Abstract
The invention provides a refrigerator. The refrigerator comprises a storage chamber and at least one partition plate, wherein the front side of the storage chamber is opened. The partition plates are fixed in the storage chamber to partition the storage chamber into a plurality of containing spaces arranged in the vertical direction, and each containing space is used for containing at least one drawer. Adjusting knobs used for adjusting the refrigerating function of the storage chamber are arranged on the upper surfaces of at least part of the partition plates. According to the refrigerator, the adjusting knobs are arranged on the partition plates so that a user can conveniently adjust the refrigerating function of the storage chamber, and the user experience is greatly improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a refrigerating and freezing device, in particular to a refrigerator.
Background
The interior of the refrigerator is generally provided with knobs or buttons for adjusting various refrigeration functions. Knobs or push-buttons are usually provided on the inner wall of the storage compartment for adjusting the function of the storage compartment.
However, for the storage compartment with the drawer installed therein, because of the blocking of the drawer, the left and right side walls and the bottom wall of the storage compartment do not have a space for installing the knob or the button, and if the drawer is installed on the top wall of the storage compartment, a part of the upper drawer needs to be pulled out during adjustment, and then the adjustment operation can be performed, which brings great inconvenience to the user.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve at least one of the defects in the prior art and provides a refrigerator which is convenient for a user to adjust the refrigerating function of a storage chamber provided with a drawer.
In particular, the present invention provides a refrigerator including a storage compartment having an open front side; the storage compartment is divided into a plurality of accommodating spaces which are arranged in the vertical direction, and each accommodating space is used for accommodating at least one drawer; wherein, the upper surface of at least part baffle is provided with the adjust knob that is used for adjusting the refrigeration function of storing compartment.

Optionally, a through hole is formed in the front part of the partition plate provided with the adjusting knob, and a first cylinder communicated with the through hole is fixed on the lower surface of the partition plate; and the adjusting knob is telescopically arranged in the first cylinder.
Optionally, an elastic telescopic mechanism is arranged in the first cylinder, is mounted below the adjusting knob, and is configured to: when the adjusting knob is pressed downwards to retract into the partition plate, the adjusting knob is kept in a retracted state; and the adjustment knob is caused to extend upwardly beyond the upper surface of the partition after the adjustment knob is pressed downwardly again.
Optionally, the elastic telescopic mechanism comprises: the telescopic piece is fixed below the adjusting knob, and the lower end of the telescopic piece extends downwards to form at least one inserted bar; the first elastic piece is connected to the lower part of the telescopic piece and is configured to apply upward pretightening force to the telescopic piece; and at least one locking mechanism, each locking mechanism is arranged below one of the inserted rods and is configured to clamp the inserted rod after the telescopic piece moves downwards and to release the inserted rod when the telescopic piece moves downwards again.
Optionally, the locking mechanism comprises: the second cylinder is fixed in the first cylinder below the inserted link; the clamping piece is telescopically arranged in the second barrel, two clamping claws which are oppositely arranged are formed at the upper part of the clamping piece so as to clamp the inserted rod when the clamping piece retracts downwards into the second barrel, a clamping convex rib is formed on the side wall of the clamping piece, and the middle part of the clamping convex rib is recessed downwards to form a concave part; and the elastic rod is erected below the clamping convex rib, the lower end of the elastic rod is fixed on the second barrel, the upper end of the elastic rod is bent towards the clamping convex rib and is configured to enable the upper end of the elastic rod to enter and be clamped in the concave part along one side of the clamping convex rib when the clamping piece moves downwards, or to be separated from the concave part along the other side of the clamping convex rib when the clamping piece moves downwards again.
Optionally, a second elastic member is disposed between the retaining member and the bottom of the second cylinder, and configured to provide an upward pre-tightening force to the retaining member.
Optionally, a damper is disposed between the first elastic member and the first cylinder.
The refrigerator provided by the invention has the advantages that the storage chamber is vertically divided into a plurality of accommodating spaces by the partition plates, so that a plurality of drawers can be accommodated. In addition, the damper is arranged between the first elastic piece and the first cylinder body in the refrigerator, so that the movement process of the adjusting knob and the telescopic piece is gentle, and large noise cannot be generated.
