Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to a slow-release needle tool.
Background
The point-embedding therapy is a method of treating diseases by inserting a needle into the skin, fixing the needle, and then retaining the needle for a certain time, and utilizing the continuous stimulation effect of the needle.
In modern traditional Chinese medicine clinical treatment, acupuncture point needle embedding therapy has become a very conventional treatment means, and for example, acupuncture point needle embedding therapy can be adopted for nervous headache, migraine, stomachache, biliary colic, hypochondriac pain, wrist ankle joint sprain and the like. And, for certain chronic diseases, such as: neurasthenia, hypertension, asthma, menoxenia, facial spasm, eyelid twitching, enuresis, frequent micturition, arthromyodynia, etc., and has good therapeutic effect. In modern medical cosmetology, acupuncture point needle embedding therapy is popular because of the weight-reducing effect.
The traditional acupuncture point needle embedding apparatus is mainly divided into four types:
1. particle type intradermal needle: also called as wheat grain type intradermal needle, the needle body is about 1 cm long, the needle handle is similar to wheat grain or annular, and the needle body and the needle handle are in a straight line; the operation method comprises the following steps: after skin disinfection, when a particle type intradermal needle is used for embedding, the needle body is clamped by forceps and is inserted along the subcutaneous side. The needle is generally perpendicular to the meridian direction, the needle body is inserted about 0.8-1.3 cm, and then fixed with adhesive tape along the direction of the needle body.
2. Pressing nail type intradermal needle: also called a thumbtack type intradermal needle, the length of the needle body is about 0.2-0.3 cm, the needle handle is annular, and the needle body and the needle handle are vertical; after skin sterilization, the needle ring is clamped by tweezers or fingers, the needle head is aligned to a selected acupuncture point, the skin of the needle is spread by the thumb and the index finger of the left hand, the needle is pressed by the rapid twisting of the right hand, and then the adhesive plaster is applied and fixed. Alternatively, the needle is held with forceps, the needle loop is adhered to the patch, and the patch is held by hand to puncture the patch into the acupoint.
3. Common filiform needle or elongated needle: the operation method comprises the following steps: the common filiform needle is made by cutting the needle handle short (for fixing adhesive plaster). On the basis of the general needling method, after deep needling is carried out to obtain qi, the needle is lifted to the subcutaneous part, and then the needle is horizontally needled; after inserting the needle 0.5-1.5 cun along the skin, fix it with adhesive plaster.
4. Catgut embedding: the catgut is cut to a proper length and placed in 75% alcohol for later use, and after the acupuncture point to be embedded is selected on the body of a patient. Sterilizing the needle head of the No. 8 syringe, inserting the catgut into the needle head, penetrating the No. 8 syringe into the selected acupuncture point to a certain depth after the preparation of the instrument is finished, pushing the catgut out of the needle head by using an acupuncture needle, and then pulling out the needle head.
Conventional needle (thread) embedding therapies also have respective disadvantages, such as:
1. the particle type intradermal needles and the press nail type intradermal needles have smaller length and are operated by an oblique needling technique, which greatly limits the application range of the needling instrument and has poor effect on some acupuncture points (such as Tianshu) with rich fat and deep needling;
2. common filiform needle or elongated needle: the therapy is to use a common filiform needle to be buried in the skin and then to be fixed by an adhesive tape, so that the wound can not be closed, and the possibility of wound infection is increased when the needle is exposed for a long time;
3. catgut embedding:
the 8-gauge injection needle is thick during operation, and is different from an acupuncture needle in that the needle head of the injection is an inclined cutting surface, so that the cutting surface can scratch blood vessels to cause bleeding or cut nerves to cause nerve injury during operation.
Disclosure of Invention

The blocking piece is used for blocking the elastic piece, so that the deformation of the elastic piece can be controlled.
Preferably, the barrier extends through opposite side walls of the sleeve. Therefore, the blocking piece can be extruded out of the sleeve by pushing the blocking piece inwards from one side wall, and the deformation of the elastic piece is recovered.
Preferably, the blocking tab is connected to the outer wall of the sleeve by a pivot axis, by which the blocking tab can pivot radially relative to the sleeve. At this time, the blocking piece can not only stagger the deformation direction of the elastic piece through rotation, but also restore the original position through rotation. And the barrier sheet is not easy to fall off or lose, so that the slow release needle provided by the embodiment of the invention can be recycled, the cost is greatly reduced, and the environmental pollution is reduced.
