本发明公开了一种铣削深方孔的机床,包括能固定铣刀并带动铣刀高速旋转的铣刀夹具,及设在铣刀夹具下方能上下、左右、前后动作的移动平台,还包括:工装夹具,设置在移动平台上方用来固定工件;夹具开关,设置在移动平台下方,用来开启或关闭工装夹具;开关保护门,设置在夹具开关前方,当启动机床时,开关保护门自动关闭,机床停止工作时开关保护门自动打开;控制器,用于控制移动平台的运动轨迹。该机床具有自动化程度高、生产成本低的优点。

一种铣削深方孔的机床
技术领域
本发明涉及机械加工设备技术领域,特别涉及一种能够自动地铣削深方孔的机床。
背景技术
超过60mm深度的高精度方孔加工的方式很多,效率最高的是用机械进行铣加工。但由于孔的深度较大,利用普通机床进行加工,需要人工8小时不停操作,对工人操作熟练程度,疲劳状况都有很高的要求,通常即使很熟练的工人,加工过程中经常出现操作失误的现象,增加了加工成本,也降低了生产效率。特别对于大批量深方孔的加工时,这种孔加工效率更加低下。
而现在市场中也出现了一些能铣削深方孔的自动化加工机床,如数控加工中心,但数控加工生产成本较高,不适合大批量深方孔的加工。因此,亟需研发一种生产成本低、自动化程度高的能铣削深方孔的专用机床。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种自动化程度高,且生产成本较低的铣削深方孔的机床。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现上述目的:
本发明提供的铣削深方孔的机床,包括能固定铣刀并带动铣刀高速旋转的铣刀夹具,及设在铣刀夹具下方能上下、左右、前后动作的移动平台,还包括:
工装夹具,设置在移动平台上方用来固定工件;
夹具开关,设置在移动平台下方,用来开启或关闭工装夹具;
开关保护门,设置在夹具开关前方,当启动机床时,开关保护门自动关闭,机床停止工作时开关保护门自动打开;
控制器,用于控制移动平台的运动轨迹。
进一步的,还包括监控器,用于监控工人的位置,当工人离开座位进入安全位置时机床自动启动。
优选的是,所述夹具开关利用脚踩的方式控制。
优选的是,所述移动平台的上下、前后、左右动作采用伺服电机加滚珠丝杆方式。
优选的是,所述移动平台运动精度为0.001mm。
更进一步的,所述移动平台在非工作时或走完运动轨迹时,移动平台将回归到起点。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明所公开的能铣削深方孔的专用机床,具备了生产成本低及自动化程度高的双重优点;
2、设置监控器监控工人的位置,当工人离开座位进入安全位置时机床自动启动,可方便工人同时操作多台机床;
3、在夹具开关前方设置开关保护门,当启动机床时开关保护门自动关闭,机床停止工作时开关保护门自动打开,可避免夹具开关误操作,使本发明安全性能更高。

具体实施方式
为了便于理解本发明,下面将参照相关附图对本发明进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本发明的较佳实施方式。但是,本发明可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施方式。
图1是本发明铣削深方孔机床的示意图。
如图1所示,铣削深方孔的机床,包括能固定铣刀410并带动铣刀410高速旋转的铣刀夹具400,及设在铣刀夹具400下方能上下、左右、前后动作的移动平台700,还包括:
工装夹具200,设置在移动平台700上方用来固定工件;
夹具开关600,设置在移动平台700下方,用来开启或关闭工装夹具200;
开关保护门100,设置在夹具开关600前方,当启动机床时,开关保护门100自动关闭,机床停止工作时开关保护门100自动打开,可避免夹具开关600误操作,使本发明安全性能更高;
控制器300,用于控制移动平台700的运动轨迹。
在本实施方式中,进一步的,铣削深方孔的机床还包括监控器500,用于监控工人的位置,当工人离开座位进入安全位置时机床自动启动,可方便工人同时操作多台机床。
为了了方便工人操作,夹具开关600利用脚踩的方式控制。
移动平台700的上下、前后、左右动作采用伺服电机加滚珠丝杆方式,移动平台运动精度为0.001mm。
在本实施方式中,移动平台700在非工作时或走完运动轨迹时,移动平台700都将自动回归到起点(即机床零点)。
具体操作流程是,工人脚踏夹具开关600给工装夹具200打开信号,工装夹具200自动打开,工人将需要加工的工件安装在工装夹具200上,待工件安装完毕后工人将脚移开夹具开关600,工装夹具200将闭合。然后工人起身离开机床,当监控器500检测到工人进入安全范围后立即自动启动机床,同时控制平台700在控制器500的作用下按照预先设置好的运动轨迹上下、前后、左右运动进行铣削工作。移动平台700走完运动轨迹,移动平台700自动回归到起点,等待工人更换工件再次进行工作。

1.一种铣削深方孔的机床,包括能固定铣刀并带动铣刀高速旋转的铣刀夹具,及设在铣刀夹具下方能上下、左右、前后动作的移动平台,其特征在于,还包括:
工装夹具,固定在移动平台上方用来固定工件;
夹具开关,设置在移动平台下方,用来开启或关闭工装夹具;
开关保护门,设置在夹具开关前方,当启动机床时,开关保护门自动关闭,机床停止工作时开关保护门自动打开;
控制器,用于控制移动平台的运动轨迹。
2.如权利要求1所述的机床,其特征在于,还包括监控器,用于监控工人的位置。
3.如权利要求1所述的机床,其特征在于,所述夹具开关利用脚踩的方式控制。
4.如权利要求1所述的机床,其特征在于,所述移动平台的上下、前后、左右动作采用伺服电机加滚珠丝杆方式。
5.如权利要求4所述的机床,其特征在于,所述移动平台运动精度为0.001mm。
6.如权利要求1~5任何一项所述的机床,其特征在于,所述移动平台在非工作时或走完运动轨迹时,移动平台将回归到起点。