Furthermore, in the refrigerator, the locking mechanism utilizes the clamping piece provided with the clamping convex rib and the elastic rod to realize the clamping of the clamping jaw of the telescopic piece, and the structure is simple and ingenious.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic side sectional view of a refrigerator according to one embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of a drawer and a partition in a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a refrigerator 10, which may generally include a cabinet 100 defining storage compartments 101, 102, 103 having front sides opened. At least one partition is fixedly arranged in some storage compartments, such as the storage compartment 103, so as to divide the storage compartment 103 into a plurality of accommodating spaces arranged in the vertical direction, and each accommodating space is used for accommodating at least one drawer. As shown in fig. 1, two horizontally disposed partitions 110 and 120 divide the storage compartment 103 into three accommodation spaces for accommodating three drawers 112, 122 and 132, respectively. At least a portion of the partitions (e.g., partition 110) is provided with an adjusting knob 200, which is connected to a controller of the refrigerator 10 for adjusting the cooling function of the storage compartment 103. For example, the internal temperature of the storage compartment 103 can be adjusted by controlling the amount of air supplied into the storage compartment. Of course, an adjusting knob can be arranged on each partition plate and the bottom wall of the storage compartment so as to adjust the function of each drawer respectively.
Preferably, the adjustment knob 200 may be configured to adjust the cooling function of the storage compartment through a rotational operation after protruding the upper surface of the partition 110. Also, a plurality of adjustment functions may be integrated into one adjustment knob 200, and one function is implemented after the adjustment knob 200 is rotated by a certain angle, so that it is not necessary to separately provide one knob or button for each function. In addition, as shown in fig. 2, a display window 300 for displaying an adjustment state may be further disposed on the upper surface of the front portion of the partition, and when the adjustment is in one state, the display window 300 displays preset information for a user to conveniently view.
In some embodiments, the position of the adjustment knob on the partition may be in front of a drawer on the partition, and the adjustment knob may be configured to be depressed by a user into the partition or to protrude from the upper surface of the partition by a user operation. When the user needs to adjust, the adjusting knob can extend out of the upper surface of the clapboard so as to be convenient to adjust. When the adjusting knob is not needed to be adjusted, the adjusting knob can be retracted into the partition plate, so that the drawer on the partition plate can not be blocked by the adjusting knob when being pulled out.
Fig. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view of an adjustment knob and an elastic telescopic mechanism in a refrigerator according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, a through hole is opened at the front part of the partition plate 110 provided with the adjusting knob 200, a first cylinder 111 communicated with the through hole is fixed at the lower surface of the partition plate 110, the adjusting knob 200 is telescopically arranged in the first cylinder 111, and a rotary switch 210 for connecting with a controller is arranged at the lower part of the adjusting knob 200.
In order to achieve the telescopic function of the adjusting knob 200, an elastic telescopic mechanism may be disposed in the first cylinder 111, and installed below the adjusting knob 200. When the adjusting knob 200 is pressed downwards to retract into the partition 110, the adjusting knob 200 is kept in a retracted state; and after the adjustment knob 200 is pressed downward again, the adjustment knob 200 is protruded upward from the upper surface of the partition 110.
Referring to fig. 3, the elastic expansion mechanism includes an expansion member 500, a first elastic member 600, and at least one locking mechanism 800. Wherein, the telescopic member 500 is fixed below the adjustment knob 200, is used for supporting the adjustment knob 200, and can be upwardly abutted against the lower surface of the partition plate 110 during the telescopic movement together with the adjustment knob 200 to define the highest position of the adjustment knob 200. The telescopic member 500 may have a cylindrical shape at an upper portion thereof for receiving the rotary switch 210 of the adjustment knob 200, and at least one insertion rod 510 (preferably 2) downwardly extended at a lower end thereof. The first elastic member 600 is connected to the lower portion of the extensible member 500, and is used for applying an upward pre-tightening force to the extensible member 500, and a compression spring may be used. Each locking mechanism 800 is disposed below one of the plunger 510. When the adjusting knob 200 is pressed downwards to retract the partition 110, the telescopic member 500 moves downwards along with the adjusting knob, and the locking mechanism 800 clamps the insert rod 510 to keep the adjusting knob 200 in a retracted state; when the adjusting knob 200 in the retracted state is pressed again, the locking mechanism 800 can release the insertion rod 510 in the process of the downward movement of the telescopic member 500, so that the telescopic member 500 moves upward under the action of the first elastic member 600 until the upper end of the telescopic member abuts against the lower surface of the partition 110, and the adjusting knob 200 extends out of the upper surface of the partition 110.
