Abstract

本发明公开了一种声光双控的凹面OLED聚光灯,包括凹面OLED光源、保护壳、声音传感器、光线感应器、微电脑控制芯片和稳压电源,所述凹面OLED光源包括OLED及位于所述OLED背面的柔性材料衬底,所述OLED及柔性材料衬底形成弧形凹面,所述声音传感器和光线感应器的输出端分别与所述微电脑控制芯片的输入端相连,所述微电脑控制芯片的输出端与所述稳压电源相连,所述稳压电源与所述凹面OLED光源相连。因此本发明所提供的一种声光双控的凹面OLED聚光灯通过外界光线和声音的双重控制实现节电降耗,且亮度较高,结构简单,适合应用于户外公共场所等需要聚光照明的场合。

Description

声光双控的凹面OLED聚光灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种声光双控的凹面OLED聚光灯,属于照明设备领域。
背景技术
OLED,即有机发光二极管(OrganicLight-EmittingDiode),又称为有机电激光显示(OrganicElectroluminesenceDisplay,OELD)。OLED具有自发光的特性,采用非常薄的有机材料涂层和玻璃基板,当电流通过时,有机材料就会发光。OLED能让电子设备产生更明亮、更清晰的图像,其耗电量小于传统的发光二极管(LED),也小于当今人们使用的液晶显示器(LCD)。另外,OLED具有可视角度大,能柔性弯曲的特点。
然而,OLED光源的灯具作为新型面发光光源,其通常的使用亮度由其发光面积决定,也可以通过改变OLED光源的发光亮度,但是这样会缩短OLED光源灯具的使用寿命。
此外,OLED光源在应用于公共场所的照明时,如果采取手动开关,常常会在不必要的情况下长时间通电照明,造成OLED光源的损耗和电量浪费。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够智能开关,节电降耗,亮度较高,结构简单的声光双控的凹面OLED聚光灯。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是一种声光双控的凹面OLED聚光灯,包括凹面OLED光源、保护壳、声音传感器、光线感应器、微电脑控制芯片和稳压电源,所述凹面OLED光源包括OLED及位于所述OLED背面的柔性材料衬底,所述OLED及柔性材料衬底形成弧形凹面,所述凹面OLED光源固定在所述保护壳内,所述保护壳外设置有所述声音传感器和光线感应器,所述声音传感器和光线感应器的输出端分别与所述微电脑控制芯片的输入端相连,所述微电脑控制芯片的输出端与所述稳压电源相连,所述稳压电源与所述凹面OLED光源相连。
所述凹面OLED光源的出光口设置有透明的平面保护罩。
所述平面保护罩为有色透明材质。
所述稳压电源及微电脑控制芯片安装在所述保护壳内。
所述稳压电源上连接有手动开关。
所述凹面OLED光源由发光面向外依次包括阳极透明基板,ITO导电阳极,空穴传输层,发光层,电子传输层,导电阴极,以及阴极透明基板。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1.光线感应器、声音传感器和微电脑控制芯片的设置实现了通过光线和声音控制电源的连通,因此本发明适合应用于户外等公共场所,当外部光线充足时,声音传感器关闭,无论此时是否有声音,均不会接通电源;当光线不足时,声音传感器启动,当有人经过时脚步声、说话声可以触发电源接通,开启OLED光源,并可通过微电脑控制芯片设施适当的延时时间,当一段时间内没有新的声音触发时,电源自动切断,关闭OLED光源;通过光线感应器和声音传感器的双重设置,避免了在光线充足的条件下声控开启OLED光源,造成电力浪费,同时在光线不足的情况下,通过声音传感器控制OLED光源的开关,可以避免采用手动开关时因为忘记关闭产生的电力浪费。
2.所采用OLED作为发光源,与LED等发光源相比,实现了降低耗电量;
3.采用凹面自聚光结构,使整个凹面OLED所发出的光线汇聚在后从出光口射出,与平面OLED光源相比,提高了同样发光面积下的发光亮度;
4.与常用的采用反射碗加中心辐射光源结构的聚光灯相比,本发明具有结构简单的特点;
5.结合出光口的有色透明保护罩,可以发出亮度较高的彩色光。
因此本发明所提供的一种声光双控的凹面OLED聚光灯通过外界光线和声音的双重控制实现节电降耗,且亮度较高,结构简单,适合应用于户外公共场所等需要聚光照明的场合。

如图1所示的一种声光双控的凹面OLED聚光灯,包括凹面OLED光源1、保护壳2、声音传感器3、光线感应器4、微电脑控制芯片5和稳压电源6,所述凹面OLED光源1包括OLED及位于所述OLED背面的柔性材料衬底,所述OLED及柔性材料衬底形成弧形凹面,所述凹面OLED光源1固定在所述保护壳2内,所述保护壳2外设置有所述声音传感器3和光线感应器4,所述声音传感器3和光线感应器4的输出端分别与所述微电脑控制芯片5的输入端相连,所述微电脑控制芯片5的输出端与所述稳压电源6相连,所述稳压电源6与所述凹面OLED光源1相连
所述凹面OLED光源1的出光口设置有透明的平面保护罩7。
所述平面保护罩7为有色透明材质。
所述稳压电源6及微电脑控制芯片5安装在所述保护壳内。
所述稳压电源6上连接有手动开关。
所述凹面OLED光源1由发光面向外依次包括阳极透明基板,ITO导电阳极,空穴传输层,发光层,电子传输层,导电阴极,以及阴极透明基板。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种声光双控的凹面OLED聚光灯,其特征在于:包括凹面OLED光源、保护壳、声音传感器、光线感应器、微电脑控制芯片和稳压电源,所述凹面OLED光源包括OLED及位于所述OLED背面的柔性材料衬底,所述OLED及柔性材料衬底形成弧形凹面,所述凹面OLED光源固定在所述保护壳内,所述保护壳外设置有所述声音传感器和光线感应器,所述声音传感器和光线感应器的输出端分别与所述微电脑控制芯片的输入端相连,所述微电脑控制芯片的输出端与所述稳压电源相连,所述稳压电源与所述凹面OLED光源相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的声光双控的凹面OLED聚光灯,其特征在于:所述凹面OLED光源的出光口设置有透明的平面保护罩。
3.如权利要求2所述的声光双控的凹面OLED聚光灯,其特征在于:所述平面保护罩为有色透明材质。
4.如权利要求1所述的声光双控的凹面OLED聚光灯,其特征在于:所述稳压电源及微电脑控制芯片安装在所述保护壳内。
5.如权利要求1所述的声光双控的凹面OLED聚光灯,其特征在于:所述稳压电源上连接有手动开关。
6.如权利要求1所述的声光双控的凹面OLED聚光灯,其特征在于:所述凹面OLED光源由发光面向外依次包括阳极透明基板,ITO导电阳极,空穴传输层,发光层,电子传输层,导电阴极,以及阴极透明基板。
