在WO 03/104370中,提出使用含锌硅酸盐涂层以避免玻璃腐蚀。
由US 5,981,456和WO 99/05248已知很多器皿洗涤组合物,其中可加入锌盐或铋盐以防止刀具锈蚀或腐蚀。
WO 2002/64719公开了烯属不饱和羧酸与例如烯属不饱和羧酸的酯的某些共聚物可用于器皿洗涤组合物中。
WO 2010/020765公开了包含聚乙烯亚胺的器皿洗涤组合物。该器皿洗涤组合物可包含磷酸盐或不含磷酸盐。玻璃腐蚀良好的抑制归因于这些物质。不建议使用含锌和铋的器皿洗涤组合物。
然而,在许多情况下,并未适当地延迟或防止玻璃腐蚀,尤其是线腐蚀和起雾。
因此,目的为提供适合作为或用于制备器皿洗涤组合物且避免已知现有技术缺点并抑制或至少特别有效地减小玻璃腐蚀的配制剂。另一目的为提供一种制备适合作为或用于制备器皿洗涤组合物且避免已知现有技术缺点的配制剂的方法。再一目的为提供所述配制剂的用途。
因此,发现了上文所定义的配制剂,其也缩写为本发明配制剂。
本发明配制剂包含
(A)总计1-50重量%的至少一种化合物,选自甲基甘氨酸二乙酸(MGDA)、谷氨酸二乙酸化物(GLDA)及其盐,在本发明上下文中也缩写为化合物(A)。

优选,机器清洁为使用器皿洗涤机的洗涤操作(自动器皿洗涤)。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,将至少一种本发明配制剂用于饮用玻璃制品、玻璃花瓶和烹饪用玻璃容器的机器清洁。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,将硬度为1-30°德国硬度,优选2-25°德国硬度的水用于清洁,其中德国硬度尤其应理解为指钙硬度。
若将本发明配制剂用于机器清洁,则甚至在反复机器清洁具有至少一个玻璃制表面的制品时,并且仅当将具有至少一个玻璃制表面的制品与重度污损的刀具或陶器一起清洁时,也仅观察到非常低的玻璃腐蚀倾向。此外,将本发明配制剂用于将玻璃与金属制制品一起,例如与罐、平底锅或榨蒜器一起清洁显著更无害处。
本发明进一步提供一种制备本发明配制剂的方法,也简称为本发明制备方法。为了进行本发明制备方法,程序例如可包括在一个或多个步骤中在水的存在下将如下组分相互混合,例如搅拌,且随后完全地或至少部分地除去水:
(A)至少一种选自MGDA、GLDA及其盐的化合物,
(B)至少一种锌盐,
(C)至少一种乙烯亚胺的均聚物或共聚物,
以及任选地漂白剂(D)和/或其他成分(E)。在此,化合物(A)、锌盐(B)、聚乙烯亚胺(C)和任选地漂白剂(D)和/或其他成分(E)优选以前述比例使用。
化合物(A)、锌盐(B)和聚乙烯亚胺(C),还有漂白剂(D)以及其他成分(E)如上所定义。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,在至少部分除去水之前,可混入用于本发明配制剂的一种或多种其他成分(E),例如一种或多种表面活性剂,一种或多种酶,一种或多种助洗剂,尤其是无磷助洗剂,一种或多种辅助助洗剂,一种或多种碱载体,一种或多种漂白催化剂,一种或多种漂白活化剂,一种或多种漂白稳定剂,一种或多种消泡剂,一种或多种腐蚀抑制剂,缓冲剂或染料。
在一个实施方案中,程序包括通过蒸发,尤其通过喷雾干燥、喷雾造粒或压实,由本发明配制剂完全或部分地除去水,例如至残留水分为0-5重量%。
在本发明的另一实施方案中,首先在水存在下混合如下组分:
(A)至少一种选自MGDA、GLDA及其盐的化合物,和
(C)至少一种乙烯亚胺的均聚物或共聚物,
随后完全或至少部分地除去水且随后与锌盐(B)、与水或不与水、任选地与一种或多种漂白剂(D)或与一种或多种其他成分(E)混合。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,在0.3-2巴的压力下完全或部分地除去水。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,在60-220℃的温度下完全或部分地除去水。
借助本发明制备方法可容易地得到本发明配制剂。
本发明清洁配制剂可以液体或固体形式、以单相或多相、作为片剂或以其他计量单元形式、以包装或未包装形式提供。液体配制剂的水含量可在35-90%水内变化。
本发明由工作实施例说明。
通用:确保测试片按照在家用器皿洗涤机中第一次清洁直到称重并目测评估玻璃之后,仅使用清洁棉手套处理测试片,从而不会伪造测试片的重量和/或目测印痕。