In some embodiments, a damper 700 may be disposed between the first elastic member 600 and the first cylinder 111, so that the movement of the telescopic member 500 is relatively gentle and does not generate relatively loud noise.
Fig. 4 is a schematic sectional view of a locking mechanism of the elastic expansion mechanism shown in fig. 3 in a relaxed state, and fig. 5 is a schematic sectional view of the locking mechanism shown in fig. 4 in a locked state. Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the locking mechanism 800 includes a second cylinder 820, a catch 830, and an elastic rod 900. Wherein the second cylinder 820 is fixed in the first cylinder 111 below the insert rod 510, and has an opening at its upper end. The catch 830 is telescopically disposed in the second cylinder 820, and two jaws 832 are formed at the upper portion thereof to be oppositely disposed. When the insert rod 510 does not contact the catch 830, the two jaws 832 are extended out of the second cylinder 820 and are in a relaxed state of being spread outward. When the insert rod 510 moves downward to abut against the retainer 830, the two claws 832 are retracted into the second cylinder 820 with the retainer 830 downward, and are simultaneously tightened to retain the insert rod 510, i.e., in a locked state. The end of the plunger 510 may be sized larger than the other portions to facilitate gripping by the fingers 832.
In addition, a holding rib 834 is formed on a side wall of the holding member 830, and a middle portion of the holding rib 834 is recessed downward to form a recess (the holding rib 834 may be substantially crescent-shaped). The elastic rod 900 stands under the holding rib 834, the lower end thereof is fixed to the second cylinder 820, the upper end thereof is bent (formed as a hook) toward the holding rib 834, and when the holding member 830 moves downward, the upper end of the elastic rod 900 contacts one side of the holding rib 834 and moves obliquely upward along the holding rib 834 (as indicated by the arrow in fig. 4) to enter and be held in the recess, so that the holding member 830 is held at that position. At this time, the two jaws 832 are tightened to clamp the insert rod 510, so that the telescopic member 500 can overcome the pre-load force of the first elastic member 600, and the adjusting knob 200 is maintained in the retracted state.
When the catching member 830 moves downward a short distance again (i.e., when the adjustment knob 200 is pressed again), the elastic rod 900 moves upward with respect to the catching rib 834 such that the upper end thereof is separated from the recess (a wedge structure 836 may be provided above the catching rib 834 to guide the upper end of the elastic rod 900 to move toward the other end of the catching rib 834). At this time, under the action of the first elastic member 600, the telescopic member 500 and the adjustment knob 200 move upward, and the two jaws 832 move upward along with the insertion rod 510, (at this time, the upper end of the elastic rod 900 moves downward from the other side thereof with respect to the retaining rib 834) when the two jaws 832 move out of the second cylinder 820, the two jaws are unfolded outward to a release state to release the insertion rod 510, so that the insertion rod 510 can continue to move upward, that is, the telescopic member 500 and the adjustment knob 200 move upward to a highest position.
In some embodiments, in order to enhance the reliability of the movement of the retainer 830, a second elastic member 920 (which may be a compression spring) may be optionally disposed between the retainer 830 and the bottom of the second cylinder 820 for providing an upward pre-tightening force to the retainer 830, so that the retainer 830 can smoothly move upward.

Claims (10)
1. A refrigerator characterized by comprising:

8. The refrigerator of claim 7, wherein the locking mechanism comprises:
the second cylinder is fixed in the first cylinder below the inserted link;
the clamping piece is telescopically arranged in the second barrel, two clamping claws which are oppositely arranged are formed at the upper part of the clamping piece so as to clamp the inserted rod when the clamping piece retracts downwards into the second barrel, clamping convex ribs are formed on the side wall of the clamping piece, and the middle part of each clamping convex rib is recessed downwards to form a concave part; and
the elastic rod is erected below the clamping rib, the lower end of the elastic rod is fixed to the second barrel, the upper end of the elastic rod faces the clamping rib and is bent, and the elastic rod is configured to enable the upper end of the elastic rod to enter and be clamped in the concave part along one side of the clamping rib when the clamping piece moves downwards, or enable the elastic rod to separate from the concave part along the other side of the clamping rib when the clamping piece moves downwards again.
