Abstract
本发明公开了一种气压式喷头装置,包括一气缸,其内部具有一隔板,于该隔板中央位置具有一穿孔,于该气缸内部具有一容置槽并与穿孔连通,于该容置槽内设有一止逆阀,该止逆阀具有一止逆杆,穿设于该穿孔内,又于该气缸内设有一活塞连杆,于该活塞连杆上套设一弹簧,该气缸再对应套接一旋盖,该旋盖再对应套设一锁盖,再与该活塞连杆对应穿设,另于该锁盖内穿设一上压杆,该上压杆穿设于该锁盖后再与气缸对应接合,于该上压杆内容设一活塞并与其连通,最后,该上压杆对应连接一压头并与其连通,该压头向外延伸一喷嘴。本发明可以形成防漏止流、回吸及防水功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明有关一种压头装置,尤指一种用以装设在液体容器瓶口处的气压式喷头装置。
背景技术
目前市售的液态形式的产品,其容器设计上皆设有喷头装置,该喷头装置利用按压方式,借由压力的改变将存于瓶内的液体压出,具有易于操作及固定流出量等优点,因此被广泛地应用在液体容器的抽吸上,其应用范围涵盖到个人清洁用品的洗发精、沐浴乳,或厨房浴厕所使用的洗碗精、清洁剂等,由于该压头装置的适用范围相当广且具有多样性,成为业界相当广泛使用的技术之一。
而喷头装置的结构型态随技术的演进不断研发创新突破,虽已有许多改进之处,但就目前可见的习知结构设计而言,仍存有着问题与缺弊,如图1的习知结构剖视图所示,该习知喷头装置200于设计上,在压头201为了防止在碰撞或任意按压时而造成液体外泄,一般会让该压头201先向下按压与下方瓶身202之间呈相互锁紧的状态,然而正因为压头201处于向下按压状态,使得习知喷头装置200内活塞203呈现开启而让料液通道204畅通,当在运送过程中瓶身202不小心在倾倒状态时,瓶身202内的料液就会由料液通道204或其他间隙渗漏出来。
此外,一般喷头装置并未有防水设计,亦常会造成水直接由连接缝隙渗入,而使瓶内液体变质,且在一般喷头装置在按压使用后,压头的喷嘴内都会留滞些许液体,如没有回吸功能,通常喷嘴内留滞的液体受地心引力影响会慢慢滴下流出,皆为目前所设计的喷头装置常见的缺点所在。
发明内容
针对上述缺失,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种气压式喷头装置,其可以形成防漏止流功能。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种气压式喷头装置,其可以达到回吸及防水功能。
为了达成上述目的,本发明提供一种气压式喷头装置,其中包括:
一气缸,为一管体,其内部具有一隔板,于该隔板中央位置具有一穿孔,另于该气缸内部具有一容置槽,该容置槽与穿孔连通;
一止逆阀,设于该容置槽内,且该容置槽的周缘形成一入料通口,而该止逆阀具有一盖体及一止逆杆,该盖体恰抵设于该容置槽的入料通口上,且该盖体提供入料通口产生一向上开启、向下封闭的往复运动,而该止逆杆用以穿设于该穿孔内;
一活塞连杆,为一中空管体,容设于该气缸内,该活塞连杆的一端上设有一活塞部,用以抵掣于该气缸内壁面;
一弹簧,套设于该活塞连杆的管体上,用以作为复位的弹力产生;
一旋盖,与该气缸对应套接,该旋盖具有一开口;
一锁盖,为一中空管体,用以穿设于该气缸内,再与该活塞连杆对应穿设;
一上压杆,为中空管体,用以穿设于该锁盖内,该上压杆穿设于该锁盖后再与气缸对应接合并形成连通,于该上压杆内周面上具有一活塞连杆勾,用以与该弹簧及活塞连杆相互抵掣;
一活塞,为中空状,容设于该上压杆内并与其连通,该活塞的环周面上具有一出料阀门,于活塞底部具有一导管,用以穿设于该气缸内与其连通;
一压头,与该上压杆对应连接并与其连通,该压头为中空状,该压头向外延伸一喷嘴,于该压头底端具有一接管,用以与上压杆卡接,将该活塞包覆于其中。