在本发明范围内,%和ppm通常为重量%和重量ppm,除非另有明确指明,且在本发明配制剂的情况下基于总固体含量。
I.制备本发明配制剂
I.1制备基础混合物
首先制备基础混合物,其包含根据表1的进料物质。将进料物质干混。表1:本发明配制剂和对比配制剂试验的基础混合物
注:所有定量数据以g计。
缩写:
MGDA:甲基甘氨酸二乙酸,作为三钠盐
TAED:N,N,N’,N’-四乙酰基乙二胺
HEDP:羟基乙烷(1,1-二膦酸)的二钠盐
I.2制备本发明配制剂
在100ml烧杯中,引入20ml蒸馏水,并在搅拌下连续加入如下化合物:
根据表2(或3)的锌盐(B.1)或(B.2)
根据表2(或3)的聚乙烯亚胺(C.1)、(C.2)或(C.3)
将混合物在室温下搅拌10分钟。随后根据表2(或3)加入溶于30ml水中的MGDA三钠盐(A1)。这得到了清澈透明的溶液。使水蒸发。然后,加入根据表2(或3)的基础混合物且混合干燥的成分。
这得到了根据表2(或3)测试的本发明配制剂。
为了制备对比配制剂,程序类似,不同的是省略锌盐(B)或聚乙烯亚胺(C)或二者。
若在“连续操作的器皿洗涤机”测试中(或在浸渍测试中),将基础混合物的相应部分由(A.1)、(B)或(C)的水溶液分开地加入,则得到与具有相同量的活性成分的干燥配制剂测试时相同的结果。因此,加入次序不是问题。
(B.1):ZnSO4·7H2O。量基于锌。
(B.2):ZnO。量基于锌。
(C.1):聚乙烯亚胺均聚物,Mw 800g/mol,DB=0.63
(C.2):聚乙烯亚胺均聚物,Mw5000g/mol,DB=0.67
(C.3):聚乙烯亚胺均聚物,Mw25000g/mol,DB=0.70
II.本发明配制剂和对比配制剂在机器清洁玻璃制品中的用途
本发明配制剂和对比配制剂的测试按如下进行。
II.1连续操作的器皿洗涤机的测试方法
器皿洗涤机:Miele G 1222SCL
程序:65℃(带预洗)
器皿:3个“GILDE”香槟杯(champagne glasses),3个“INTERMEZZO”白兰地杯(brandy glasses)
为了清洁,将玻璃制品置于器皿洗涤机的上部陶器篮中。所用器皿洗涤组合物在每种情况下为根据表2的18g本发明配制剂或对比配制剂,其中表2在每种情况下独立说明了本发明配制剂的活性组分(A.1)、任选地(B)、任选地(C)和基础混合物。洗涤在65℃的清漂温度下进行。水硬度在每种情况下为0-2°德国硬度。洗涤在每种情况下进行50个洗涤循环,即程序保持运行50次。在50个洗涤循环之后进行重量分析及目测评估。
在开始第一次洗涤循环之前和在最后一次洗涤循环后的干燥之后测定玻璃制品重量。重量损失为这两个值的差。
除了重量分析评估外,在100个循环之后在穿孔板之后有光的暗室中使用1(非常差)到5(非常好)的评分等级对器皿进行目测评估。就此而言,在每种情况下测定片状腐蚀/起雾和/或线腐蚀的等级。
II.2浸渍测试方法
仪器:
具有含有用于接触温度计的孔的盖的不锈钢釜(体积约6升)
装配用于不锈钢釜的筛网状基础插件
具有搅拌棒的磁力搅拌器、接触温度计、含孔的胶塞
试验条件:
温度:75℃
时间:72小时
5升蒸馏水或具有所定义的水硬度的水(“硬度水”)
所用的测试片在每种情况下为来自Libbey(NL)的香槟杯和白兰地杯,材料:钠钙玻璃。
试验程序:
为了预处理,首先将测试片在家用器皿洗涤机(Bosch SGS5602)中用1g表面活性剂(n-C18H37(OCH2CH2)10OH)和20g柠檬酸洗涤以除去任何污染物。将测试片干燥,测定其重量并将它们固定于筛网状基础插件。
不锈钢釜填充有5.5升水并加入18g本发明配制剂或对比配制剂,其中表3在每种情况下独立说明了本发明配制剂或对比配制剂的活性组分(A.1)、任选地(B)、任选地(C)和基础混合物。以该方式得到的清洁液使用磁力搅拌器在每分钟550转下搅拌。安装接触温度计并且不锈钢釜覆盖有盖以使得水不能在试验期间蒸发。将其加热到75℃并且将有两个测试片的筛网状基础插件置于不锈钢釜中,其确保测试片完全浸入液体。
在试验结束时,取出测试片并在流动蒸馏水下冲洗。然后将测试片在家用器皿洗涤机中用由1g表面活性剂(n-C18H37(OCH2CH2)10OH)和20g柠檬酸组成的配制剂洗涤,再次使用55℃的程序,以除去任何沉积物。
