均匀澄清溶液,其中各成分含量为,氟硅烷0.2-4%,正硅酸乙酯0.02-0.2%,去离子水0.1-1%,余量为异丙醇;
(2)将去离子水投入另一个配料锅中,水浴恒温50-70℃,机械或磁力搅拌条件下,加入调节剂,待其溶解后缓慢加入阴离子表面活性剂,搅拌中和pH到7-8,溶解后加入其余助剂,随后补足去离子水,获得澄清透明溶液,各成分含量为,甲基硅油乳液10-20%,乳化蜡液10-20%,增稠剂1-4%,防腐剂0.02-0.2%,调节剂2-4%,络合剂0.2-1%,表面活性剂10-20%,余量为水;
(3)将异丙醇溶液和去离子水溶液等体积比混合,继续机械或磁力搅拌2-5h后获得用于高粘附性树脂基材料的脱模剂。
实施例1
将异丙醇加入配料锅中,加入十七氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷、正硅酸乙酯和去离子水,机械或磁力搅拌2h,获得均匀澄清溶液。将去离子水投入另一个配料锅中,水浴恒温50℃,机械或磁力搅拌条件下,加入调节剂,待其溶解后缓慢加入阴离子表面活性剂,搅拌中和pH到7-8,溶解后加入其余助剂,随后补足去离子水,获得澄清透明溶液。将异丙醇溶液和去离子水溶液等体积比混合,继续机械或磁力搅拌2h后获得用于高粘附性树脂基材料的脱模剂。各成分含量为:氟硅烷0.1%,正硅酸乙酯0.01%,甲基硅油乳液5%,乳化蜡液5%,增稠剂0.5%,防腐剂0.01%,调节剂1%,络合剂0.1%,表面活性剂5%,异丙醇10%,余量为水。
将脱模剂喷涂至铝片表面,用量为5-10mL/m2,随后在表面倒上加了固化剂的聚氨酯树脂,常温固化5h后,用镊子夹取树脂,可轻易脱模,结果如图1所示。脱模20次后,仍能轻易脱模,效果如图2所示。不加脱模剂的脱模效果如图3所示,发现粘接很牢,聚氨酯本身发生撕裂,而界面仍未脱附。使用黄油脱模剂的效果如图4所示,发现虽可脱模,但模具和树脂表面均有很多黄油粘附,需二次清理。使用机油脱模剂的效果如图5所示,虽能脱附,但树脂表面粗糙,且有部分粘接铝片,未脱模。使用石蜡油脱模剂的效果如图6所示,与未涂覆脱模剂类似,树脂粘接仍然较牢,脱模效果差。
实施例2
将异丙醇加入配料锅中,加入十三氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷、正硅酸乙酯和去离子水,机械或磁力搅拌2h,获得均匀澄清溶液。将去离子水投入另一个配料锅中,水浴恒温60℃,机械或磁力搅拌条件下,加入调节剂,待其溶解后缓慢加入阴离子表面活性剂,搅拌中和pH到7-8,溶解后加入其余助剂,随后补足去离子水,获得澄清透明溶液。将异丙醇溶液和去离子水溶液等体积比混合,继续机械或磁力搅拌4h后获得用于高粘附性树脂基材料的脱模剂。各成分含量为:氟硅烷2%,正硅酸乙酯1%,甲基硅油乳液10%,乳化蜡液10%,增稠剂2%,防腐剂0.1%,调节剂2%,络合剂0.5%,表面活性剂10%,异丙醇20%,余量为水。
实施例3
将异丙醇加入配料锅中,加入十三氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷、正硅酸乙酯和去离子水,机械或磁力搅拌2h,获得均匀澄清溶液。将去离子水投入另一个配料锅中,水浴恒温70℃,机械或磁力搅拌条件下,加入调节剂,待其溶解后缓慢加入阴离子表面活性剂,搅拌中和pH到7-8,溶解后加入其余助剂,随后补足去离子水,获得澄清透明溶液。将异丙醇溶液和去离子水溶液等体积比混合,继续机械或磁力搅拌3h后获得用于高粘附性树脂基材料的脱模剂。各成分含量为:氟硅烷1%,正硅酸乙酯0.5%,甲基硅油乳液8%,乳化蜡液6%,增稠剂1%,防腐剂0.08%,调节剂1.6%,络合剂0.2%,表面活性剂7%,异丙醇16%,余量为水。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于高粘附性树脂基材料的脱模剂,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,组成为:直链全氟烷氧基硅烷0.1-2%,正硅酸乙酯0.01-1%,甲基硅油乳液5-10%,乳化蜡液5-10%,增稠剂0.5-2%,防腐剂0.01-0.1%,酸碱度调节剂1-2%,络合剂0.1-0.5%,阴离子表面活性剂5-10%,异丙醇10-20%,余量为水。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于高粘附性树脂基材料的脱模剂,其特征在于,所述的增稠剂为氯化钠,所述的酸碱度调节剂为硅酸钠、氢氧化钠或二者的混合物,所述的络合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠,所述的防腐剂为凯松,所述的阴离子表面活性剂为直链烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基醇醚硫酸钠、烯烃磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基醇酰胺中的一种或任意几种的混合物。
3.一种制备权利要求1或2所述的用于高粘附性树脂基材料的脱模剂的方法,其特征在于,步骤为:
(1)将异丙醇加入配料锅中,加入直链烷基三乙氧基氟硅烷,正硅酸乙酯和去离子水,搅拌均匀,获得均匀澄清溶液;
(2)将去离子水投入另一个配料锅中,水浴恒温50-70℃,搅拌条件下,加入酸碱度调节剂,溶解后缓慢加入阴离子表面活性剂,搅拌中和pH到7-8,溶解后加入其余组分,随后补足去离子水,获得澄清透明溶液;
(3)将步骤(1)获得的异丙醇溶液和步骤(2)获得的去离子水溶液等体积比混合,继续搅拌均匀后获得用于高粘附性树脂基材料的脱模剂。