该气缸具有一卡接端及一吸入端,该吸入端的管径小于该气缸的管体管径。
该卡接端的外周面上设有一卡合部,邻近该卡合部位置的外周面上更具有一用以与该旋盖抵靠的环板。
该止逆杆由一第一杆体及一第二杆体所组成且两者之间具有间距,该第一杆体及第二杆体间连接多个弹性体。
该些弹性体呈圆形状、ㄑ形、半圆形、方形的任一种。
该第二杆体一端上设有一用以卡掣该穿孔的倒角。
该活塞连杆杆体两端外周面上分别设有一下端挡阶及一上端挡阶,该下端挡阶位置邻近于该活塞部。
该锁盖具有一导出口及一导入口,于该导入口的内壁面上形成一限位阶,该限位阶于该锁盖与活塞连杆对应套接后与该下端挡阶对应抵掣。
该锁盖周缘上向外延展一用以与气缸的卡合部卡接的凸部。
该锁盖内部邻近该导入口位置上设有锁盖螺牙。
该上压杆一端内周面上设有用以与该锁盖螺牙对应接合的内螺牙。
于该上压杆另一端外周面上亦设有一第一卡环,另该接管的内环面上设有一用以与第一卡环卡接的第二卡环。
该活塞部与该活塞连杆一体构成。
该活塞部扣设于该活塞连杆上。
该导出口周缘向上延展设有一用以使喷头达到防水功效的斜角防水部。
采用上述方案后,本发明具有以下优点:
1、本发明于该装置中设计一止逆阀,于受到挤压后直接密封该气缸,可以形成防漏止流的功能;
2、本发明于压头复位时,于内部产生真空吸力,能将喷嘴的残存液体回吸而不外流,达到防漏的功能;
3. 本发明于该装置中设计一斜角防水部,由于斜角防水部具有高耸起的斜角,因此可防止外部积水于使用时,流入气缸以使喷头达到防水功效。

为让本发明的上述和其他目的、特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举较佳实施例,并配合所附图式,作详细说明如下。
请参阅图2A~图2B,为本发明的立体结构分解图及剖视对照图。如图所示,本发明气压式喷头装置包括一气缸1,该气缸1为一管体,该气缸1具有一卡接端11及一吸入端12,于本实施例中该吸入端12的管径小于该气缸1的管体,该卡接端11的外周面上设有卡合部13,邻近该卡合部13位置的外周面上更具有一环板14,另于该吸入端12内部具有一隔板15,于该隔板15的中央位置具有一穿孔151,于该气缸1内部具有一容置槽16,该容置槽16与该隔板15的穿孔151连通,该容置槽16的周缘形成一入料通口17,而该容置槽16容设一止逆阀2,该止逆阀2具有一盖体21,于本实施例中该盖体21为圆形,该盖体21恰抵设于该容置槽16的入料通口17上,且该盖体21提供入料通口17产生一向上开启、向下封闭的往复运动,于该盖体21底部连接一止逆杆22,其中止逆杆22由一第一杆体221及一第二杆体222所组成且两者之间具有间距,并于该第一杆体221及第二杆体222间连接多个弹性体223,该些弹性体223能适当拉住该盖体21,以防止该盖体21脱离入料通口17,此外于本实施例中该些弹性体223呈圆形状,该第二杆体222用以穿设于该穿孔151,且于该第二杆体222一端上设有一倒角224,使该第二杆体222穿设于该穿孔151后受制该倒角224卡掣而不会产生脱离;另,于该气缸1容设一活塞连杆3,该活塞连杆3为一中空管体,该活塞连杆3的一端上设有一活塞部31,于本实施例中活塞部31与该活塞连杆3一体构成,该活塞部31抵掣于该气缸1内壁面,另于邻近该活塞部31的活塞连杆3杆体外周面上设有一下端挡阶32,于该活塞连杆3另一端杆体外周面上设有一上端挡阶33,再于该活塞连杆3杆体上套设一弹簧34,该弹簧34用作为复位的弹力产生。