为了评估重量磨耗,称重干测试片。然后进行测试片的目测评估。为此,对测试片的表面评估线腐蚀(玻璃脊纹)和起雾腐蚀(片状起雾)。
按照下列方案进行评估。
线腐蚀:
L5:没有可见线条
L4:在非常少的区域形成轻微线,细线腐蚀
L3:在几个区域有线腐蚀
L2:在一些区域有线腐蚀
L1:严重线腐蚀
玻璃起雾:
L5:没有可见起雾
L4:在非常少的区域轻微起雾
L3:在几个区域起雾
L2:在一些区域起雾
L1:基本在整个玻璃表面上严重起雾
在评估期间也允许中间等级(例如L3-4)。
若代替水将硬度为2°德国硬度的水用于测试,则本发明配制剂同样总是在玻璃腐蚀的抑制方面优于相应的对比配制剂。
II.3结果
结果总结于表2和3中。

Claims (28)
1.一种配制剂,其在每种情况下基于相应配制剂的固体含量包含:
(A)总计1-50重量%的至少一种化合物,选自甲基甘氨酸二乙酸(MGDA)、谷氨酸二乙酸化物(GLDA)及其盐,
(B)总计0.01-0.4重量%的至少一种锌盐,以锌计,
(C)总计0.001-0.045重量%的乙烯亚胺的均聚物或共聚物,以及
(D)任选地0.5-15重量%的漂白剂。
2.根据权利要求1的配制剂,其中所述配制剂不含磷酸盐和聚磷酸盐。
3.根据权利要求1或2的配制剂,其中(C)选自线性或支化的乙烯亚胺的均聚物以及乙烯亚胺的接枝共聚物。
4.根据权利要求1的配制剂,其中锌盐选自ZnCl2、ZnSO4、乙酸锌、柠檬酸锌、Zn(NO3)2、Zn(CH3SO3)2和棓酸锌。
5.根据权利要求2的配制剂,其中锌盐选自ZnCl2、ZnSO4、乙酸锌、柠檬酸锌、Zn(NO3)2、Zn(CH3SO3)2和棓酸锌。
6.根据权利要求3的配制剂,其中锌盐选自ZnCl2、ZnSO4、乙酸锌、柠檬酸锌、Zn(NO3)2、Zn(CH3SO3)2和棓酸锌。
7.根据权利要求1的配制剂,其中所述配制剂在室温下为固体。
8.根据权利要求2的配制剂,其中所述配制剂在室温下为固体。
9.根据权利要求3的配制剂,其中所述配制剂在室温下为固体。
10.根据权利要求4的配制剂,其中所述配制剂在室温下为固体。
11.根据权利要求5的配制剂,其中所述配制剂在室温下为固体。
12.根据权利要求6的配制剂,其中所述配制剂在室温下为固体。
13.根据权利要求1的配制剂,其中所述配制剂包含0.1-10重量%的水。
14.根据权利要求2的配制剂,其中所述配制剂包含0.1-10重量%的水。
15.根据权利要求3的配制剂,其中所述配制剂包含0.1-10重量%的水。
16.根据权利要求4-12中任一项的配制剂,其中所述配制剂包含0.1-10重量%的水。
17.根据权利要求1或2的配制剂,其中所述配制剂包含0.5-15重量%的选自氧漂白剂和含氯漂白剂的漂白剂(D)。
18.根据权利要求3的配制剂,其中所述配制剂包含0.5-15重量%的选自氧漂白剂和含氯漂白剂的漂白剂(D)。
19.根据权利要求4-15中任一项的配制剂,其中所述配制剂包含0.5-15重量%的选自氧漂白剂和含氯漂白剂的漂白剂(D)。
20.根据权利要求16的配制剂,其中所述配制剂包含0.5-15重量%的选自氧漂白剂和含氯漂白剂的漂白剂(D)。
21.根据权利要求1-20中任一项的配制剂在机器清洁陶器和厨房用具中的用途。
22.根据权利要求21的用途,其中机器清洁是使用器皿洗涤机的洗涤或清洁操作。
23.根据权利要求21或22的用途,其中将至少一种根据权利要求1-20中任一项的配制剂用于机器清洁饮用玻璃制品、玻璃花瓶和烹饪用玻璃容器。
24.根据权利要求1-20中任一项的配制剂在机器清洁具有至少一个可经装饰或未经装饰的玻璃表面中的制品的用途。
25.根据权利要求24的用途,其中机器清洁是使用器皿洗涤机的洗涤或清洁操作。
26.根据权利要求24或25的用途,其中将至少一种根据权利要求1-20中任一项的配制剂用于机器清洁饮用玻璃制品、玻璃花瓶和烹饪用玻璃容器。
27.一种制备根据权利要求1-20中任一项的配制剂的方法,其中在一个或多个步骤中在水的存在下将如下组分相互混合并然后除去水:
(A)至少一种化合物,选自甲基甘氨酸二乙酸(MGDA)、谷氨酸二乙酸化物(GLDA)及其碱金属盐,
(B)至少一种锌盐,
(C)至少一种乙烯亚胺的均聚物或共聚物,和
(D)任选地至少一种漂白剂,选自氧漂白剂和含氯漂白剂,以及
任选地其他成分。
28.根据权利要求27的方法,其中水通过喷雾干燥、喷雾造粒或压实除去。
