本发明涉及一种水刺无纺布的生产方法,包括如下步骤:(1)摘取棉花朵的根部;(2)将步骤(1)得到的棉花朵根部物打碎;(3)将步骤(2)得到的打碎物加热至70‑75℃,并在该温度下保持40‑60min,得到浆状物;(4)将步骤(3)得到的浆状物在70‑75℃下搅拌20‑25min,得到用于生产水刺无纺布的超细棉纤维;(5)向步骤(4)得到的超细棉纤维中加入粘胶纤维,得到水刺无纺布,采用该生产方法得到的水刺无纺布具有柔软、结实耐用、环保、吸水性好,无毒无刺激无致敏性,使用方便舒适等优点。

一种水刺无纺布的生产方法
所属技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布制造领域,尤其涉及一种水刺无纺布的生产方法。
背景技术
水刺无纺布是将高压微细水流喷射到一层或多层纤维网上,使纤维相互缠结在一起,从而使纤网得以加固而具备一定强力,得到的织物即为水刺无纺布。水刺无纺布的纤维原料来源广泛,可以是涤纶、锦纶、丙纶、粘胶纤维、甲壳素纤维、超细纤维、天丝、蚕丝、竹纤维、木浆纤维、海藻纤维等。
天然棉花由于原料充足、处理简单,且具有柔软、环保、吸水性好,无毒无刺激无致敏性,使用方便舒适等优点,被广泛地用于水刺无纺布的原料生产中,使用棉纤维生产水刺无纺布,可以避免合成纤维无纺布因其化学成分对人体的损害,一般的棉纤维都是采用棉花朵制成,而棉花朵根部的纤维和含胶物则被没有很好地利用,造成了资源浪费,同时水刺无纺布的生产过程中一般需要加入粘胶纤维,粘胶纤维是一种合成再生化学纤维,如果用量过多会对使用者造成健康危害,也不符合节能环保,健康安全的主流趋势。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供一种水刺无纺布的生产方法,该方法生产得到的水刺无纺布结实耐用质量好,具有良好的吸水性能,且节能环保安全。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种水刺无纺布的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)摘取棉花朵的根部;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的棉花朵根部物打碎;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的打碎物加热至70-75℃,并在该温度下保持40-60min,得到浆状物;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的浆状物在70-75℃下搅拌20-25min,得到用于生产水刺无纺布的超细棉纤维;
(5)向步骤(4)得到的超细棉纤维中加入粘胶纤维,得到水刺无纺布。
进一步的,步骤(1)中所述的棉花朵的根部包括棉花籽、杂质以及含胶物。
进一步的,步骤(2)中将所述的棉花朵根部物打碎至长度为1mm-2mm。
进一步的,步骤(3)中所述的保持时间为40-50min。
进一步的,步骤(4)中浆状物的搅拌速率为500-800r/min。
进一步的,步骤(5)中黏胶纤维的重量百分比为30-50%,超细棉纤维的重量百分比为50-70%。
与现有技术相比,本发明产生的有益效果是:利用棉花朵根部物质,通过打碎、加热浆化、搅拌和加胶获得水刺无纺布,工艺简单,容易实现工业化,且得到的水刺无纺布更加结实耐劳,吸水率更高,同时由于棉花根部物质中含有胶质物,用天然胶质代替部分粘胶纤维,可以减少粘胶纤维的使用量,更加节能环保安全
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明:
实施例1
一种水刺无纺布的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)摘取棉花朵的根部;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的棉花朵根部物打碎至1mm;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的打碎物加热至70℃,并在该温度下保持40min,得到浆状物;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的浆状物在70℃下搅拌20min,得到用于生产水刺无纺布的超细棉纤维,搅拌速率为500r/min;
(5)向步骤(4)得到的超细棉纤维中加入粘胶纤维,得到水刺无纺布。
本实施例中,粘胶纤维的重量百分比为30%,超细棉纤维的重量百分比为70%。
实施例2
一种水刺无纺布的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)摘取棉花朵的根部;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的棉花朵根部物打碎至2mm;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的打碎物加热至75℃,并在该温度下保持60min,得到浆状物;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的浆状物在75℃下搅拌25min,得到用于生产水刺无纺布的超细棉纤维,搅拌速率为800r/min;
(5)向步骤(4)得到的超细棉纤维中加入粘胶纤维,得到水刺无纺布。
本实施例中,粘胶纤维的重量百分比为50%,超细棉纤维的重量百分比为50%。
实施例3
一种水刺无纺布的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)摘取棉花朵的根部;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的棉花朵根部物打碎至1mm;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的打碎物加热至75℃,并在该温度下保持40min,得到浆状物;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的浆状物在75℃下搅拌25min,得到用于生产水刺无纺布的超细棉纤维,搅拌速率为500r/min;
(5)向步骤(4)得到的超细棉纤维中加入粘胶纤维,得到水刺无纺布。
本实施例中,粘胶纤维的重量百分比为40%,超细棉纤维的重量百分比为60%。
采用该生产方法得到的水刺无纺布具有柔软、结实耐用、环保、吸水性好,无毒无刺激无致敏性,使用方便舒适等优点。

Claims (4)

1.一种水刺无纺布的生产方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)摘取棉花朵的根部,包括棉花籽、杂质以及含胶物;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的棉花朵根部物打碎;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的打碎物加热至70-75℃,并在该温度下保持40-60min,得到浆状物;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的浆状物在70-75℃下搅拌20-25min,得到用于生产水刺无纺布的超细棉纤维;
(5)向步骤(4)得到的超细棉纤维中加入粘胶纤维,得到水刺无纺布,粘胶纤维 的重量百分比为30-50%,超细棉纤维的重量百分比为50-70%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水刺无纺布的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中将所述棉花朵根部物打碎至长度为1mm-2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水刺无纺布的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中所述保持时间为40-50min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水刺无纺布的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中浆状物的搅拌速率为500-800r/min。