续参阅图2A~图2B。该气缸1对应套接一旋盖4,该旋盖4具有一开口41,于该旋盖4内环面上设有螺牙42,该旋盖4与该气缸1套接直到与该环板14抵靠;该旋盖4再对应连接一锁盖5,其中该锁盖5为一中空管体,用以穿设于该气缸1的卡接端11内,再与该活塞连杆3对应穿设,该锁盖5具有一导出口51及一导入口52,于该导入口52的内壁面上形成一限位阶53,该限位阶53于该锁盖5与活塞连杆3对应套接后与该下端挡阶32对应抵掣,另于该锁盖5内部邻近该导入口52位置上设有锁盖螺牙54,而于该导出口51周缘上向外延展一凸部55,用以与气缸1的卡合部13卡接,另于该导出口51周缘上向上延展一斜角防水部56,而斜角防水部56具有高耸起的斜角,因此可防止外部积水于使用时流入气缸1,以使喷头达到防水功效;该锁盖5再穿设一上压杆6,该上压杆6为中空管体,该上压杆6穿设于该锁盖5的导出口51后再与气缸1对应接合并形成连通,于该上压杆6内周面上具有一活塞连杆勾61,该活塞连杆勾61分别用以该弹簧34及上端挡阶33相互抵掣,于该上压杆6一端内周面上设有内螺牙62,该内螺牙62用以与该锁盖螺牙54对应接合,于该上压杆6另一端外周面上亦设有第一卡环63;该上压杆6再容设一活塞7,该活塞7内部为中空状,并与该上压杆6连通,该活塞7的环周面上具有一出料阀门71,于活塞7底部具有一导管72,用以穿设于该气缸1内与其连通;最后,该上压杆6对应连接一压头8并与其连通,该压头8为中空状,该压头8向外延伸一喷嘴81,于该压头8底端具有一接管82,该接管82的内环面上设有第二卡环83,用以与上压杆6的第一卡环63卡接,将该活塞7包覆于其中;其组合完成图如图3所示。
请参阅图4A~图4C,为本发明的操作示意图的连续图示。如图4A所示,于开始按压该压头8向下移动后,此时带动上压杆6往下移动至图标中S1区域,同时活塞连杆3的活塞部31受气缸1内壁面的摩擦力影响而静止不动,此时因压头8向下移动而使该活塞7的出料阀门71逐渐与该喷嘴81相连通,而当该压头8移动至Sl区域后会与该活塞7顶部相抵,使该出料阀门71己完全对应该喷嘴81,此时因压力关系止逆阀2的盖体21会向下封闭该入料通口17;如图4B,再当该压头8进到S2区域后,该压头8带动上压杆6以压动该弹簧34,直到上压杆6的内螺牙62抵掣于该锁盖5的锁盖螺牙54后,气缸1内部的空气因活塞连杆3的活塞部31挤压气缸1的空间而由喷嘴81导出,连带将所要导出的液体也自该喷嘴81导出;如图4C而当该压头8欲进行复位时,该上压杆6受到弹簧34的弹力推抵向上,该活塞连杆3的活塞部31受气缸1内壁面摩擦力静止不动,该压头8与上压杆6继续向上后,该上压杆6的活塞连杆勾61抵住活塞连杆3的上端挡阶33,而带动活塞连杆3一起向上,同时该上压杆6封闭该活塞7的出料阀门71,最后该活塞连杆3的下端挡阶32与该锁盖5的限位阶53相抵而停止,以完成复位;在此同时,气缸1的空间增大,故液体因受压关系经由穿孔151流入容置槽16而推开盖体21,逐渐打开入料通口17,使液体经由止逆阀2进入气缸1,为下次泵料做准备。
此外当该压头8进行复位时,此时该出料阀门71逐渐封闭,压头8内部空间的压力逐渐增大,致使产生真空吸力,使留在喷嘴81内部的液体产生回取作用,借此防止喷嘴81内部的液体受地心引力影响流出。
请参阅图5,为本发明的另一操作示意图的连续图示。如图所示,本发明的气压式喷头装置亦具有锁固、防漏与止流功能。如图5所示,按压该压头8往下运动通过该Sl与S2区域后,并顺时针旋转该压头8至该S3区域,使上压杆6内周面的内螺牙62与锁盖5的锁盖螺牙54旋紧锁固,而此时该止逆阀2被活塞连杆3挤压,使该气缸1的容置槽16受该弹性体223变形并填充而形成密封状态,以防止液体渗出。
