In step 404, it is determined whether the user tag information to which the smart band or watch belongs is the first type of user tag information, if so, step 405 is executed, and if not, step 406 is executed.

In this embodiment, the wristband status signal sent by the detection circuit and received by the receiving module 11 is a wristband connection status signal or a wristband release status signal. When the detection circuit detects that the state of the wristband is the connection state, the receiving module 11 receives a wristband connection state signal sent by the detection circuit, and when the detection circuit detects that the state of the wristband is the release state, the receiving module 11 receives a wristband release state signal sent by the detection circuit.
In this embodiment, the determining module 12 may determine whether the wristband status signal is a wristband unfastening status signal according to the identification information or the numerical value carried in the wristband status signal. When the judging module 12 determines that the wristband status signal is the wristband untie status signal, the obtaining module 13 obtains a pre-stored emergency treatment policy. In this embodiment, the emergency processing policy acquired by the acquiring module 13 may be any one or a combination of any multiple of the following emergency processing policies: starting an alarm; sending help seeking information to a terminal of a guardian user bound with the intelligent bracelet or the watch; a pre-stored police phone is called.

A first receiving sub-module 111 configured to receive a wristband connection status signal sent by the detection circuit, where the wristband connection status signal is sent after the detection circuit detects that the plug is inserted into the buckle of the wristband.
A second receiving submodule 112 configured to receive a wristband off state signal sent by the detection circuit, where the wristband off state signal is sent after the detection circuit detects that the plug is pulled out of the latch of the wristband.

A first obtaining sub-module 131 configured to obtain first unlocking wristband verification information input by a user when the wristband status signal is a wristband unlocking status signal.

In this embodiment, the verification sub-module 132 compares the first unlocking wristband verification information with the second unlocking wristband verification information, determines that the user who inputs the first unlocking wristband verification information is a valid user if the first unlocking wristband verification information and the second unlocking wristband verification information satisfy the condition of verifying legitimacy, and determines that the user who inputs the first unlocking wristband verification information is an illegal user if the first unlocking wristband verification information and the second unlocking wristband verification information do not satisfy the condition of verifying legitimacy.

In this embodiment, when it is determined that the user who inputs the first unlocking wristband authentication information is an illegal user, that is, the behavior of taking off the smart wristband or the watch is a malicious act of taking off, the second obtaining submodule 133 obtains a pre-stored emergency processing policy and starts the emergency processing policy.

Having described the internal functions and structure of the emergency processing policy starting apparatus for a smart bracelet or watch, as shown in fig. 9, in practice, the emergency processing policy starting apparatus for a smart bracelet or watch may be implemented as a smart bracelet or watch, including:

FIG. 10 is a block diagram illustrating another type of smart bracelet or watch according to an example embodiment. For example, the smart bracelet or watch 800 may be a tracking and positioning bracelet or watch, a loss prevention bracelet or watch, a bracelet or watch that monitors body signs, etc., which is suitable for groups of various ages.
Referring to fig. 10, the smart bracelet or watch 800 may include one or more of the following components: a processing component 802, a memory 804, a power component 806, a multimedia component 808, an audio component 810, an input/output (I/O) interface 812, a sensor component 814, and a communication component 816.
The processing component 802 generally controls the overall operation of the smart bracelet or watch 800, such as operations associated with display, phone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing components 802 may include one or more processors 820 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods described above. Further, the processing component 802 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between the processing component 802 and other components. For example, the processing component 802 can include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 808 and the processing component 802.
The memory 804 is configured to store various types of data to support operations on the smart bracelet or watch 800. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the smart band or watch 800, contact data, phone book data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 804 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
Power components 806 provide power to the various components of the smart bracelet or watch 800. Power components 806 may include a power management system, one or more power sources, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for smart bracelet or watch 800.
The multimedia component 808 includes a screen between the smart bracelet or watch 800 and the user that provides an output interface. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 808 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. When the smart band or watch 800 is in an operation mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode, the front camera and/or the rear camera may receive external multimedia data. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 810 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 810 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive an external audio signal when the smart band or watch 800 is in an operating mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 804 or transmitted via the communication component 816.
The I/O interface 812 provides an interface between the processing component 802 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor assembly 814 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of state assessment for the smart bracelet or watch 800. For example, the sensor assembly 814 may detect an open/closed state of the smart bracelet or watch 800, the relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of the smart bracelet or watch 800, the sensor assembly 814 may also detect a change in position of a component of the smart bracelet or watch 800 or the smart bracelet or watch 800, the presence or absence of user contact with the smart bracelet or watch 800, orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the smart bracelet or watch 800, and a change in temperature of the smart bracelet or watch 800. Sensor assembly 814 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 814 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 814 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 816 is configured to facilitate wired or wireless communication between the smart bracelet or watch 800 and other devices. The smart band or watch 800 may have access to a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 816 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 816 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the smart bracelet or watch 800 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors, or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium is also provided, such as the memory 804 including instructions executable by the processor 820 of the smart bracelet or watch 800 to perform the above-described method. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having instructions therein which, when executed by a processor of a smart bracelet or watch, enable the smart bracelet or watch to perform an emergency treatment policy initiation method, the method comprising:
receiving a wrist strap state signal sent by a detection circuit;
judging whether the wrist strap state signal is a wrist strap unlocking state signal or not;
if the wrist strap state signal is a wrist strap unlocking state signal, a pre-stored emergency treatment strategy is obtained;
and starting an emergency treatment strategy.

Claims (17)