Based on the arrangement mode of the two blocking pieces, preferably, at least one part of the blocking piece protrudes out of the outer side wall surface of the sleeve, wherein the protruding part is used for poking the blocking piece. At this time, the barrier sheet can be operated without the aid of an external tool. Of course, the slow release needle may also include a thimble connected to the outer wall of the casing through a flexible band, the thimble being adapted to push the blocking piece.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application in various embodiments of the present invention. However, the technical solutions claimed in the claims of the present application can be implemented without these technical details and with various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments.
A first embodiment of the invention relates to a slow release needle, which is shown in fig. 1 and comprises a cannula 2 having a cylindrical cavity 21 therein, the cavity 21 being adapted to receive a cryoneedle. Wherein, the head end of the sleeve 2 is provided with a needle opening 22 with the diameter larger than or equal to that of the cavity 21, and the needle opening 22 is communicated with the cavity 21; the tail end of the sleeve 2 is provided with an ejection mechanism 1 for ejecting the freezing needle from the needle opening 22 and separating from the slow release needle set.
Wherein, the freezing needle can be chitin freezing needle, normal saline freezing needle or antibiotic freezing needle etc. and the freezing needle that selects to be fit for according to actual need can. It is worth mentioning that although the present invention focuses on the acupuncture point burying therapy and the application thereof, it is obvious that the embodiments of the present invention can be applied to other drug slow-release injection treatments.
In this embodiment, the eject mechanism 1 includes an elastic member 11 connected to the rear end of the cavity 21 and a blocking piece 12 for blocking the elastic member 11, and the blocking piece 12 is movable relative to the elastic member 11. Wherein, the elastic element 11 is initially in a compressed state and abuts against the blocking sheet 12, and after the blocking sheet 12 is removed, the elastic element 11 restores to be deformed and ejects the freezing needle. The blocking piece 12 is used for blocking the elastic element 11, so that the deformation effect of the elastic element 11 can be controlled.
It is clear that the combination of the blocking tab 12 and the resilient element 11 may be omitted from the ejector mechanism 1. Other forms of ejector mechanism 1 are also possible to achieve the inventive objects of the present invention. For example, a mechanical spring type eject mechanism 1 provided with a trigger button may be used instead of the eject mechanism 1 described in the present embodiment.
Specifically, the blocking piece 12 penetrates through the opposite side walls of the sleeve 2. In this way, by pushing the blocking piece 12 inward from one of the side walls, the blocking piece 12 is pushed out from the inside of the sleeve 2, and the deformation of the elastic member 11 is restored.
In addition, in this embodiment, the slow release needle further includes a sleeve head 3 detachably connected to the cannula 2, a needle groove 31 communicating with the cavity 21 is provided in the sleeve head 3, and the diameter of the needle groove 31 is gradually reduced from the direction toward the cavity 21 to the direction away from the cavity 21. The needle groove 31 in the sleeve head 3 can be used for directly freezing and forming the needle after the liquid of the frozen needle component is filled. In the present embodiment, the diameter of the portion where the needle groove 31 is connected to the cavity 21 is equal to the diameter of the cavity 21, which allows the cryoneedle to more smoothly enter the patient,
one implementation scenario of this embodiment is as follows:
1. the cannula 2 and the cuff 3 contain a liquid to be injected into the body of a patient, such as a chitin solution. Due to the small diameter of the chamber 21, the liquid in the part of the cannula 2 can be contained by the siphon principle.
2. The sustained-release needle provided in this embodiment is frozen to obtain a sustained-release needle containing a frozen needle.
3. Selecting the patient to be operated as Tianshu acupoint, recording marks on the acupoint by using a marking pen, and positioning: on the abdomen, in the mid-umbilicus, 2 cun lateral to the anterior midline.
4. Sterilizing the operation part with alcohol, holding the sleeve 2 with the index finger and thumb of the right hand, and pushing the middle finger against the needle of the freezing needle to quickly penetrate into the position about 15mm deep;
5. the blocking piece 12 is drawn out, the elastic piece 11 is popped out, and the freezing needle is separated from the sleeve 2;
6. the cannula 2 is withdrawn and the cryoneedle is left deep inside the patient.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the freezing needle is arranged in the sleeve 2, and when the sleeve 2 is inserted into a human body, the sleeve is ejected by the ejection mechanism 1, so that the freezing needle can stay at a deeper position in the human body. Because only two steps of inserting and popping are needed during operation, the operation is simple, even the operation can be carried out by a patient, and the device is suitable for family health care. Because only the wound with the diameter of the sleeve 2 is left on the surface of the skin, the wound is small and is not easy to cause wound infection.
