Abstract
本发明公开了一种柔性印刷粪尿传感器,包括柔性薄膜衬底11、印刷导电电极12和传感区域13三部分。柔性薄膜衬底11,作为印刷衬底,用以支持传感器的电极部分和功能材料的附着;印刷导电电极12,作为传感器的电极,用于传感功能的实现和电信号的传导;传感区域13,用以附着功能材料并且接触到粪尿排泄物中的成分改变其电学参量转化成可被电极感应到的电学量。本发明通过印刷的工艺将粪尿传感器印刷在柔性薄膜衬底上,传感器结构简单,工艺简单,成本低,灵敏度足够,使用更加方便舒适,能实现一次性使用,用完即扔的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及传感器技术领域,具体的说是一种柔性的,可印刷制备的粪尿传感器。
背景技术
传感器,作为人类感官的延伸,是检测和控制的首要环节,已经得到人们的广泛重视。可以转化成电学量(比如电压,电阻,电容,电感等)的传感器,尤其方便应用在智能化,网络化的未来生活中。目前市面上存在的传感器,从功能,种类,制备工艺上看形形色色,多种多样。现有传感器几乎可以测量任意物理量,并且在测量灵敏度,精度,重复性等方面已经达到了相当优异的程度。传感器的性能并不是越优异越好,在符合既定需要的情况下,人们往往更考虑传感器的成本,体积,使用方便等其它非功能因素。
这里我们解决一个小问题:婴幼儿尿不湿、成人纸尿裤里面有无粪尿排泄物,然后转化成可探测的电学量,传送给信号探测电路。现有的可以用于此种情况的传感器有很多,比如:各种各样的水传感器,尿素传感器,湿度传感器等。现有的传感器存在着一些问题,如:成本高,体积大、使用不便。换句话说,人们仅仅需要传感器告诉粪尿排泄物的有还是无,并不需要知道有多少量;人们更想要传感器廉价,最好是一次性的,用完即扔;人们更想要传感器体积小,很容易放置在尿不湿,纸尿裤里面;人们更想要传感器的安装,不影响穿着舒适性。因此粪尿传感器的精度和重复性已经不是很关键,人们更看中廉价,体积小,使用方便和舒适。
现有技术中,CN201410003566号中国专利申请公开了一种螺栓式水传感器,包括第一金属导体、第二金属导体和金属导体之间填充的绝缘隔离材料。然而,上述传感器功能单一、是立体的螺栓式、制造工艺复杂、成本高、不能方便且舒适地使用。
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种柔性印刷粪尿传感器以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种柔性印刷粪尿传感器,以印刷工艺廉价批量制备平面的柔性粪尿传感器,可以让检测粪尿的传感器,变得像纸尿裤、尿不湿一样廉价,一次性用完即扔。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
本发明实施例公开一种柔性印刷粪尿传感器,包括:
柔性薄膜衬底,作为印刷衬底,用以支持传感器的电极部分,和功能材料的附着;
印刷导电电极,作为传感器的电极,用于传感功能的实现和电信号的传导;
传感区域,用以附着功能材料,并且接触到粪尿排泄物中的成分,改变其电学参量,转化成可被电极感应到的电学量;
作为本发明进一步的改进,所述柔性薄膜衬底,可以是:纸、聚合物、无机物、天然纤维制品、金属、复合材料。衬底材料可以吸收、吸附、黏贴、或者包埋功能材料。
作为本发明进一步的改进,所述印刷导电电极,其油墨可以是:银浆、铝浆、铜浆、金浆等金属浆料;也可以是:透明导电浆料、导电聚合物、掺杂无机半导体材料等。印刷工艺可以是:丝网印刷、移印、转印、套印、烫金、凹版印刷、凸版印刷、纳米压印、无掩膜打印、喷墨印刷。
作为本发明进一步的改进,所述功能材料可以是:无机盐、有机盐、离子液体、有机小分子材料、高分子材料、无机介电材料、有机介电材料、聚合物树脂、纳米粒子、复合材料。
