In an embodiment of the present invention, the middle frame 1 of the display, please refer to fig. 1, which includes a main body plate 11, wherein the main body plate 11 has a front surface and a rear surface that are oppositely disposed, and two side surfaces that are disposed on two sides of the front surface and the rear surface along the left-right direction, the front surface is convexly provided with two first mounting plates 111 that are oppositely disposed, and a first accommodating groove 2 that is disposed between the two first mounting plates 111 is formed, the rear surface is convexly provided with two second mounting plates 112 that are oppositely disposed, and a second accommodating groove (not labeled) that is disposed between the two second mounting plates 112 is formed, and the first accommodating groove 2 and the second accommodating groove are used for accommodating and limiting the lcd panel assembly 3 of the display.
According to the technical scheme, the two first mounting plates 111 which are oppositely arranged are convexly arranged on the front surface of the middle frame 1 of the display to form the first accommodating groove 2 between the two first mounting plates 111, the two second mounting plates 112 which are oppositely arranged are arranged on the rear surface of the middle frame to form the second accommodating groove between the two second mounting plates 112, and therefore the liquid crystal screen assemblies 3 can be arranged on the front side and the rear side of the middle frame, the shell 100 of the display 200 can be provided with the liquid crystal screen assemblies 3 on two sides, and double-sided display of the display 200 is achieved.
Preferably, referring to fig. 1 and 3, a plurality of mounting holes 113 are formed on outer surfaces of the two first mounting plates 111 and the two second mounting plates 112, and the mounting holes 113 are fixedly connected to the yielding holes 41 of the housing 4 of the display 200 by screws (not shown). The middle frame and the shell 4 penetrate through the first abdicating hole 41 on the mounting frame 42 of the shell 4 through a screw (not shown) and are connected with the mounting hole 113 on the mounting plate for fixed connection, so that the problem that the shell 4 crushes the liquid crystal screen assembly 3 due to the fact that the screw is locked in the front-back direction can be effectively avoided; meanwhile, the thickness of the first mounting plate 111 and the second mounting plate 112 can be reduced, which is advantageous for reducing the size of the bezel of the housing 100 of the display.
Preferably, referring to fig. 2, the left and right side surfaces of the main body plate 11 are provided with support plates 11a extending in the front-rear direction, the support plates 11a extend forward and exceed the front surface of the main body plate 11 to form a first mounting plate 111, the support plates 11a extend backward and exceed the rear surface of the main body plate 11 to form a second mounting plate 112, the outer surface of the support plates 11a is convexly provided with bosses 114 extending in the up-down direction, the side surfaces of the bosses 114 are used for limiting the housing 4, and the outer surfaces of the bosses 114 and the side surfaces of the housing 4 are coplanar. With the arrangement, the problem that the shell 100 of the display is uneven due to the fact that the mounting frame 42 protrudes out of the outer surfaces of the first mounting plate 111 and the second mounting plate 112 is avoided, so that the shell 100 of the display is flat and smooth integrally and attractive in appearance.
Preferably, referring to fig. 1 and 3, a supporting pillar 115 extending in the vertical direction is convexly disposed on the front surface and/or the rear surface of the main body plate 11, and both ends of the supporting pillar 115 are respectively provided with a threaded hole 115a for connecting with a fixing member (not shown) to fix the display 200. In this embodiment, three support pillars 115 extending in the vertical direction are convexly disposed on the main body plate 11, wherein two support pillars 115 are respectively disposed between the left and right side surfaces of the main body plate 11 and the corresponding first mounting plate 111, and the other support pillar 115 is disposed in the middle of the main body plate 11, so that the display 200 is stressed evenly when being hung or placed on the ground, and the display 200 is mounted more stably.
Preferably, referring to fig. 1 and 6, a plurality of positioning posts 116 are disposed on both the front surface and the rear surface of the main body plate 11, and the positioning posts 116 are used to cooperate with the positioning holes 31 on the liquid crystal panel assembly 3 to position the liquid crystal panel assembly 3 on the main body plate 11. In this embodiment, the positioning posts 116 are protruded at four corners of the main body plate 11, so that the liquid crystal panel assembly 3 is more stably mounted, and meanwhile, the positioning process performed when the liquid crystal panel assembly 3 is mounted is reduced, thereby improving the assembling efficiency of the display 200.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and 6, the main body plate 11 is provided with an elastic pad 5 sleeved with the positioning post 116, and the elastic pad 5 is used for abutting against the liquid crystal panel assembly 3. By such arrangement, the heat dissipation space of the core board of the display 200 is further increased, so that the core board of the display 200 is prevented from being retained between the core board of the display 200 and the main body board 11, and the heat dissipation speed of the core board of the display 200 is increased.
The present invention further provides a housing 100 of a display, referring to fig. 3, including a middle frame 1 of the display, two outer shells 4 connected to front and rear sides of the middle frame 1 of the display, and a rear cover (not shown) for connecting with the middle frame when a liquid crystal panel assembly 33 is installed on the middle frame 1 of the display. With the arrangement, one liquid crystal panel assembly 3 or two liquid crystal panel assemblies 3 can be mounted on the casing 100 of the display, so that the universality of the casing 100 of the display is improved, and the display 200 can be switched between single-sided display and double-sided display; when the display 200 is single-sided display, the core board of the display 200 corresponds to the core board of single-channel display, and when the display 200 is double-sided display, the core board of the display 200 is the core board of double-channel display, so that stable picture output of the display 200 is ensured.
Preferably, the housing 4 includes a panel 43 and a mounting frame 42 extending from the periphery of the panel 43 to the middle frame 1 of the display, and the mounting frame 42 is opened with a first through hole 421 for exposing the end of the supporting column 115.
