As an improvement to the present invention, the oil-based fuel delivery system includes an oil-based fuel pump and an oil-based fuel delivery pipe in which an oil-based fuel electromagnetic valve controlled by the electrical control system is provided, and an outlet end of the oil-based fuel delivery pipe is connected to the oil-based fuel nozzle.

and the electric control system 7 comprises a program controller and peripheral elements thereof, and is used for controlling the oil-based fuel delivery system 1 or/and the alcohol-based fuel delivery system 2 and the air supply system 3 to work in coordination according to the flame state data, the pressure state data and/or the temperature state data acquired by the monitoring system 6. The monitoring system 6 and the electrical control system 7 can be selected appropriately according to actual conditions, and are not described in detail herein.
In the invention, the burner 5 comprises a cylinder 50 with an opening 51 at one end and a connecting disc 52 at the other end, an arc bottom 53 is arranged in the cylinder to divide the inner cavity of the cylinder into a left part 54 and a right part 55, an oil-based burner 56 with the outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the cylinder 50 is arranged in the center of the arc bottom 53 and penetrates through the arc bottom 53, and the right part 55 is divided into an alcohol-based fuel vaporizing chamber 541, an oil-based fuel combustion chamber 542 and an alcohol-based fuel combustion chamber 543 by the oil-based burner 56; the oil-based burner 56 is provided with a cyclone fluted disc 561 for dividing air, an oil-based fuel nozzle 562 and an ignition electrode 563 which penetrate through the cyclone fluted disc 561, and the front end of the oil-based fuel nozzle 562 is provided with an oil-based fuel flame stabilizing disc 564; at least two alcohol-based fuel nozzles 57 (3 are shown in fig. 3, and indeed more than two are possible) are provided through the arcuate bottom 53 at the oil-based burner 56. The combustor 5 can burn either an oil-based fuel alone or an alcohol-based fuel alone, or both. The problem that the traditional combustor can only burn single fuel is solved.
In the present invention, the air supply system 3 includes a fan 31, an air gun fire tube 32, an air door controller 33 and an air door control board 34, the air gun fire tube 32 is connected to an air outlet of the fan 31, the air door control board 34 for controlling an air volume or an air speed is disposed in the air gun fire tube 32, and the air door control board 34 is controlled by the air door controller 33.
In the present invention, the alcohol-based fuel delivery system 2 includes an alcohol-based fuel pump 21 and an alcohol-based fuel delivery pipe 22, the alcohol-based fuel delivery pipe 22 is provided with an alcohol-based fuel solenoid valve 23 that is controlled by the electrical control system 7, and an outlet end of the alcohol-based fuel delivery pipe 22 is connected to an alcohol-based fuel nozzle 57.
When the alcohol-based fuel atomizing device is used, alcohol-based fuel is atomized at high pressure through an alcohol-based fuel pipeline system (comprising an alcohol-based fuel special pump, an alcohol-based fuel special quick-closing valve, an alcohol-based fuel pressure regulating valve and an alcohol-based fuel atomizing nozzle) and sprayed into an alcohol-based fuel vaporizing chamber. The fuel oil is atomized into the fuel oil combustion chamber at high pressure through the fuel oil pipeline system (comprising an oil pump, a fuel quick-closing valve, a return oil pressure regulating valve and a fuel oil atomizing nozzle), and the oil mist entering the fuel oil combustion chamber is ignited through the ignition system (comprising an ignition transformer, a high-pressure circuit and an ignition electrode). The sprayed oil is burnt to release heat, and simultaneously the temperature of the alcohol-based fuel vaporization chamber is heated to be more than 300 ℃, so that the sprayed alcohol-based fuel is rapidly vaporized in the vaporization chamber and enters the combustion chamber to be rapidly combusted by contacting with the flame of the fuel.
When the device works, oil fuel is pressurized by the oil pump and then provides high-pressure oil to the oil conveying pipeline system, the oil fuel is atomized and sprayed into the fuel oil combustion chamber through the fuel oil nozzle, and the atomized oil fuel is mixed with air fed by the combustion-supporting air duct and is ignited and combusted through the ignition system.
After the alcohol-based fuel is ignited normally and stably for 5 minutes, the temperature of the vaporization chamber of the alcohol-based fuel reaches more than 300 ℃, the alcohol-based fuel pump is started, the electromagnetic valve of the alcohol-based fuel is opened simultaneously, the special pump for the alcohol-based fuel is pressurized and then provides more than 18bar pressure, the pressure is sprayed into the vaporization chamber through the alcohol-based fuel atomizing nozzle, the vaporization chamber is rapidly vaporized at more than 300 ℃, the vaporized fuel enters the combustion chamber and meets with fuel flame to be rapidly combusted, and meanwhile, the air door is driven by the servo motor. And the feeding amount of the alcohol-based fuel is properly adjusted according to the air pressure and the combustion condition of the hearth, so that the purpose of stable and efficient combustion is achieved. In addition, the whole combustion process, a flame detector and an air pressure switch are used for monitoring the combustion machine.
When the combustion engine is closed, the alcohol-based fuel feeding system is closed, and the fuel combustion system is closed after 5 minutes.