作为本发明进一步的改进,所述粪尿传感器包括多个探测区域,如:水,湿气,尿素、氨气,吲哚,二氧化硫,硫化氢等探测区域,这样就可以逐一探测到排泄物的类型,和成分,甚至可以分析使用者的身体状况。
作为本发明进一步的改进,所述电极形状,可以是衬底同一平面方向上的平行排列,扭曲排列,交错排列。电极还可以分别印刷在衬底的上下两个平面上。
作为本发明进一步的改进,所述功能材料可以印刷在衬底上面的两电极之间,可以浸渍在衬底的孔隙中,也可以涂覆在整个传感区域,还可以包埋在衬底内。
作为本发明进一步的改进,所述功能材料也可以省略,单单利用衬底和粪尿的物理化学性质,来实现传感。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:所述柔性印刷粪尿传感器,传出的是电信号,容易被探测和智能化控制使用;所述柔性印刷粪尿传感器包括柔性薄膜衬底、印刷导电电极、功能材料,结构简单,原料丰富,用料省;所述柔性印刷粪尿传感器使用工业上已经成熟的印刷工艺,适合大规模批量生产,工艺成本低;所述柔性印刷粪尿传感器对于仅仅检测粪尿的有与无来说,灵敏度足够;所述柔性印刷粪尿传感器是平面的,面积可以做的很小,方便在纸内裤和尿不湿中使用,使用者不会感觉到任何不适。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行详细的描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
图1是本发明具体实施方式中柔性印刷粪尿传感器的原理图。参图1所示,本实施方式中,柔性印刷粪尿传感器的原理图,包括柔性薄膜衬底11、印刷导电电极12、传感区域13。其中,柔性薄膜衬底11的材质可以是:纸、聚合物、无机物、天然纤维制品、金属、复合材料。柔性薄膜衬底11作为印刷衬底,用以支持传感器的电极部分12,和功能材料。印刷导电电极12,可以使用:银浆、铝浆、铜浆、金浆等金属浆料,也可以是:透明导电浆料、导电聚合物、掺杂无机半导体材料等。印刷工艺可以是:丝网印刷、移印、转印、套印、烫金、凹版印刷、凸版印刷、纳米压印、无掩膜打印、喷墨印刷。印刷导电电极12作为传感器的电极,用于传感功能的实现和电信号的传导。印刷导电电极12在功能材料的附着区13处,设计有叉齿状的传感电极14。两个传感电极14没有连接在一起,而是叉齿状的排列交错,便于传感信号的收集。传感区域13中附着的功能材料可以是:无机盐、有机盐、离子液体、有机小分子材料、高分子材料、无机介电材料、有机介电材料、聚合物树脂、纳米粒子、复合材料。功能材料的作用是:用以接触到粪尿排泄物中的成分,改变其电学参量,转化成可被电极感应到的电学量。
本发明优选的实施方式中,柔性薄膜衬底11选用耐高温纸;印刷导电电极12选用金属铝浆;功能材料选用最简单的无机盐NaCl;印刷图案采用图1中的叉齿状传感电极14;印刷工艺选用丝网印刷;传感区域13中NaCl的附着方式选用NaCl水溶液浸渍后烘干的办法。
继续参照图1所示,本实施方式中,所述柔性印刷粪尿传感器的工作过程为:当柔性印刷粪尿传感器没有接触到粪尿排泄物时,作为柔性薄膜衬底11的耐高温纸是干燥的,对应的传感区域13里面附着有NaCl的晶粒;结晶状的NaCl和干燥的耐高温纸是不导电的;因此,两叉齿状传感电极14之间的电阻是很大的。当柔性印刷粪尿传感器接触到粪尿排泄物时,作为柔性薄膜衬底11的耐高温纸会遇水湿润;NaCl在传感区域13上附着会被溶解;溶解的NaCl水溶液是导电的,进而导致两叉齿状传感电极14之间的电阻迅速变小。通过检测两印刷导电电极12之间的电阻,就可以确定柔性印刷粪尿传感器有无接触到粪尿排泄物。
