Abstract
本发明属于医疗器械设计技术领域,具体涉及一种CR型和PS型股骨髁试模及髁间处理器功能一体化结构,包括髁间铣刀、股骨髁试模、髁间试模、髁间处理器和髁间骨刀,所述股骨髁试模的髁间结合面与髁间试模的结合曲面相配合;所述髁间处理器包括插入端和连接端,所述插入端可插入与其相匹配的股骨髁试模上的髁间处理器连接孔内,所述连接端可与髁间铣刀和髁间骨刀相连。本发明具有随时更换最优手术方案及配套工具;降低工具数量和成本;确保假体安装位置准确性,减少术中各部件相互匹配的环节;实现有效节省骨量的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械设计技术领域,尤其是涉及一种CR型和PS型股骨髁试模及髁间处理器功能一体化结构。
背景技术
目前,根据膝关节手术的适应症类型、病情严重程度、术前膝关节活动度情况、韧带的平衡情况等因素综合选定,可选择CR型或PS型膝关节假体。
CR型又名后交叉韧带保留型膝关节假体,由于其保留后交叉韧带,故同时保存了股骨髁间窝的骨量,术中无需特殊工具处理髁间窝,有利于将来可能发生的翻修手术;PS型又名后交叉韧带不保留型膝关节假体,由于其不保留后交叉韧带,故需要在术中对股骨髁间窝进行处理,形成盒式腔隙,以便容纳胫骨平台垫假体的立柱设计,从而实现并有效控制股骨的后滚。
CR型和PS型假体的股骨髁部件由于其对髁间窝处理方式的不同,其股骨髁假体也是不同的。在TKA手术中安装假体前,需要通过试模的预安装来确定假体的位置、大小及匹配度情况,现有市场上的CR型和PS型股骨髁的试模是完全不同且不通用的。其缺点如下:1.如果术前计划时根据X光片和病人运动情况决定用CR型假体,但是手术中由于韧带平衡、关节稳定性等问题需要临时变更为PS型假体,以便术后关节稳定性更好,病人关节功能恢复更佳,但是由于术前没有提前准备PS型的股骨髁试模,故实现的难度较大;2.如果同时准备CR型或PS型两种型式的股骨髁试模,工具重量很重,不便于运输,手术室的工具无菌消毒合格标准也无法达到:因为消毒工具总体积超大、超重会造成消毒箱压力无法渗透,从而消毒不能达到手术无菌的要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种根据病人的实际情况,可随时更换最优手术方案及配套工具;降低工具数量和成本;确保假体安装位置准确性,减少术中各部件相互匹配的环节;实现有效节省骨量的CR型和PS型股骨髁试模及髁间处理器功能一体化结构。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种CR型和PS型股骨髁试模及髁间处理器功能一体化结构,包括髁间铣刀、股骨髁试模、髁间试模、髁间处理器和髁间骨刀,所述股骨髁试模的髁间结合面与髁间试模的结合曲面相配合;所述髁间处理器包括插入端和连接端,所述插入端可插入与其相匹配的股骨髁试模上的髁间处理器连接孔内,所述连接端可与髁间铣刀和髁间骨刀相连。
所述髁间处理器连接端设置为方形连接孔。
所述髁间铣刀为电动铣刀。
所述髁间骨刀为手动骨刀。
由于采用上述技术方案,股骨髁试模和髁间试模的可配合连接,实现CR型和PS型股骨髁试模一体化设计,无论手术中是否保留后交叉韧带,均可通用;股骨髁试模与髁间处理器的可配合连接,实现二者之间的一体化设计;且通过髁间处理器可结合电动铣刀和手动骨刀的一体化设计,可根据病人的实际情况,随时更换最优的手术方案以及配套的工具,减少了TKA手术中,一个环节中3/4的工具数量,有效的降低了工具成本,确保了假体安装位置的准确性,减少了术中各部件相互匹配的环节,有效节省骨量的同时实现了将CR型和PS型股骨髁试模以及髁间处理器功能一体化。
本发明的有益效果是:具有随时更换最优手术方案及配套工具;降低工具数量和成本;确保假体安装位置准确性,减少术中各部件相互匹配的环节;实现有效节省骨量的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1至图6所示,本发明一种CR型和PS型股骨髁试模及髁间处理器功能一体化结构,包括髁间铣刀1、股骨髁试模2、髁间试模3、髁间处理器4和髁间骨刀5,所述股骨髁试模2的髁间结合面21与髁间试模3的结合曲面31相配合;所述髁间处理器4包括插入端41和连接端42,所述插入端41可插入与其相匹配的股骨髁试模2上的髁间处理器连接孔22内,所述连接端42可与髁间铣刀1和髁间骨刀5相连;所述髁间处理器4连接端42设置为方形连接孔43;所述髁间铣刀1为电动铣刀;所述髁间骨刀5为手动骨刀。
股骨髁试模2和髁间试模3的可配合连接,实现CR型和PS型股骨髁试模一体化设计,无论手术中是否保留后交叉韧带,均可通用;股骨髁试模2与髁间处理器4的可配合连接,实现二者之间的一体化设计;且通过髁间处理器4可结合电动铣刀和手动骨刀的一体化设计,可根据病人的实际情况,随时更换最优的手术方案以及配套的工具,减少了TKA手术中,一个环节中3/4的工具数量,有效的降低了工具成本,确保了假体安装位置的准确性,减少了术中各部件相互匹配的环节,有效节省骨量的同时实现了将CR型和PS型股骨髁试模以及髁间处理器功能一体化。

Claims (4)
1.一种后交叉韧带保留型(CR型)和后交叉韧带不保留型(PS型)股骨髁试模及髁间处理器功能一体化结构,其特征在于:包括髁间铣刀、股骨髁试模、髁间试模、髁间处理器和髁间骨刀,所述股骨髁试模的髁间结合面与髁间试模的结合曲面相配合;所述髁间处理器包括插入端和连接端,所述插入端能够插入与其相匹配的股骨髁试模上的髁间处理器连接孔内,所述连接端能够与髁间铣刀和髁间骨刀相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的后交叉韧带保留型(CR型)和后交叉韧带不保留型(PS型)股骨髁试模及髁间处理器功能一体化结构,其特征在于:所述髁间处理器连接端设置为方形连接孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的后交叉韧带保留型(CR型)和后交叉韧带不保留型(PS型)股骨髁试模及髁间处理器功能一体化结构,其特征在于:所述髁间铣刀为电动铣刀。
4.根据权利要求1所述的后交叉韧带保留型(CR型)和后交叉韧带不保留型(PS型)股骨髁试模及髁间处理器功能一体化结构,其特征在于:所述髁间骨刀为手动骨刀。
