Description

Health intervention method
Technical Field
The invention relates to a health management technology, in particular to a health intervention method.
Background
Modern emergency medicine theory divides first aid into three phases, namely, first-aid response person on-site danger avoidance and self-rescue, pre-hospital first aid for professional medical first aid personnel, and in-hospital first aid. The time in the first-aid field is life, and the life needs to be rescued for minutes and seconds; after the sudden illness and the traumatic event occur, whether the wounded can get the emergency rescue in the precious time of 'platinum 10 minutes' and 'gold 1 hour' is an important index for embodying the working efficiency of the emergency rescue. Due to the general lack of first-aid knowledge, people in China often have low self-rescue and mutual rescue abilities when encountering disasters and emergencies, do not know how to cure when encountering emergencies, and even can cause the sick and wounded to be injured again in the self-curing process.
Moreover, according to epidemiological investigation, 80% of emergencies occur in communities, but due to wide regions, frequent emergencies, urban congestion, lack of primary medical resources and the like in China, after the emergencies often occur, professionals cannot arrive at the site within effective treatment time, and the most precious platinum 10 minutes and gold 1 hour for rescuing lives are lost.
In addition, when the indexes such as important environment and human body are changed, if the indexes are not found in time, the health of the human body can be seriously damaged, and even the human body can die.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a health intervention method, which can enable professionals to arrive at the site within effective treatment time.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a method of health intervention comprising: s10, when the user terminal receives the health intervention instruction input by the user, acquiring the current position coordinate; s20, the user terminal sends a health intervention request carrying the current position coordinate to a pre-connected health intervention server according to the health intervention instruction; s30, when the health intervention server receives the health intervention request, respectively acquiring the position coordinates of all the expert terminals connected in advance; s40, the health intervention server determines a target expert terminal from all expert terminals according to the current position coordinates and the position coordinates of all expert terminals; and S50, the health intervention server sends the health intervention request to the target expert terminal, so that when the expert receives the health intervention request through the target expert terminal, the expert finds the user to perform health intervention according to the current position coordinate.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: when a user inputs a health intervention instruction, the user terminal sends a health intervention request carrying the current position coordinate to the health intervention server, so that the health intervention server determines the position coordinates of the target expert terminal and then sends the health intervention request to the target expert terminal according to the current position coordinate and the position coordinates of all the expert terminals, and further, when receiving the health intervention request, the expert finds the user according to the current position coordinate to perform health intervention. The health intervention server determines the target expert terminal according to the current position coordinates and the position coordinates of all the expert terminals and sends a health intervention request to the target expert terminal, so that the health intervention server can inform nearby professionals in time when an emergency occurs, and the professionals can arrive at the site within effective treatment time; the health intervention method provided by the embodiment of the invention solves the problems that in the prior art, due to general shortage of first-aid knowledge, the self-rescue and mutual rescue capabilities of people in China are often low when disasters and emergencies occur, the people do not know how to rescue when emergencies occur, and even the wounded and sick people are injured again in the self-rescue process, and professionals cannot arrive at the site within effective rescue time and cannot find out that indexes such as important environment and human bodies are changed in time. In addition, when an emergency occurs, the user only needs to input a health intervention instruction on the user terminal, and the use of the user is facilitated.

In this embodiment, after the user inputs the health intervention instruction, the user terminal may obtain the current position coordinate through the GPS navigation module, the beidou satellite navigation module, and the like; the current position coordinates can also be obtained in a base station positioning manner, which is not described in detail herein. The health intervention instruction may be a physiological health intervention instruction, a mental health intervention instruction, or an environmental health intervention instruction, which is not limited herein.
And 102, the user terminal sends a health intervention request carrying the current position coordinate to a health intervention server connected in advance according to the health intervention instruction.
In this embodiment, when the user terminal receives the health intervention instruction, a corresponding health intervention request may be generated according to the health intervention instruction, and the current location coordinate obtained in step 101 is carried in the health intervention request. The user terminal can be connected with the health intervention server in a wireless mode such as WIFI and 3G, and can also be connected with the health intervention server in a wired mode, and the description is omitted. In particular, the health intervention server may be a decentralized server to improve the security of the server storage.
And 103, when the health intervention server receives the health intervention request, respectively acquiring the position coordinates of all the pre-connected expert terminals.
In this embodiment, the process of obtaining the position coordinates of all the expert terminals through step 103 may be: the health intervention server sends a position acquisition request to each expert terminal respectively; after receiving the position acquisition request, each expert terminal acquires the position coordinate of the expert terminal through the positioning module and returns the position coordinate to the health intervention server. The health intervention server can be connected with the expert terminal in a wireless mode such as WIFI and 3G, and can also be connected with the expert terminal in a wired mode, and the details are not repeated.
And step 104, the health intervention server determines a target expert terminal from all the expert terminals according to the current position coordinates and the position coordinates of all the expert terminals.
In this embodiment, the process of determining the target expert terminal through step 104 may be that the health intervention server determines, from all the expert terminals, a target expert terminal closest to the user terminal according to the current position coordinates and the position coordinates of all the expert terminals. Or the health intervention server determines expert terminals with the distance within a preset threshold value from all the expert terminals according to the current position coordinates and the position coordinates of all the expert terminals to obtain an expert terminal set; the health intervention server randomly determines a target expert terminal from the expert terminal set. Or the health intervention server determines expert terminals with the distance within a preset threshold value from all the expert terminals according to the current position coordinates and the position coordinates of all the expert terminals to obtain an expert terminal set; the health intervention server acquires expert information corresponding to each expert terminal in the expert terminal set and sends the expert information to the user terminal; the user terminal receives expert information corresponding to each expert terminal in the expert terminal set and then displays the expert information, and receives an expert selection instruction of a user; the user terminal sends an expert selection instruction to the health intervention server; and when the health intervention server receives the expert selection instruction, determining a target expert terminal according to the expert selection instruction.
In particular, it may be default that all expert terminals can provide the health intervention service, i.e. the target expert terminal is determined from all expert terminals through step 104; in order to facilitate the rest of the expert, the expert terminal may further be provided with an on/off service button, and the expert may select to turn on or off the expert service by itself, so as to determine a target expert terminal from the expert terminals that turn on the expert service through step 104.
And 105, the health intervention server sends a health intervention request to the target expert terminal, so that the expert finds the user according to the current position coordinate to perform health intervention when receiving the health intervention request through the target expert terminal.
In this embodiment, the health intervention server may send a health intervention request to the target expert terminal to implement health intervention; or the health intervention server may actively or directly send corresponding information to the user terminal according to the health intervention request without using the target expert terminal, so as to implement the health intervention, which is not described in detail herein.
In this embodiment, the expert is a person with specialized skills or specialized general knowledge in mental health interventions, physiological health interventions, and/or environmental health interventions.