A second embodiment of the present invention relates to a slow release needle device, and is different from the first embodiment mainly in that: the blocking piece 12 penetrates through two opposite side walls of the sleeve 2; in the second embodiment of the present invention: referring to fig. 2, the blocking piece 12 is connected to the outer wall of the sleeve 2 by a pivot shaft 13, and the blocking piece 12 can be pivoted in a radial direction with respect to the sleeve 2 by the pivot shaft 13.
At this time, the blocking piece 12 may not only stagger the deformation direction of the elastic member 11 by rotation, but also restore the original position by rotation. And the barrier sheet 12 is not easy to fall off or lose, so that the slow release needle provided by the embodiment of the invention can be repeatedly utilized for many times, the cost is greatly reduced, and the environmental pollution is reduced.
It is worth mentioning that if the slow release needle is disposable, the slow release needle can be made of plastic or glass to reduce the cost. If the slow release needle is recyclable, it is preferable to use stainless steel.
A third embodiment of the present invention relates to a slow release needle device, and the third embodiment is a modification of the first and second embodiments, and is mainly modified in that: the blocking piece 12 protrudes at least a portion of the outer side wall surface of the casing 2, wherein the protruding portion is used to poke the blocking piece 12.
Referring to fig. 3 or 4, barrier 12 may now be operated without the aid of external tools. The operation difficulty in actual use is greatly simplified. So that the patient can conveniently carry out injection by himself, and the hospitalizing burden of the patient is greatly reduced.
The fourth embodiment of the present invention relates to a slow release needle, which is different from the third embodiment mainly in that, in the third embodiment of the present invention, at least a part of the barrier 12 protrudes from the outer sidewall surface of the cannula 2, and the protruding part is used to move the barrier 12; in the fourth embodiment of the present invention: referring to fig. 5 and 6, the slow release needle comprises a thimble 5 connected to the outer wall of the casing 2 through a flexible band 4, the thimble 5 being used for pushing the blocking piece 12.
Since the thimble 5 is bound by the binding band, the thimble 5 in this embodiment is not easy to fall off, and is convenient to use. In addition, compared with the technical scheme that the blocking sheet 12 partially protrudes in the third embodiment, the slow release needle tool is not easy to fail due to the fact that the protruding blocking sheet 12 bends under the action of external force.
It should be noted that, in the first to fourth embodiments, the blocking pieces 12 illustrated in fig. 1 to 6 are similar to the elastic pieces 11 in size. However, in the actual use process, since the sleeve 2 is relatively thin, the thickness of the part of the sleeve 2 where the blocking piece 12 is located can be increased, and the radial cross-sectional area of the blocking piece 12 is far larger than that of the elastic piece 11.
The fifth embodiment of the present invention relates to a slow release needle, which is different from the first embodiment mainly in that the diameter of the connecting part of the needle groove 31 and the cavity 21 is equal to the diameter of the cavity 21 in the first embodiment of the present invention; in the fifth embodiment of the present invention: referring to fig. 7, the diameter of the portion of the needle groove 31 connected to the cavity 21 is larger than the diameter of the cavity 21.
When the diameter of the connecting part of the needle groove 31 and the cavity 21 is larger than that of the cavity 21, the freezing needle forms a javelin shape, and the barb formed at the needle head can prevent the freezing needle from being taken out by the sleeve 2.
A sixth embodiment of the present invention relates to a slow release needle device, which is a modification of the first to fifth embodiments, and is mainly improved in that in the sixth embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the slow release needle device further includes a poker 6, the diameter of the poker 6 is smaller than that of the cavity 21, and the poker 6 is used for resetting the ejection mechanism 1.
After the elastic piece 11 recovers the deformation, the poker 6 is inserted into the cavity 21 and presses the elastic piece 11 until the elastic piece 11 is in a compressed state, and then the barrier sheet 12 is reset to complete the reset of the slow release needle.
In the present embodiment, the poker 6 further includes a body section 61 and an alternate section 62 located at the tip end of the body section 61, and the thickness of the alternate section 62 is the same as that of the barrier sheet 12. When the barrier sheet 12 is reset, the displacement section 62 is extruded, and the resetting of the slow release needle tool can be completed. The reset operation of barrier 12 can be made simpler by using displacement section 62.
It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the foregoing embodiments are specific examples for carrying out the invention, and that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention in practice.