图2是本发明具体实施方式中柔性印刷粪尿传感器应用示意图。参图2所示,图中示意地绘示了婴幼儿纸尿裤的图形,其中:21是表示纸尿裤裤体,22是粪尿排泄物的吸收区,23是柔性印刷粪尿传感器,24是连接导线,25是探测处理电路。本实施方式中,优选地,所述柔性印刷粪尿传感器的传感区域13放置在粪尿排泄物的吸收区22的正下方。柔性印刷粪尿传感器23可以通过连接导线24将两电极的阻值传送到探测处理电路25中,处理电路可以根据阻值的变化分析出是否有粪尿排泄物的产生,处理电路还可以通过无线信号,传输给想要获得信息的设备终端。
值得提及的是,本发明其他实施方式中,所述柔性薄膜衬底11、印刷导电电极12,功能材料均可以别的类似材料被替换;其印刷工艺,吸附方式也可以被替换;探测的电学量也可以被替换。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:所述柔性印刷粪尿传感器,传出的是电信号,容易被探测和智能化控制使用;所述柔性印刷粪尿传感器包括柔性薄膜衬底、印刷导电电极、功能材料,结构简单,原料丰富,用料省;所述柔性印刷粪尿传感器使用工业上已经成熟的印刷工艺,适合大规模批量生产,工艺成本低,完全可以实现一次性使用用完即扔;所述柔性印刷粪尿传感器对于仅仅检测粪尿的有与无来说,灵敏度足够;所述柔性印刷粪尿传感器是平面的,面积可以做的很小,方便在纸内裤和尿不湿中使用,使用者不会感觉到任何不适。
以上所述仅是本发明的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种柔性印刷粪尿传感器,其特征在于包括:柔性薄膜衬底、印刷导电电极、传感区域三部分,其中:柔性薄膜衬底作为印刷衬底,用以支持传感器的电极部分和功能材料的附着;印刷导电电极作为传感器的电极,用于传感功能的实现和电信号的传导;传感区域,用以附着功能材料并且接触到粪尿排泄物中的成分改变其电学参量转化成可被电极感应到的电学量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔性印刷粪尿传感器,其特征在于所述柔性薄膜衬底可以是:纸、聚合物、无机物、天然纤维制品、金属、复合材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柔性印刷粪尿传感器,其特征在于制备工艺可以是:丝网印刷、移印、转印、套印、烫金、凹版印刷、凸版印刷、纳米压印、无掩膜打印、喷墨印刷,所述印刷导电电极其油墨可以是:银浆、铝浆、铜浆、金浆、透明导电浆料、导电聚合物、掺杂无机半导体材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的柔性印刷粪尿传感器,其特征在于所述功能材料可以是:无机盐、有机盐、离子液体、有机小分子材料、高分子材料、无机介电材料、有机介电材料、聚合物树脂、纳米粒子、复合材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的柔性印刷粪尿传感器,其特征在于所述粪尿传感器可以包括多个探测区域且各个探测区域分别探测不同的物质,如:水、湿气、尿素、氨气、吲哚、二氧化硫、硫化氢等探测区域。
6.根据权利要求1所述的柔性印刷粪尿传感器,其特征在于所述电极形状,可以是衬底同一平面方向上的平行排列,扭曲排列,交错排列,还可以分别印刷在衬底的上下两个平面上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的柔性印刷粪尿传感器,其特征在于所述功能材料可以印刷在衬底上面的两电极之间,可以吸附在衬底的孔隙中,可以涂覆或者黏贴在整个传感区域,还可以包埋在衬底内。
8.根据权利要求1所述的柔性印刷粪尿传感器,其特征在于所述功能材料也可以省略,单单利用衬底和粪尿的物理化学性质实现传感。
9.根据权利要求1所述的柔性印刷粪尿传感器,其特征在于所述电学量,可以是:电压、电流、电阻、电导、电感、阻抗、相位。