请参阅图6A~图6C,为本发明的另一实施例结构剖视图。设于该止逆阀2上的弹性体223除前述实施例为圆形状外,该弹性体223亦可设计为如图6A所示的ㄑ形,如图6B所示的半圆形,或是图6C所示的方形设计;另外,请参阅图7的又一实施例结构剖视图,前述该活塞连杆3的一端上的活塞部31与该活塞连杆3一体构成,亦可设计为该活塞部31扣设于该活塞连杆3一端上。
惟以上所述的实施方式,是为较佳的实施实例,当不能以此限定本发明实施范围,若依本发明申请专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化或修饰,皆应属本发明下述的专利涵盖范围。
Claims (15)
1.一种气压式喷头装置,其特征在于:包括:
一气缸,为一管体,其内部具有一隔板,于该隔板中央位置具有一穿孔,另于该气缸内部具有一容置槽,该容置槽与穿孔连通;
一止逆阀,设于该容置槽内,且该容置槽的周缘形成一入料通口,而该止逆阀具有一盖体及一止逆杆,该盖体恰抵设于该容置槽的入料通口上,且该盖体提供入料通口产生一向上开启、向下封闭的往复运动,而该止逆杆用以穿设于该穿孔内;
一活塞连杆,为一中空管体,容设于该气缸内,该活塞连杆的一端上设有一活塞部,用以抵掣于该气缸内壁面;
一弹簧,套设于该活塞连杆的管体上,用以作为复位的弹力产生;
一旋盖,与该气缸对应套接,该旋盖具有一开口;
一锁盖,为一中空管体,用以穿设于该气缸内,再与该活塞连杆对应穿设;
一上压杆,为中空管体,用以穿设于该锁盖内,该上压杆穿设于该锁盖后再与气缸对应接合并形成连通,于该上压杆内周面上具有一活塞连杆勾,用以与该弹簧及活塞连杆相互抵掣;
一活塞,为中空状,容设于该上压杆内并与其连通,该活塞的环周面上具有一出料阀门,于活塞底部具有一导管,用以穿设于该气缸内与其连通;
一压头,与该上压杆对应连接并与其连通,该压头为中空状,该压头向外延伸一喷嘴,于该压头底端具有一接管,用以与上压杆卡接,将该活塞包覆于其中。
2.如权利要求1所述的气压式喷头装置,其特征在于:该气缸具有一卡接端及一吸入端,该吸入端的管径小于该气缸的管体管径。
3.如权利要求2所述的气压式喷头装置,其特征在于:该卡接端的外周面上设有一卡合部,邻近该卡合部位置的外周面上更具有一用以与该旋盖抵靠的环板。
4.如权利要求1所述的气压式喷头装置,其特征在于:该止逆杆由一第一杆体及一第二杆体所组成且两者之间具有间距,该第一杆体及第二杆体间连接多个弹性体。
5.如权利要求4所述的气压式喷头装置,其特征在于:这些弹性体呈圆形状、ㄑ形、半圆形、方形的任一种。
6.如权利要求4所述的气压式喷头装置,其特征在于:该第二杆体一端上设有一用以卡掣该穿孔的倒角。
7.如权利要求1所述的气压式喷头装置,其特征在于:该活塞连杆杆体两端外周面上分别设有一下端挡阶及一上端挡阶,该下端挡阶位置邻近于该活塞部。
8.如权利要求7所述的气压式喷头装置,其特征在于:该锁盖具有一导出口及一导入口,于该导入口的内壁面上形成一限位阶,该限位阶于该锁盖与活塞连杆对应套接后与该下端挡阶对应抵掣。
9.如权利要求3所述的气压式喷头装置,其特征在于:该锁盖周缘上向外延展一用以与气缸的卡合部卡接的凸部。
10.如权利要求8所述的气压式喷头装置,其特征在于:该锁盖内部邻近该导入口位置上设有锁盖螺牙。
11.如权利要求10所述的气压式喷头装置,其特征在于:该上压杆一端内周面上设有用以与该锁盖螺牙对应接合的内螺牙。
12.如权利要求1所述的气压式喷头装置,其特征在于:于该上压杆另一端外周面上亦设有一第一卡环,另该接管的内环面上设有一用以与第一卡环卡接的第二卡环。
13.如权利要求1所述的气压式喷头装置,其特征在于:该活塞部与该活塞连杆一体构成。
14.如权利要求1所述的气压式喷头装置,其特征在于:该活塞部扣设于该活塞连杆上。
15.如权利要求8所述的气压式喷头装置,其特征在于:该导出口周缘向上延展设有一用以使喷头达到防水功效的斜角防水部。