1. An emergency treatment strategy starting method for a smart bracelet or watch, the method comprising the following steps:
receiving a wrist strap state signal sent by a detection circuit;
judging whether the wrist strap state signal is a wrist strap unlocking state signal or not;
if the wrist strap state signal is a wrist strap unlocking state signal, a pre-stored emergency treatment strategy is obtained;
and starting an emergency treatment strategy.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the detection circuit is built into the wristband, the detection circuit comprising a latch corresponding to a clasp of the wristband;
the wrist strap state signal sent by the receiving and detecting circuit comprises:
receiving a wrist strap connection state signal sent by the detection circuit, wherein the wrist strap connection state signal is sent after the detection circuit detects that a bolt is inserted into a lock catch of the wrist strap;
or,
and receiving a wrist strap disconnection state signal sent by the detection circuit, wherein the wrist strap disconnection state signal is sent after the detection circuit detects that the bolt is pulled out of the lock catch of the wrist strap.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining a pre-stored emergency treatment policy if the wristband status signal is a wristband untie status signal comprises:
if the wrist strap state signal is a wrist strap unlocking state signal, first unlocking wrist strap verification information input by a user is acquired;
verifying the legality of the user who inputs the first unlocking wrist strap verification information according to the prestored second unlocking wrist strap verification information;
and if the user inputting the first unlocking wrist strap verification information is an illegal user, acquiring a prestored emergency treatment strategy.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the first unwrapped wristband authentication information and the second unwrapped wristband authentication information are each any one of: fingerprint information, password information, voice information, iris information; and the first unwrapped wristband authentication information corresponds to the second unwrapped wristband authentication information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining a pre-stored emergency treatment policy if the wristband status signal is a wristband untie status signal comprises:
if the wrist strap state signal is a wrist strap unlocking state signal, user mark information of the intelligent wrist strap or the watch is acquired;
and acquiring an emergency treatment strategy corresponding to the user mark information from pre-stored emergency treatment strategies.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the user tag information comprises a first type of user tag information or a second type of user tag information;
the first type of user mark information includes any one of the following information: child marking information, minor marking information, and old marking information;
the second type of user marking information is the marking information of the middle-aged and young people.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein if the user tag information to which the smart band or watch belongs is the first type of user tag information, the initiating the emergency treatment policy comprises:
starting an alarm to enable the alarm to broadcast help seeking information;
sending help seeking information to a terminal of a guardian user bound with the intelligent bracelet or the watch;
and calling a prestored police telephone to alarm the police for help.
8. The method according to claim 6, wherein if the user tag information to which the smart band or watch belongs is the second type of user tag information, the initiating the emergency treatment policy comprises:
starting an alarm to broadcast help seeking information;
and calling a prestored police telephone to alarm the police for help.
9. An emergency treatment strategy starting device for a smart bracelet or watch, the device comprising:
a receiving module configured to receive the wristband status signal sent by the detection circuit;
a judging module configured to judge whether the wrist strap state signal is a wrist strap unfastening state signal;
the acquisition module is configured to acquire a prestored emergency treatment strategy when the wrist strap state signal is a wrist strap unlocking state signal;
a start module configured to start an emergency treatment policy.
10. The device of claim 9, wherein the detection circuit is built into the wristband, the detection circuit comprising a latch corresponding to a clasp of the wristband;
the receiving module comprises:
the first receiving submodule is configured to receive a wrist strap connection state signal sent by the detection circuit, and the wrist strap connection state signal is sent after the detection circuit detects that a bolt is inserted into a lock catch of the wrist strap;
the second receiving submodule is configured to receive a wrist strap open state signal sent by the detection circuit, and the wrist strap open state signal is sent after the detection circuit detects that the bolt is pulled out of the lock catch of the wrist strap.
11. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the obtaining module, when the wristband status signal is a wristband untied status signal, comprises:
the first obtaining submodule is configured to obtain first unlocking wrist strap verification information input by a user when the wrist strap state signal is a wrist strap unlocking state signal;
a verification submodule configured to verify validity of a user who inputs the first unwrapped wristband verification information according to pre-stored second unwrapped wristband verification information;
and the second obtaining sub-module is configured to obtain a pre-stored emergency treatment strategy when the user inputting the first unlocking wristband verification information is an illegal user.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the first unwrapped wristband authentication information and the second unwrapped wristband authentication information are each any one of: fingerprint information, password information, voice information, iris information; and the first unwrapped wristband authentication information corresponds to the second unwrapped wristband authentication information.
13. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the obtaining module, when the wristband status signal is a wristband untied status signal, comprises:
the third obtaining sub-module is configured to obtain user mark information to which the smart band or the watch belongs when the wristband state signal is a wristband untie state signal;
and the fourth obtaining sub-module is configured to obtain the emergency treatment strategy corresponding to the user mark information from the pre-stored emergency treatment strategies.
14. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the user tag information comprises a first type of user tag information or a second type of user tag information;
the first type of user mark information includes any one of the following information: child marking information, minor marking information, and old marking information;
the second type of user marking information is the marking information of the middle-aged and young people.
15. The apparatus according to claim 14, wherein when the user tag information to which the smart band or watch belongs is the first type of user tag information, the starting module comprises:
an activation sub-module configured to activate an alarm to cause the alarm to broadcast help information;
the transmitting submodule is configured to transmit help seeking information to a terminal of a guardian user bound with the intelligent bracelet or the watch;
a calling sub-module configured to call a pre-stored police telephone to alert the police for help.
16. The apparatus according to claim 14, wherein when the user tag information to which the smart band or watch belongs is the second type of user tag information, the starting module comprises:
the starting sub-module is configured to start the alarm to broadcast the help-seeking information;
a calling sub-module configured to call a pre-stored police telephone to alert the police for help.
17. An intelligent bracelet or watch, comprising:
a processor;
a memory configured to store processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to:
receiving a wrist strap state signal sent by a detection circuit;
judging whether the wrist strap state signal is a wrist strap unlocking state signal or not;
if the wrist strap state signal is a wrist strap unlocking state signal, a pre-stored emergency treatment strategy is obtained;
and starting an emergency treatment strategy.
